I am rejecting this response because:I was notified that I would be receiving my other 3 items on the 22nd. Behold, box came in and 1 item was still missing. When I contacted the company again, got another set of apologies  and asking for me to be patient or get a refund or a gift card.I responded to Opsgear that I wanted a refund ASAP and it's been 2 days and still no answer from them.Not satisfied at all.
