Review: Overcharged for my order

I placed Order [redacted] on May **. I checked the status to find out where the rest of my order was and found that many of the items were cancelled without my knowledge. I looked back through my emails and never received any notification that this had occurred. While this is disappointing, the charges also don't match. I had a total of $119.54 ($52.49 on May **; $17.81 on May **; and $49.24 on May **) charged to my credit card, but I only received $84.45 worth of merchandise. Even if the full shipping and handling charges of my original order are added, it comes to $92.40. I was overcharged by $35.09 minus FAIR shipping. Since I had more items cancelled than I actually received, I certainly shouldn't have to pay the full shipping and handling charges.

When I contacted the company through the customer service form on their website, I received a response three days later that said that "hold charges" are put on my credit card that are later removed. This does not even apply to my order to since it was almost a month ago. Any temporary charges would have been removed by now. I re-submitted the form and never received another response.Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the unauthorized charges.

I've checked our records and we have only charged the customer 67.05 for this order. This is even less than the amount of merchandise the customer indicated they received which was 84.45. The order was partially cancelled because the customers bank declined the charges for subsequent items after the initial items were shipped out. Since the charges were declined the customer actually received some items for free as we could not charge their card.Here is a screenshot of our credit card processing systems: [redacted]

Review: I placed an order on December 7,2015 for one item from Open Sky. Total price was $31.94. On December 17 my order was cancelled by Open Sky, and a refund of $29.99 is going to be made. Review: I have THREE outstanding orders with this online company. I ordered the first item on Sept. ** and STILL have not received it or gotten any response to my requests for a refund.

Two other items, showed that they were "picked up" by usps on Sept [redacted]. That's it. It is now Oct [redacted], almost two weeks later and I still have not received these items, nor has there been any activity in the tracking. I have gotten replies from "Ryan" telling me first that it would be put in the mail last Monday, Oct. [redacted], (it was not), and now telling me they are having trouble contacting the shop owner. Total runaround. I will have to resort to contacting my credit card company to get my refund I suppose.

Oh, and on three previous items I ordered, they took so long to get to me that I didn't need them anymore, so I'm returning them.Desired Settlement: I would have liked to receive the items I ordered, but at this point I just want a refund for all three.

I called open sky and spoke to Kevin yesterday and requested cancel and refund. The only reason why refund was done I believe. He was unapologetic, disinterested and quick to offer a refund on a defective item without offering an exchange. I received the refund slips only after I called them. Sure, it's resolved but they have lost another client. I will not recommend anyone to shop with open sky.

Review: I purchased a shirt. I washed the shirt before I planned to wear it. It was done according label instructions pictured on the label. Took it out of washer and it had shrunk at least 2 sizes! I have never had something like this happen. Open sky stated I could not return the item because it had been washed! Review: I had a previous complaint regarding this order, The item I had ordered never got delivered, the tracking # was with [redacted]. Opensky claimed that the item was still in transit even though the item has no movement via the tracking #. Review: On thanksgiving weekend I ordered 4 fitbit products for christmas presents. $152.34. I waited and waited. Never received my order. I kept checking my [redacted] acct. Which I payed through. The money was removed. I have send at least half dozen to dozen emails. I later find out my items were returned. Never any explaination as to why.I'm really upset. As of tues. Review: Somehow an order was mistakenly made--there were items in my cart which I DID NOT intend to order--don't know how it happened. I tried to cancel this order but was told that some of the items had already shipped! A couple that I canceled still shipped! I decided to keep the food items since I figured they wouldn't survive a return trip. Also kept the salt lamp. I should receive $65.69. Also, today there is another charge on my account for $51.85. It was charged at 1:01 AM--I wasn't even awake then! These people keep giving me the run-around and telling me to cancel, which I do, but they send items anyway! They owe me $117.54 NOW! I went to my bank today to have them help me deal with this whole mess--whoever the rep was that spoke with us had no idea what she was talking about! Review: I purchased a product back in Nov/Dec of 2015 received it in Dec and it was not as described and I went through all the hoops to return it. On 12/**/15 it was sent back with their mailing label and I have yet to receive the return of my money or any correspondence, other than the automated ones, from them. Review: I received credits from this company to make purchases. I was charged for items that I should only have been paying shipping and handling on and there was no phone number for me to be able to contact them. I could only email them. Then they tried to persuade me to purchase another item in place of the one that I ordered in one of three different orders that I placed.Desired Settlement: I want them to inform customers that once they get your payment information for shipping and handling that they will charge your account the full amount of your purchase if you have enough funds to pay for the item(s). And they should make this writing big and in an obvious place so that customers can see it. It should not be in small print where you almost have to get a magnifying glass to see it.

Review: I ordered a fitness watch from [redacted] Shops thru the OpenSky website on 12-**-15 as a Christmas present. I tried contacting OpenSky 2 times in January to return the item. I was told both times that they would send me a [redacted] label to return it which never came. I contacted [redacted] and they couldn't help me. Review: I placed a order from open sky.com on November [redacted] on November [redacted] a shipping label was made on 11/** I tried contacting them for the first time seeing as I had no movement tracking the package or heard word about it. I asked for a refund if it hadn't shipped. I was told 2 days later on 11/** that a refund would not be possible and the tracking numbers possibly aren't updating they'll figure it out and get back to me 11/** 2 weeks after I placed the order still no movement in tracking no response so I wrote again saying I demand a refund I don't want the product it obviously hasn't shipped since I haven't heard anything I also said I was gonna file a report with the Revdex.com because I feel like I was scammed at this point it's now 12/* I have heard nothing back and the tracking still shows nothing. Review: They advertised Bamboo Sheets for sale. I purchased two sets. The web site showed they were non returnable. But I wanted Bamboo sheets, so I ordered them.

I received sheets that were 100% polyester, according to the label sewn into the sheets.

This was False Advertising at its finest. A total Fraud.

Review: They charged me THREE TIMES for ONE NECKLACE!! I IMMEDIATELY let them know their website was just spinning and spinning and kept repeating my order but they told me I would just have to wait until I got the items then request refund!! I told them I only wanted ONE and it processed three times and this was their response....

Review: I have been trying since October 2015 to resolve two very simple refund requests and have yet to receive a solution or full refund from Opensky. I have contacted the company multiple times and found the customer service slow to respond (if at all), confusing in their process, and ultimately unsuccessful at resolving my issue.

I have two separate orders and refund requests outstanding with Opensky and will outline them below:

Order #[redacted] - No refund has been given. I tried to return this item using the company provided shipping label but according to [redacted] this item had been sent back to me due to an incorrect address on the label. I tried explaining this to Opensky and requested a new label, however I received only a partial response asking me for me order number and then no response after I provided this information.

Order #[redacted] - I only received a partial refund for this order even though I returned two items. I received no response when I tried to request a full refund from Opensky.Desired Settlement: I'd like the full amount refunded that is owed to me. I have made a sufficient effort in trying to get these issues resolved and I feel the company owes me this as compensation for its horrendous customer service. I expect this credit to appear on my purchasing credit card and will not accept store credit as I will not be using this site every again and would never recommend it to anyone I know. Any assistance the Revdex.com can give me to resolve my issue would be greatly appreciated.
