Review: I signed up to have a merchant account with this company and I was asked to provide my financial information which was my account routing number and account number to receive my payments right after I signed up I started to receive unauthorized transactions on my account from several company's I have never received service from opensky.com was the only company in which I applied for service therefore I believe opensky.com had shared my financial information with these company's, the company's information that showed up on my account were Telecom Call[redacted] Us, 7 Star Auto Glass Inc. El Cajon Us and At T Cal Basking Ridgeus the total amount that was deducted from my account was 96.87 I cannot find the information online for these companies to even contact them to find out how they got my information please I would like for this company to be checked out for possible fraud and I hope to have my issues resolved.Desired Settlement: I would like for my money to be refunded

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Horrible customer service! Do not order anything from them unless you are prepared to receive an order that looks nothing like shown online...only to battle with the customer service reps who are not very attentive and leave you on hold wondering if the line is still connected with no apology for the delay and no real resolution to the problem...even after talking to multiple reps you are still not confident your issue is handled. Received 2 things in my order that were not as pictured and had to go to battle to get my full refund including shipping. I never file complaints/bad reviews but this experience was so bad I never want anyone else to have to deal with false advertising, numerous calls, emails etc just to get your money back. One of the items was received 3 weeks later than the rest of my order. They need to get management involved to teach the customer service reps how to treat the customer. Taking the customers time and patience is not a good way to earn more business for their own mistake in false advertising and false refund promises!

Review: I placed an order with the company over the internet, the item never came. When I try to track the item it doesn't seem to have left the carrier. I called the [redacted] and they confirmed the same. I tried to email opensky, but they never responded to my email, or complaint via their help ticket on their web site.

Review: I ordered 3 items from Open Sky, an online shopping site. I really liked the price of this item so I purchased 3 of them for gifts. They were $15.99 per item. Open Sky also gave me a $11.00 credit. I thought it was such a great deal. When I received my confirmation email saying that the items had shipped I noticed they charged me $19.99 for each item and the $11 credit that they had given to me initially wasn't applied and they had already charged me! I would have never ordered these items for the price they charged me. They also charge an $8.95 restocking fee for returns. No matter what Open Sky still makes money! When I contacted Open Sky about what had happened they replied that they can not always guarantee the price because the market place might change in a day or so after it was posted. I explained to them that I purchased these items the very same day that they we're advertised. I also explained that there was no place on their site that said that the price could change. They never sent me an email that told me the price had changed and given me an opportunity to change my order. I asked Open Sky what was the reason that they even bothered posting the price because they were going to charge the consumer the price they wanted regardless if you ordered it on the very same day or not. I realized that Open Sky is not a consumer friendly company. If they were they would have stood by the consumer and charged the consumer the price it had been when it was purchased. Open Sky could have easily made this problem right and made the consumer happy. Instead they sent a response saying, "sorry for the inconvenience". They have terrible customer service and they made it obvious they are going to charge what they want no matter what the price is listed as! I would tell anyone I could to, please do not do business with this company. The consumer being happy is not what Open Sky is about!Desired Settlement: I would like for Open Sky to honor the price that they originally were supposed to charge me!The 3 items that I bought for $15.99 each and the $11credit they had given me. I just want what they said the price would be when I ordered the items on the same day they were posted!

Review: On 2/*/14 ordered from Open Sky a product, Skinny Coconut Oil. The order was processed and confirmed. The order email shared anticipated arrival ships within 7 business days. On 2/** contacted customer service to cancel order as it was not rec'd. Told orders were delayed via UPS do to snow. Then rec'd an email from OS, had been shipped 2/**/14. On 2/**/14 contacted [redacted] in Customer Service sharing to cancel my order, no item no product. My account was charged on 2/**, and to date no item. She checked item was NOT shipped though I"d rec'd an email sharing it was shipped on 2/**/14. She stated she'd try to intervene re: the item being shipped. On 3/*/14 sent another email to [redacted] in CS, shared the my account was never credited and now a month had passed. Her reply SORRY for the inconvenience, she made it a priority for refund! I emailed if not credited by 3/*/14 I was contacting Revdex.com. I also contacted Conscious Box, who includes in their products, samples of Open Sky Skinny Coconut Oil.Desired Settlement: I want my account credited for $24 plus some interest on money they've kept.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

Don't waste your time ordering from this company. Their shipping is so ridiculous and take forever. Every time I have ordered from them it has taken forever and I swear this is the last time.

