The customer ordered and paid for sunglasses to be repairedCustomer sent in their frames and we repaired the and shipped the item to the customer’s confirmed billing address via [redacted] tracking number [redacted] and the other shipped as it was not fixed properly the initial time via [redacted] on 8/ [redacted]

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Optics Fast Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I followed up with them, and [redacted] said my refund would be processed (this was almost weeks ago)They did not directly contact me and I haven't heard back since my last follow up Optics Fast has not refunded my money I called my bank "WellsFargo" and Wellsfargo awarded the money back into my account, after I sent them all the information for this case But as far as I know the issue has not been resolved PLEASE, let me know if you need any additional information In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above [redacted]

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I contacted this company because I wanted to see if getting replacement lenses were possibleI specified I did not want to send in my glasses They created a shipping label and sent it to meI contacted them and said I didn't want to send in my glasses, I just need replacement lensesI was told the only way to be assisted was to ship them in I explained that isn't what I wanted to do, as I said from the very beginningI get an email from the company, signed by Becky Stelling me I must pay for the shipping label they created I let her know I did not ask for the shipping label to be created and I asked her to not contact me againBut she did contact me again and was argumentative I felt she was extremely unprofessionalIt was like she was taking it personally that I did not want to send my glasses in

Much like the other reviews I have just read about [redacted] , I am in complete agreement with everyone's opinions, and had an absolute terrible experience I had ordered glasses with prescription lenses from this company on 10/*/ The evening of that same day, I was contacted via text and email to tell me the frame I ordered (which they only had pair of) were damaged, and were unable to get another pair because they are discontinued After an exchange of about different e-mails with their company over the next day, offering a different pair of frames and me declining the offer, and asking for a refund because I was no longer interested in working with them, I finally contacted the company via phone to settle my dispute; it was IMPOSSIBLE to get the refund I was owed The customer service representative I spoke with was THE MOST unprofessional human being I've ever interacted with To start off our conversation, as I began speaking, he answered another, personal phone call, without even putting me on hold, saying 'excuse me,' nor apologizing for doing so I was told it was "my problem" they had already received the lenses that match my prescription but they didn't have a frame for, and I was also told that it's because I'm "a girl" that this is an issue to begin with When further asking for a refund that I felt I was owed, I was also told that I'm bringing my emotions into the situation, and if I were a guy, I would take the replacement frames they offered me, and I wouldn't be sitting on the phone with him During this conversation, the "f word" was used on multiple occasions, which was beyond unprofessional - as if I wasn't already offended enough In an attempt to "smooth things over" and calm me down, the customer service representative also stated that if we knew each other, he'd be at my house (reciting my address, since he had it from my order), and we'd be hanging out, smoking a blunt together; and also went so far as to tell me that it must be difficult to be my boyfriend because I'm very hard to make up with The further agitated I got with him/the situation, the more he threw around the fact that I was a girl and getting too emotional about it Finally, the representative agreed to cancel my order at a 20% service charge Regrettably, I agreed, as I was so beyond frustrated at this point, I just wanted my money back and to get off the phone They did credit my account for the full price of the frame they did not have, but was charged 20% of the price of the prescription lenses When asked for a confirmation number and e-mail of this agreement, the customer service representative continued to treat the situation as a joke, asking me what he should make the confirmation number be, suggesting it as "69." And then he added "143" (I love you) to the number - therefore, my confirmation number was *** Along with this confirmation number/e-mail, he offered to send a photo of himself, and asked I do the same, because "now that we were best friends," we should be able to see each other Thankfully, he never sent one As much as I did not want to be appreciative to him of working with me to provide some sort of a refund, I thanked him for doing so, to where he continued to go on and on about our new found "relationship"; I then hung up on him DO NOT EVER use this company! They are total scammers, are not willing to credit you the refund you are deserved, and furthermore are beyond unprofessional This was the MOST AWFUL customer service experience I've ever dealt with

Cheats, Frauds, and Scammers "After confirming that they repaired brand-name Vuarnet sunglasses, and paying in advance, I instead received a cheap substitute frame of a different brand, style, and colorThe owner (and the shoddy Customer Service reps) refused to accept a return for a suitable Vuarnet frame, they refused to refund a portion of my money, and they destroyed my useable templesThis was a terrible example of bait-and-switch, and they appear to have no integrity or honesty when dealing with the publicI urge you not to use this companyI have been cheated!"

