I ordered a DNA kit through *** several months ago. I received confirmation of receipt at the beginning of May and the email stated to expect my results within 6-8 weeks. It is now going on 3 months and not only do I not have my results, but I have tried several times to contact the company and NO ONE has replied!! The test was expensive and while I understand they are doing COVID testing, there is absolutely NO REASON for my emails to be ignored. At thus point I wouldn’t even trust the validity of any test results they would send me if they sent me anything because it’s been so long!

In March 2020 my wife and I ordered, through ***, the *** DNA diagnostic kit. After the 6-8 week (middle of July) testing period had passed, I began reaching out via email and social media to find out when we would receive the results. On August 3, we finally received a response that our request, #***, had been received. Later that day, we received an email saying the DNA provided was insufficient and that we would be sent new swabs, " ASAP". We responded right away confirming our address. On August 18th, I reached out again inquiring where the new swabs were. As of today, August 28th, we have had not received anything nor heard from the company.

Purchased a test kit in March. After many attempts to contact the company I finally heard back and was told the sample wasn’t adequate. This was 3 months after they received it and was only communicated to me after I reached out multiple times. Received new test kit, did it again and resubmitted it. Now, 11 additional weeks later still no results and when I reached out they said they didn’t know when it would be complete. I have now asked for a refund.

I purchased *** DNA testing in May when I started *** program.
I received 2 E-mails from a computer that said my test was being processed. It’s been 17 weeks and I still has no results. Also have gotten no response to 3 E mail requests and 1 msg left on their answering machine. I would like my results or my money back.

My sample was confirmed received by Company on 6/5/20. I should have received results in 6-8 weeks. I have filed multiple trouble tickets with the Company on 8/10 and 8/17. I have not received any response from the Company.

I ordered the Orig3n nutritional DNA kit through *** when signing up. Everything went great and I got a confirmation email stating that on June 16th they received my DNA. On June 17th another email stating they were starting to analyze my DNA sample. They have it on their website and everywhere else that it takes 6-8 weeks to get your results back. This is starting from the date they email you that they are analyzing your sample. It has now been 10 weeks. 2 weeks past. I contacted them twice, they say to give them 72 business hours to respond. I gave more than that and still have yet to hear ANYTHING. This place is HORRIBLE customer service and should be closed for business. I have read many other people having the SAME exact thing happening to them and I mean A LOT of people. Covid-19 is no excuse. If they cannot keep up with the workload they need to put a stop to the ordering so they can catch up or let customers know it'll be 2-3 months instead. Honestly I just want my results back but if I don't get those - I want my money.

My test kit was delivered to Orig3n on 5/4/2020 and acknowledged by Orig3n on 5/12/2020. I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to receive my results. I followed up on 7/7/2020 because I had yet to receive any results from Orig3n. Upon reaching out suddenly a portion of my results were available. When I inquired about the remaining results I was told that results were made available when they were 80% ready (yet had not been available to me until I inquired about them). It's now been almost 2 more months and I have reached out multiple times via their helpdesk and even through *** but have yet to receive my full results.

There has NOT been a response to either of my support tickets since they've been opened. In addition, I want an update on the remainder of my results and if they are not going to be made available before 9/1 then I want a full refund.

I ordered a *** health DNA test in May. I sent in my sample and received a confirmation email that my DNA sample was received on May 20th. In that email they told me that it would take 6-8 weeks to receive my results. However, my results never came. I went through their website to try and contact someone and left an email response on 8/5/2020 to see the status of my results. In the follow up email, I was told that it takes 72 hours for them to respond and to not try to contact them again as it will move my contact to the back of the line. As of today 8/24/2020, I have not recieved my results nor any contact from Orig3n about the status of my DNA sample and results.

I ordered an Orig3n DNA Dietary test in May, completed the test, and sent it back. I received a email from Marvin on June 17th that they received my DNA in which I was told I would receive my results in 6-8 weeks. Two weeks ago I emailed them asking where my results were. I received a computer automated response that, due to COVID, they were behind, but I would receive the results by 10 weeks. It has now been 10 weeks and I have not received results. I e-mailed them again with no response. I also called them and left a message. Obviously it is impossible to talk or communicate with a human! I have not received a call back. This DNA kit was ordered through a *** program that I was currently using for weight loss.

I ordered a DNA kit from this company. I promptly recieved it. I sent it back the same day and that was back in March. I have emailed this company
numerous times, I have called and left voicemails and I have not heard back. I even downloaded their app to ensure a quicker response. Nothing. This company has scammed countless people and that can be proven by their *** page. I want a refund immediately and an apology.

I ordered and paid for a DNA test back in February. They told me to expect 6-8 weeks for results. I waited almost 6 months without any update or communication from the company and finally reached out. I have an email from them admitting they failed to provide what I paid for. I asked what they were going to do to help, but they stopped responding. I tried reaching out 5 more times via email and multiple times via their customer service on *** but have received no response. Have now requested a refund but can't get an answer or resolution.

I purchased a DNA test when I did a trial with *** weight loss. I sent the kit back and received one and only response on June 6, 2020 stating they had my kit and I would receive my results in 6-8n weeks. I never received anything. I made 3 attempts to contact the company by calling their 800 # and leaving messages. I have not received any response.