Plus, the quality of their products is less then desirable. Stuff looks good on website but in reality is just average. I'm sure if you look further you can find the same or similar products on a more reputable website.

DO NOT SUPPORT THEM! SCAM! I was searching for a specific dress and found it on Open Sky by browsing the internet. I ordered the dress on July **, and the merchant stated the item would be shipped within 7 business days. Two weeks later I received nothing, and the tracking number they provided me didn't work even though the website claims my order has been shipped and completed. I contacted customer service and they gave me a "new" tracking number (I guess the first one was bogus) which claimed my item was in Florida on August ** but it never made it to Los Angeles (where I'm at). It's now August ** and I still haven't received anything, and customer service can only tell me "We'll talk to the merchant to see what's going on." I've ordered many things overseas and it doesn't even take this long. Terrible company and service...DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!

Review: I ordered a Smart Fitness Bluetooth Health Wristband from OpenSky (their order #[redacted]) and received it in a timely manner. However, after several attempts to set up the product, and sync it with the app I found that the instructions were insufficient. I contacted OpenSky by email as they do not provide a phone number, and they would give me instructions on what to try. After several attempts, and following their suggestions, the product is still not working. I contacted them again on 04/**/16 and have not heard back from them in spite of four followup emails. At this point I want a refund as the product is useless, and OpenSky apparently does not know how to use it either, nor are they able to find out how set it up from the manufacturer.Desired Settlement: I expect to receive a shipping label to return their product (as I asked in the last email I sent them) and a full refund of $33.98.

Business

Response:

Thank you for contacting OpenSky!The last time we were contacted in regards to this order was on 4/**/16, where we provided the customer with an instruction video. There is a 14 day return policy on the product. This item was delivered on 3/**/16.We will be happy to assist the customer with a return, however the product must be in new re-sellable condition.Thank you

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Sincerely,

I placed an order because I was SUPPOSED to have a credit. This is after I placed an order that never arrived and was apparently cancelled, presumably because they did not actually have the item (I didn't realize they were the same company at first) so when they charged my card too much, I IMMEDIATELY tried to get an answer from customer service, but I could find no phone number, so I emailed, REPEATEDLY and asked for a cancel on the order immediately. They send me an email days later, saying they cancelled the order. Two weeks later after I THOUGHT this was over, I was charged not 1, but FOUR overdraft charges because they came out of my account, unbeknownst to me. So, when they charged my card, I was able to determine a phone number (thanks to my bank), however, it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a human being on the phone, so I emailed AGAIN after calling a dozen times with no result and then found out my order had been shipped. One item I STILL have no received and one item I was told I could only return with an "Official" return label, which I of course have not gotten because THEY SUCK and I NEVER received one item at all (the only one I cared about anyhow!). I will NEVER use this company again and I will leave a message like this ANYWHERE I can find. I hope they go down in flames

Review: Twice now I have received products that look NOTHING like what is advertised. My latest purchase was a shirt that was marked Large and barely fit over my head. The quality and the length were completely off. I feel this company just advertises products and hopes people will accept what is sent to them. They also do no honor returns - even if the product is nothing like what is sent. I have read the complaints and they really should be fined for doing this.Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my last two purchases. They bait and switch customers.

Business

Response:

Thank you for contacting OpenSky!We have emailed the customer a return label for this item: [redacted]Once this return is received back we will issue the customer a full refund for this product. We are sorry for the inconvenience.Thank you for shopping OpenSky!

Review: I placed an order with OpenSky 12/**/2015, the merchandise I ordered totaled $96.80. The money was removed from my checking account but I never received the merchandise. OpenSky has a phone number on their website but it is a computer firm. I have sent numerous emails to them requesting either the merchandise I ordered or a refund, all I get in return is a standardized email stating that they will be in touch with me within 2-3 days, No one has contacted me, EVER!, Today I found reviews from other dissatisfied customers, stating they have no phone number, they get the same email that I get when they try to contact OpenSky. Most people do not receive their merchandise, from the reviews I read. I ordered the merchandise in good faith,, I got an email from the company once stating that my order would be delayed a few days. Merchandise is supposed to be shipped out within 24-48 hours. I have tried to contact OpenSky, but their phone number is wrong, they don't respond to emails. There is no way to talk to anyone. I now feel like it's a scam business.Desired Settlement: I want a refund. I sent money in good faith for merchandise they say they sell. They took my money with no problem but failed to send me what I paid for. I don't want the merchandise I want a refund of $96.80. Christmas is long past, I had to buy other items to replace what I did not receive from OpenSky.