Customer did pay for a repair on 3/ [redacted] but after it went to the lab and determined it was badly damaged and could not be repaired it was already refunded back to cardholder account [redacted] [redacted]

The sales department becomes the collections department If you start the online process they bug you to death to collect for a shipping label The say they generate the label early in the process and you have to pay even of you decide not to use the shipping

Yuk OpticsFast is the absolute WORST online company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with No Wait! They are simply the worst company I have ever dealt with They make Comcast and ATT seem like model customer support organizations Thank goodness I never sent them my glasses for repair (thank you to The Frame Mender for the week turnaround and excellent quality repair) My entire lousy experience with OpticsFast has been limited to their constant badgering messages to send in my glasses It doesn't matter that I patiently informed them I won't be sending them my glasses "Why not" was their response Because, I replied, online reviews for OpticsFast on [redacted] and the Revdex.com are dismal (plus they don't quote repairs until they've received the glasses unlike, say, The Frame Mender With bad reviews and a pig-in-a-poke approach to the quote process, there was no way I was sending them my glasses to hold hostage) "Becky" replied that I was making a huuugh mistake, that they have great reviews with only a few hundred negative reviews because of some overly sensitive customers who complain at the littlest provocationNot a good sign, I thought Now, weeks on, I get or daily messages to send in my already-repaired-by-someone-else glasses Numerous requests to stop sending those messages have gone ignored So I gave them fair warning: if they sent me another message, I'd share my miserable experience on every social website I could find In less than an hour, they replied that they'd already prepaid postage for my glasses and, therefore, I "must pay" them $to not send them in I guess they figure their customers don't know or can't find out that Click-n-Ship postage is fully refundable within days of purchase These guys apparently know and will try every trick in the book to squeeze a few dollars from their customers I shudder to think what tricks they would have tried if they'd gotten their mitts on my glasses So here I am posting my experience everywhere I can find FWIW, in response to my warning of posting this review, their response was "the more [bad reviews] the merrier" Now that I'm actually posting as I warned them I would, the boneheads are calling my cellphone and threatening to IM and email bomb me Poor sods apparently haven't heard of email blacklists and IM blocking

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANYBECKY will tell you everything you want to hear to get you to place an orderI confirmed that my order was correct after it was place and have a screen shotWhen calling customer service to alert them that the wrong item was sentthey told me a different order was placed, they changed it to a similar yet different itemNow they want to charge me to send the item backThe wrong item was sent intentionally by this company and then changed my orderI have an email from BECKY confirming the correct orderOPTICS FAST will make you feel like a foolDon't do it

I purchased glassesReceived them quickly so that's goodAfter inplaced the order in received an email saying my credit card was declinedI checked and I had already been chargedScam #I emailed them about it and never received a responseThey conveniently placed another glasses order in my shopping cart but I was smart enough not to use place a 2nd orderThe glasses were uncomfortableI asked for an RMA number and was told there was a 20% restocking feeSUPER SCAM! DO NOT use this company!!!

I have just experienced what so many others have gone through with this fraudulent company, OpticsFastI had the misfortune of dealing with the infamous Becky S in the so-called customer service department through some interesting email correspondence where she made several off the wall unprofessional commentsShe is the only one who answers emailsThere are no supervisorsThis is NOT a real company by any means Do NOT fall for believing that OpticsFast actually has the eyeglasses that you want in stockBecky S gave me the EXACT same run around that she has given many othersAnother reviewer on Trust Pilot by the name of [redacted] went through the EXACT same ordeal that I didShe posted on October ***, 2016: [redacted] *SOUNDS FAMILIAR DOESN'T IT? They treated us both in the exact same mannerA REFUND should have been offered in both cases but it was notI was also in the same position as [redacted] because I had to contact my bank about this fraudulent charge to dispute it OpticsFast gives everyone the same story when they can't obtain the glasses shown on their websiteThey tell LIES! They also do NOT offer refunds at allInstead, they try to sell you frames that they actually carry I REPEAT! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

This company accepted delivery and signed for two pair of my designer sunglasses I have the tracking number and the person's name who signed for it They basically just claimed no responsibility, were rude, unhelpful and probably steal and resell designer sunglasses They in effect stole mine- replacement value $ [redacted] **

This company is truly a rip-off BEWARE!!!!!!They used elmers glue to repair my Tom Ford eyeglasses, sent them back without cleaning and then glasses simply came apart in the same place (temple connection) in a couple of weeks Company said send them back and they will repair again, but I read that many people never get them back again if they complainBEWARE!!!!!!!!
