Hello,
On 07/09/I made an online purchase of $worth of gear from Opsgear When I hadn't received a tracking number or the gear after a weeks, I contacted them
On 07/18/they sent me half of my order, and told me they didn't know when the other half of my order would be back in stock
On 07/21/they offered to refund our money and cancel our order, which we agreed to
Between the 21st and the 26th I emailed the four times, and phoned them almost a dozen times, asking how long it would take to cancel the order and issue the refund The phone was never answered
On the 26th, they responded by email and said the order was being cancelled and our refund would be issued within a day
We've still yet to receive confirmation that the order was cancelled and the refund issued
I explained to them that if I didn't receive the gear or a refund, I would lose my job As veterans, and suppliers of law enforcement, they should understand and appreciate the time

I placed an order for a sweatshirt back on 02-Sep- On 03-Sep-my account was debited the full amount (including S&H) On 07-Sep-I had not received any information that the product had actually shipped, which to my understanding is common practice in online shopping to charge the customer when the product ships I attempted to contact OpsGear through their ticketing system, anbd received an auto-generated email that I would be contacted within approxhours Two days later I called the company and the only option is to leave a voicemail I left a voice mail and sent a followup email That day I received a response that the sweatshirt had not shipped, but should go out by the end of the following week I received an order update mid-weel and was surprised to see that I was now being shipped the wrong size/ Try as I might to catch everything in time, I received no timely response and ended up with the wrong product It took another several days of emails and voice

I order a gun case on 2/7/and I have never received the product that I paid forI have made a number of phone calls and send multiple emails but only to receive and email saying it would be delivered shortly, it has been month and I am being ripped offI have now read multiple complaint stating the same thing with same company, but that does not change the simple fact that I've bought and paid for a product that I have never receivedI would just like to get my money back! I have already order said product from a more reputable company, so I'm no longer requiring anything that they have besides my money

I ordered a jacket and after weeks of delay and trying to get an update I cancelled the orderI sent emails and left voice mails to cancel/return and they sent it any wayWe returned the jacket and have not received a return after several monthsI have copies of all the email requests

I ordered items from the company website on January Since that time the customer service department stated they would resolve the issue in a quick mannerSince that time I have received zero updates on the wereabouts of my orderI have attempted multiple times through both email and phone to contact the companyI have not received any customer support I wish to resolve this issue receive the items that I ordered and paid for

Opsgear responded accordingly and a full refund has been receivedThank you

My complaint is for customer service issues as well as delivery issues I ordered some outdoor gear from opsgear on OCT, 4, and paid for it for to be delivered in days I still have NOT received my gear When trying to contact the company all you get is a automated voicemail and when I try to put in my tracking number *** it shows up as nothing I'm scared as a Navy service member that I have been scammed of my hard working money of $and this company has my credit card information All I want in return is for this company to either send me my gear I ordered or a refund I'm honestly begging for some help and for someone to please look into this company to make sure OPSGEARR isn't scamming the world

I ordered a pair of boots from this business, and after emails and several phone calls, I still have not received themAll of there emails back to mee seemed computer generated because they all said the exact same thing

I haven't been able to find any requests for a refund, however, his package is in our warehouse, ready to go if the customer still wants it We had to wait for his item to come from another warehouse that doesn't ship internationally, so we could ship it to him I apologize for the delay
in getting his merchandise to him, and for the inconsistent responses Please advise as to whether the customer would still like his merchandise shipped to him I can have it shipped tomorrow

Awful, awful business! Placed an order with OpsGear on 7/(Order #: ***)I added UPS Ground Shipping to the order for an additional $When the order finally shipped (days later...), I received tracking from FedEx Smartpost, which doesn't even use FedEx, but rather USPS (snail mail)I contacted OpsGear and let them know that I paid for UPS Ground Shipping, not FedEx SmartpostJoshua from OpsGear said that their "warehouse can not ship UPS." I purchased an item back on September 4th from OpsgearI had not heard any information regarding my order, so I sent an e-mail to them on September 16th On September 19th I received a response stating "I do apologize for the delay, I am working on your order right now to make sure that it is on its way to you, as soon as I receive your tracking number it will be e-mailed to you." After an additional few days I sent them another e-mail and still I have not received a tracking number I re-sent the original e-mail and received no responseI called their customer service number and left a message asking about my order, and stated if I received no response from them I would contact the appropriate agencies It has been almost two months from the original orderNo one is attempting contact with meI paid over $for this item I feel like I've been stolen from The order number for the item is ***

This folks are incredibly shady I made a huge purchase on black Friday Shortly after I received a notice my order was canceled for "lack of inventory " I checked their site and all of the items were IN STOCK but they had tripled the prices Complete bs

The customer has been refunded $through PayPal We apologize profusely for the delay in refund

On NOV I placed an order with this company, order OG-44941, through their online web store My card was billed the next day for the full balance of my order, $for two shirts After one week of no shipping notifications from the company I contacted them about my order and was told that they could not fulfill my order before NOV I immediately asked them to cancel my order and refund my money to my credit card I never received any phone calls from the company, as they have their phones set up to go to a voicemail box and promise a call back within "duty hours" They never will call you back however, and you can only get a response when you e-mail them The response time is usually a day or two On DEC 2016, I was told by Joshua in their customer support office that if I wanted a store credit for the $balance they would immediately make that happen I again demanded my refund as I found the shirts from another vendor and had already received them On DEC 2016, I was told once again by Joshua that my refund was being processed It is now DEC 2016, and I have finally been forced to call my credit card company and officially dispute the charges due to OPSGEAR, INC refusing to refund me my money I will never do business with this company again