Sincerely,

Review: I ordered a set of 100% cotton 1800 Egyptian cotton Sheets from Open Sky on December */2015. After weeks of waiting and inquiring as to when to expect shipment, I received a package with a set of sheets, that are 100 % microfiber, a different packaging saying 1800 Egyptian cotton on a package insert that did not fit the package and the name was a different brand than what I ordered. On inspection, I found flimsy obviously man made fabric, that was not at all remotely close to the advertised design or quality. The tags attached say 100 % microfiber. made in China. I have contacted customer support 3 times to no avail.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund of the money that I paid for the COTTON sheets that clearly are not available. This was an obvious bait and switch and fraudulent advertising.

I have documented all my correspondence and pictures of the packaging, the insert and the sheets and tags attached to the sheets as well as picture of the original order.

Business

Response:

Thank you for contacting OpenSky!We issued the customer a return label on 1/*/15, we have also attached it to this email.OpenSky is a marketplace do all product description are handled by the individual merchants. We have informed the merchant of the customers concerns on this order. We are sorry for the inconvenience.Once this item is received back the customer will receive a full refund.

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]I do not feel the issue is resolved until I have RECEIVED the refund and an explanation as to why they inserted a tag that reads 1800 thread count 100% Egyptian Cotton into a package containing 100 % synthetic microfiber sheets and sold them as cotton.

Response:

We have issued the customer a return label once the item is received back a full refund will be issuedWe have reported this to the merchant that is selling this product, to see if the customer was possibly sent an incorrect item. Thank you

Consumer

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]Very clearly they have removed the tag from the sheet set and put in one claiming to be 1800 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton. there is no doubt what so ever that the item was deliberately sent in place of the one actually ordered as the label was not even the correct label for the packaging as it did not fit in the slot and it was not event one that was advertised on the site. I have sent back the sheets with the return label and will wait to receive refund before I will close the dispute. I have taken pictures including one that shows a sticker that reads " needs book" in hand writing that was stuck on the package back. I assume the wait time that was involved (3 weeks before shipping took place) was due to the label insert being missing, and then subsequently changed to reflect the cotton sheets, even though the sheets themselves were not cotton. I have all documentation and pictures ready and available if required.

In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

Sincerely,

Review: On December [redacted] I ordered a set of LEDS that attach to tire valves on cars and bicycles and they took the payment via Paypal. On December [redacted], they sent me an email which stated that the item was shipped from Copell, Texas. I have checked at the [redacted] site and no new information has been available, so I called the [redacted] Customer Service and the representative stated that they never picked up the item despite what the website states. I went online and punched in reviews of this company and saw several complaints against this company with your group as well as several complaints which matched my situation exactly. I sent an email to Open Sky and they sent me two acknowledgements of my complaint with a promise to contact me within 4 business days but they never have.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a complete refund without their usual restocking fee that they have charged to other complainers.

Business

Response:

Thank you for contacting OpenSky!I've gone ahead and canceled your order as you requested. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the pending authorization to be removed from your account. In your OpenSky order history, this item will either be marked “canceled” if the merchant had yet to mark the order as “processed,” or “returned” if the merchant had already done this and we stopped the shipment. If the latter was the case, please allow 3 to 5 days for the funds to be refunded to your credit card.In the future, you can cancel orders before they are shipped by going to this page: [redacted]Thank you for shopping OpenSky and we hope to see you again soon!

