I have made two purchases with this company, order# *** on Julyand order# *** July From order *** I received one out of four items from that orderThe other three were on back-order for two weeksFrom order *** I received six out of eight items from that orderThe other two items still have not arrivedNow I emailed them about both orders on july 20th and they replied to me that they were sorry, they had issues with a supplier and that is would be monday july the latest to ship out the items from both ordersThey also said that they can not ship UPS with a PO Box address, but both orders were set up to ship UPS and they shipped the other items US Postal service with my PO BoxSo right there tells me they were giving me the run aroundSo the email I Sent july 20th I stated that I wanted a refund on the items from both orders they have not sent yetJuly 21st a customer service rep named Amy emailed me that they received my email about a refund and that they would

On November 20th 2016, I ordered a holster and a mag pouch from OpsGearThey shipped the holster, but not the pouchI waited until November 23rd to send an email ticket about the unsent pouchThe ticket only got a reply on November 28thThe company claims you will receive a reply within "duty hours"
The response was that the pouches would be sent soon
I called a total of timea on December 1st and 2ndAfter getting through the answering machine to speak to a person I cancelled the orderI was told I'd get a cancellation confirmation emailI never got itI called again on December 6th to finally cancel the order and get store credit
Ordered a pair of olive BDU pants and a Condor oasis hydration carrier on December The pants are shipping, but the carrier still has not shipped
On December 15, I sent the credit to a friend to help pay for a giftThe order confirmation email only was sent on December

I apologize for misunderstanding how you wanted this resolved, and for the delays in shipment!  If you choose, you may go to FedEx, tell them there is a dispute, the package shouldn't have been delivered, and have them send it back.  Once again, I am so sorry about how your order has been handled!

Since I was finally able to confirm that this purchase is now with UPS I can agree that this complaint can be closed.  The person who replied from the business needs to get some customer service training and lose the sarcasm.  Lesson learned about ordering from this company (don't) and why there are so many complaints.  I'll stick with the company I normally deal with from now on.  They have an A+ Revdex.com rating, with only 33 complaints over 3 years.
