[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Below is their refund policy You will note that a refund is only permitted when a service provider is not able to provide services No refund is payable for Non-Compliance with instructions; Change of Mind; and, Personal Issue I received the refund only because I sent a letter with my payment that stated I was only paying on the condition that no additional fees were due This business is a scam on the public Their travel service is promoted by travel agents as "free' travel, which I am sure they are fully aware of...why else would anyone enroll? In response to your clients complaint, our refund policy is stated plainly on our website and on documents that were sent to him. Re-stocking fee applies to everyone. We have very expensive product and shipping costs we have to offset.We have nothing to do with marketing or... fulfillment of promotions. Re-stocking fee is non-refundable.C. C***