Review: We have been in the open sky co-pilot advertising program on a specific, set budget of $500/month to be taken as $250 in each ACH payment on the [redacted] of the month and the last day of each month. For the April [redacted] payment, they took $600 without asking us and no advance approval. As a result, we cannot pay our mortgage. We told them this and asked for the funds to be deposited. They refused to contact us for over a month about this specific issue. A co-pilot member is supposed to have a dedicated agent. We have not heard from an agent since March 2016. They keep telling us someone is going to call and no one ever does. Now they want $1,560 and claim our budget is $1,500 and we have never approved any such thing. We called merchant support and have been told now about numerous times they have taken above our budget since December 2015.Desired Settlement: Full refund in the amount of $4,660.00. Merchant support informed us that on the dates listed below where we only approved $250, they instead took $500 with no approval or authorization. So, an extra $250 was taken on 2/**, 2/**, 3/**, 3/**, 4/** and then on 4/** they took $600 which was $350 more than approved. Merchant support also informed us that on 2/** an additional $1,000 was taken and 3/** $1,500 was taken. Now they are claiming they decided to take $1,560 for a total of: $4,660.00. These were never requested nor approved in advance. They simply kept our funds with no approval.

Response:

The merchant who lodged this complaint ([redacted]) was issued a payment of $1,350 on 5/**/2016. This payment was compensation for multiple marketing campaign payments they had made in previous months that they believed to be incorrect. Essentially, [redacted] felt they had been overcharged, and OpenSky issued a payment $1,350 to resolve the issue. When asked if the payment would allow the merchant to resolve this inquiry, she replied on 5/**: "Yes, will be glad to close the BB case but first would also like to get our shop back on track." OpenSky replied to this email with detailed steps to relaunch the [redacted] marketing campaign, along with a review of the marketing program to confirm that the merchant's expectations of the program matched our own.As of 5/** 11:50 AM PT, the merchant has not replied to this last email. Since OpenSky has made restitution to the merchant, there is no further basis for this complaint.

Review: On March **, 2016, I ordered 4 women clothing items. On March **, I rec'd my order. The next day I tried on the the items and none of the fit. When I looked inside the box for the package receipt there was nothing there. Thus, I went to the order number I rec'd in my email. There was no phone number listed on the website OpenSky.com to call and speak with a customer service agent. Instead you had to send them an email that they stated could take 2-3 days for a respond. In addition, they stated you only had 14 days in which to return the items. So if you don't have a package receipt explaining where to return the item and you're waiting for a response (which I still have not red'd as of 3/**) you stuck with the merchanise. But my biggest compliant is no where in the check out process did it state all of my items were final sale and non-refundable. It wasn't until after my payment was deducted out of my bank account that I rec'd an email confirmation my order that I noticed all the items I selected were final sale and non refundable. This is completely misleading and dishonest to this customer. If I had seen final sale non-refundable next to eachof the four items I had select and placed in the chart, I would not have ever purchased the items. Women clothing are so unpredictable in size and fit. This was my first and last time I will ever purchase anything from this company. Thus, I am seeking a full refund of $126.59. My order number [redacted]. This company should not be allow to do business in the USA.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Dear Revdex.com, I’m sorry I had to contact your organization, but I’m trying to get

my money back from OpenSky. This

particular company uses deceptive business practices when it comes to their

returns/refund policies.I ordered a total of 4 items:

3 tops (in blue, grey, and black) and 1 cardigan. When I received the package, the products did

not meet my expectations. Initially, I

couldn’t find the packing slip so I went back to the email that was sent to me once the payment was deducted from my bank account stating my confirmation order. Then to my surprise I discovered all the items I ordered were marked as final sale/non-refundable.I couldn't beleive what I was seeing. Never once did I see anything in writing stating the items

I selected were all marked as final sale/nonrefundable. When I tried to call and speak with a customer service representative,

there was no phone number listed on their website. The only way to reach them was through email that stated it would take 2-3 days for a response. This was my first time ever ordering from OpenSky. I’ve never heard of them either. Secondly, when I entered my credit card

information, there was nothing stating before finalizing my payment that all items

are final sale/non-refundable. Therefore, I was led to believe if I didn’t like the product I could return it for a refund.During the entire check-out process, OpenSky never once stated all items are final sale/non-refundable. Simply put, this company is a ripoff and should not be allowed to

practice ecommerce in the USA.

The founder of this company worked for ford. Figures, OpenSky is an Edsel. Sigh. Avoid at all costs, pay a bit more, get it from a retailer you trust. I hope I can get my money back. Don't order from here. I wish I had read reviews first.
