Sent in via priority mail three pairs of glasses for a repair estimateWas told since I do not have a tracking number they cannot track or find my glassesThey effectively have stolen my glasses

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] Dear Sir or Madam, I received a call yesterday at 7:pm from a collection agency representing Optics Fast and calling from an unidentifiable number of + The person who called said that now I owe not only $for the label I am not going to use, but also a $penalty for having 'slandered' the companyHe said that they have attached the charges to my credit record This obviously does not coincide with what your contact at the company said above Please note that shipping was said to be free for using this service, but upon having made clear to Dino (Customer Service) on that I had taken my business elsewhere because the process on the website was confusing, his colleague Becky of customer service got involved Why confusing she asked? I explained that after inputting my information, an invoice for the transaction came up with a charge of $Obviously, something is wrong with that and the other provider I used was able to give me a good estimate of the repair Becky wrote: ' [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] I responded that I am quite well educated and was uncomfortable with the process and on back of their behavior towards me at that juncture I would never give them a credit card or pay them $or anything else for what was supposed to be 'free shipping' It went back and forth but here is Becky's last note before I blocked her email: It's an automated process we submit all non payers to collectionsIts fair as we pay for labelsa year don't pay its 5k its economical to pay $for this serviceBut don't worry you will pay for it once it's on your credit reportThey always do :) ____So as per above, they make a practice of thisOffering free shipping, but then wanting to nickle and dime the consumer for $(and then $in my case) when said consumer decides for whatever reason to take his/her business elsewhere There are notes all over the web about their practices, and a lot of people are unhappy with themI am taking a stand on principle here and look forward to your support to get this cleaned up, not only for me, but also for the other folks they have blackmailed by threatening to hit their credit ratings with this $(and more) chargeThank you In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Send pair of Prada's women's sunglasses to Optic Fast Incfor nose pad repair Took package to ups , had them make mailing label , insured for $Called optic fast and person other end at optic fast was very very rude on phone , kept asking for order # which I don't have because taking & mailing via ups Very bad business concept and advertising G.G.M

I have a hard time understanding how this company is still in businessThey charged me for work that I did not request! I asked for my glasses back and then they got rude! I called to ask them why they charged me for an EMAIL! Becky (the customer service rep) stated that they had to charge me for the emails I had sent themSeriously? So I called the next day to get some answers and the manager began yelling at me saying that my question was, "not valid" and that I was "wasting their time." Which are quotes from their emails as wellThe manager proceeded to hang up the phone on me and I hadn't even started yelling backSo I called back and selected a different department to talk to and the same person answered the phoneI would name her but she didn't give a nameBefore I could even get my question in she continued to yell at me....I guess she knew who was calling....and threatened to sue me for harassmentAfter that she asked if she could write down my credit card information...WRITE DOWN my credit card information...no way in heck would I trust them with that informationI went to get a gift card from the store just to settle this crap DO NOT TRUST THEM! They do not know how to run a business and I have no idea how they are still in businessMaybe they are short handed and are so bad at what they do, that their employees are constantly stressed? I guess I would be upset to if I had to deal with mad customers all day..my tip, provide a quality service...maybe?

In response to the above compalint, I hereby am providing our version of eventsWe received an order for repair service from customerWe sent a label that cost us $to the customer to have them ship their frames to usTo date we have not received anything from the customer to complete a service so not sure why they claim we are demanding money from themOnce we receive their repair job, we will evaluate them and send them an estimateNo estimate has been generated and no monies are owed at this time, until we receive their repairThey must gave have some form of miscommunication that they had to pay the shipping cost, when that is our expenseWe never sent anything to collection and never did

Slowest service, worst customer service I have ever received

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: the coating was never appliedSee attachment on page where the lenses on the left are the new lenses (that Opticsfast state the AF coating was applied) and the glasses on the right are my old ones with AF coatingI took them into my Doctor (Optometrist) and he even said the AF coating was never appliedI also asked if they can be dipped into an AF coating and he said noThe coating is done during the manufacturing process.I have attached the email exchange and original receiptAll I want is new lenses the way they are to be made, shipped to me and I will be happy to return the lenses in question In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Buyer beware Stay as far away from this company as you possibly canThey literally stole my sunglasses: I prepaid for repairs and when they finally admitted they had "lost" the glasses (more than two months later), they refunded my service payment but patently refused any compensation for my $glasses they stole! I have no doubt this is a scam they've done before and intend to seek restitution however I need to, and will also alert the state's attorney generalBut no one in their right mind should ever do business with this companyThey are dangerously unscrupulous

The customer did send in pairs of eyeglasses with missing rhinestonesWe sent them to the lab and did our best to match up rhinestones that were missing totallyThe rhinestones obviously are not from the manufacturer, since the frames are old and discontinued but we did our best to match them upWe have refunded customer partially as courteous

Can I give no stars? Horrible customer service! Sold me fake designer glasses advertising as wellPromised me "100% brand new and Authentic and come to us direct from the manufacturerEach item is packaged with a certificate of authenticity, protective case and dust cloth"All I got was the frames, and a generic caseSpoke with customer service and they said "There is no such thing as certificate of authenticity or dust cloths for Burberry glasses." Wow really? they have no professionalism when speaking with youGhetto store, don't use themI am in the process of reporting them to the [redacted] for selling fake designer products