I purchased the Orig3n DNA test kit through a *** subscription. I registered my sample and sent it in Mid May 2020. The results were supposed to be communicated within 6-8 weeks. It's been over 12 weeks and I've heard nothing. I fear this company has just run off with my sample and my money.

I purchased a test kit back on March 13th for the caffeine tolerance test. As of August 19, it still says the lab will take 6-8 weeks to work on my results after receiving my sample. I sent my DNA test back as soon as I received it and should have had results by now, after over 4 months later. After doing research, I realized that many others had the same issues and never received their results. There is no way to see an order number, track your order or see purchase history on their app. It only says "Report Unavailable".

I waited way out of the timeline that was stated for even just one response from this business. They finally emailed me today (which I have attached), clearly only because of my complaint, that my swab wasn't performing well so they would send me new ones. I am not interested in sending in another swab and having to wait just like I did the first time with no communication with me until I filed a complaint. I would like a complete refund for the order.

ORIG3N came to ***. The put on a event where the town could come get tested for covid-19. I went and got tested because Itbwas local and hosted by the police department so I figured it was legit. I was promised a result within 74 hours by of the test by arriving at the lab. This test was done on a Saturday and it's is now almost Friday. I became sick and have been out of work since sat. Now my daughter is sick. We are all waiting on a test result so I can return to work and get on with my life. I have left voicemails I have left emails I have tried messaging on *** and sending a text message to the number provided. I can't get in touch with the organization. I just want an email with my results.

HELLO ORIG3NHELP,
I have obviously waited well over your 6-8 week wait time since you confirmed receipt MAY 29. I was told to wait 72 BUSINESS HOURS in your email and obviously have done that as well. 72 business hours….wow. I’d love to meet the genius behind that one. I was also told that if I send another request for update my sample would be sent to the end of the queue. Really?
I’d also like to point out for the second time that your staff should be adequately dressed to be protected from COVID19 if they are already in fact handling human DNA…? I’m not understanding why COVID19 would stall any processing of these samples.
You have a C- and 1 star with the Revdex.com. 70 complaints in the past 12 months…..
How many lawsuits? It’s time more people hear about the truth because you can’t deliver. Love social media.

More than twice the time promised. If there was a problem with my DNA not 'performing' a certain way a short email would suffice and solve the problem completely. Instead the company chose to not only disregard my emails requesting status but go about it in an unprofessional, degrading, and condescending way. The "getting back to you within 72 business hours" is completely confusing to those who are not only able to comprehend what they are saying but completely too confusing and obnoxious. The other incredibly, unprofessional, and unnecessary item that was not addressed in Orig3n's response was the fact that if a customer send in more than one request for a status update we are sent to the end of the queue each time. I feel that after all of this hassle to even get a response from Orig3n, after 12 weeks I should be sent the Fitness and Nutrition Bundle instead of the kit I originally ordered that could have fixed the problem weeks ago. I believe this one is on them and they should feel compelled to compensate me for the time spent. Hopefully this will motivate the company to fix the problem.

I ordered the DNA test over 12 weeks ago and never got my results. I also requested a refund and never heard from them .

I mailed my DNA sample in March and received confirmation on March 24th that the sample had been received by Orig3n, Inc. The application that I was required to download in order to receive my results stated that it would take 6-8 weeks for the information to be available following receipt of the sample by the lab. After 10 weeks, the application never updated to say that my sample had been processed so I contacted the company via email to follow up. I did not receive a response. I followed up again on June 22nd and also did not receive a response. I finally left a message on their social media and on June 29th the company’s Director of Customer Success & Communications, ***, sent me an email and said that she would have new swabs sent to me ASAP upon confirming my mailing address. I confirmed my mailing address and never heard back from her or received the swabs. I followed up with *** on the same email chain on July 2nd and July 16th. There was no response.

On August 13th, ***, sent an email saying that they would reimburse me for the cost of the DNA kit and send me a check for payment. She stated that the check would be expedited, but that it could take a week for me to receive it. It has been over a week and I have not received the check as promised or additional correspondence from *** regarding the reimbursement. As a result, I do not accept the response by the business as the reimbursement has not been fulfilled.

Purchased DNA testing with Orig3N via ***. Rec'd email on June 4, 2020 stating they received DNA sample and it will be 6-8 weeks processing. I am now on week 11. I sent email to Orig3n rec'd auto reply that I will hear from them in 72 hours. It has now been approximately 192 hours since reply email was received. If you call company you get answering machine. Also, you are threatened with if you continue to try and contact your communication will be put to the bottom of the list basically.

In reading the business' response, it is a pat answer that seems to be in many of the bad reviews on Revdex.com as well as on ***. I said they should supply the DNA results or refund my money. I did not receive either of my stated resolutions. So now they say they are going to send another swab which will take weeks. I will then have to return the swab that will take weeks and then they will start their 6-8 week processing lie again. So then three months from now I am in the same boat. There is no proof that they actually attempted to perform the swab test. If, as they say, they couldn't perform the test, why aren't they refunding my money?

I received an email on May 11th that my sample had been received and would take 6-8 weeks to process. It's now been 16 weeks since that email has been received. I've sent multiple emails asking status. No response from anyone. I would like to know status.
