I purchased a kit for $99. My results were received 12/23/2019. It said it would be ready in 4-6 weeks and then it changed to 6-8 weeks. After 8 weeks I still did not have the promised results. I emailed the company and after about a week I finally received an email back from "***" saying he would look into it and would either expedite my results or would have a new kit sent to me. I never heard back. I emailed him another 2 times as well as a message through their *** page and nobody has responded.

I purchased a nutrition kit from *** in December and sent my sample out on Dec 18th, 2019. I finally got an email on Dec 31st, 2019 saying my DNA sample had been received. On Jan 3rd, 2019 I received the last email I have gotten from this company saying they were analyzing my sample. It has now been almost 11 weeks since my sample was received and I have not gotten any results. I emailed customer service over a week ago and have yet to get a response, I also called 1-800 number I found for the company through *** and it just rang and rang. The reason I purchased this test is bc I have been having a lot of health issues that may be pertaining to my diet. At this point, I would like a refund for my purchase so I can purchase another kit from a different company.

I purchased a DNA ALDH2 Deficiency kit on January 6th. Submitted my DNA sample and still have not gotten my test results or a response from the company. I received an email on January 23rd that said they received my sample and I would have results soon and have not heard back. I have messaged the company through their website and tried calling the phone number on their site and again have gotten no response.
I want my test results or a full refund.

I bought the vitamins dna kit, sent in my sample, and received and email confirmation that it had arrived on January 9th. It has now been two months and I have not received my results. I have tried to contact the company but I never got a response back.

I wish I had read the Orig3n reviews on the Revdex.com site before spending $99 for a Nutrition and Fitness kit. Please DO NOT waste your money, and more importantly please DO NOT trust your DNA with a company that does not provide a phone number to call and ask for assistance. As noted in the other reviews, their customer service is non-existent and they do not deliver on what they market in their kits. I received an incomplete result with only one gene in the report. The information they did provide had zero relevance to nutrition and fitness, and was not helpful at all. If my sample was incomplete, they never contacted me to tell me. I've reached out to the company via their app, email, and contacting them via phone - which by the way, I only found their number after researching their Revdex.com status on this website. They do not provide a phone number to call for customer service. I gave Orig3n ample opportunity to respond to me and make it right - but I have received zero communication. This concerns me, specially when dealing with something as valuable as my DNA. I requested a refund - but have received zero response. I am very disappointed with their product.

Please let me assure you the rest is on the way. We offer a phone number on the contact page on our website. At this point in time it is voicemail only and we have someone return voicemails left on a M-F basis. I hope we are able to resolve this to your satisfaction.

This place has been a complete nightmare, we never received our DNA nutrition report from this company and it's been 3 months now. We contacted them numerous times and they only responded once and it took them 2 weeks to reply back! Needless to say that conversion got absolutely nowhere. Tried calling them but no one ever answers. We are out over $200 dollars for two test and they seem like they can care less. Looking at their complaints on here and other websites, this is obviously not their first time with having complaints against them. They appear to be doing this to ALOT of customers that paid good money for a service that is never performed.

This company needs to be looked in, because it appears they are just collecting alot of money without performing a service. I want them to refund us our $258, now it has been so long since our test was done...the DNA nutrition results will be very questionable (if they actually have them). We want to be refunded. We do not trust this company anymore.

I paid $100 for their product sent in my test sample. Received an email 12/19/2019 that my sample was received and I would have my results in 4-6 weeks. It has been 9 weeks I have tried to contact the company 4 times via email, and 3 voicemails (they never answer their phone) in the last 4 weeks and have not got any response. This has been very disappointing and feel I had $100 stolen from me.

I purchased their nutrition bundle and submitted my sample on 12-26-19. They said they received my sample and my results would be ready in 4 weeks. Since then I have emailed them twice and tried to contract them on ***. They have not responded to any. I want my results or refund the $150 I paid for the item.

After months of no results, a request for a refund has been ignored. Customer service is non-existent in this company. I finally got a 1/2 complete report with results I have no reason to trust. Avoid this company and go with a more reputable service.

In October of 2019 I ordered a DNA kit through Noom that would come from Orig3n. When I received the DNA kit I followed the instructions to collect the DNA sample and then mailed it back to Orig3n. I received email updates to my registered email like, we've received your sample, we're testing your sample, and then your sample is ready. To retrieve my results I had to login to the app that was on my *** phone. For some reason my password was "incorrect". When I clicked on the need a new password link I got an error message saying my email was not a registered (or recognized) email address even though I had been getting email updates all along. I have sent several email messages (three) and have called twice and left voicemails. I received a call back and the guy who called said he would look into it and I asked if, in the mean time, he could at least email me results to me and he stated that he would. I should point out that just in case the problem was with my app that I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and tried the whole process again with the exact same results. To date I have not been able to get into the app. I have not received the email with my DNA results even though I have sent two follow up text messages letting them know the email with the results has never arrived.

Since it had been so long and I had complained so much someone named *** said he would just send my report. Today I get an email from this lady who says I can get into the app now and she was correct. However, the report that is there is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from the report that I was emailed. I CANNOT have TWO DIFFERENT DNA RESULTS! One of these, or both of these, reports cannot be correct. At this point I would just like a refund of my $39 and I would think Orig3N would make some serious steps toward making sure they do not continue to send TWO DIFFERENT DNA REPORTS TO ONE PERSON!

- Thank you for your response. I see you were sent a PDF of your report on February 7th by *** and February 12th by ***. These have been compared and the information is the same in both. The team also compared both versions of the PDF reports to what is shown on the application and all of the information matches. The team will be trying to give you a call in speak about this and clarify any other questions you may have.

In September of 2019 I ordered NUTRITION DNA Test from Orig3n. The company received my swab on September 27, as confirmed by an e-mail from the company. The usual processing time is up to 8 weeks. But I did not receive my DNA results neither in November nor in December. On December 31 2019 I wrote to the company and received a response from *** on January 8, which said:

Good Afternoon ***,

Apologies for the delay in response. My name is ***, I am a customer service representative . I see we received your swab on September 27, so we have passed the four-week timeline. You still have a few genes pending so I am going to request that the lab re-extract your sample to see if we can finalize your report. This means we locate your swab from our secure cold storage, re-extract and process the sample to see if it will read for those failed genes. If this fails, we may need to send you an additional swab free of charge.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Have a good day.

Since then I haven't heard from them. I didn't get the product; I didn't get my money back; I did not get a new test.

Since January 8th I wrote two e-mails to *** with NO RESPONSE whatsoever.

At this point I do not trust the company and do not want their DNA results because with this attitude they simply may write there something that is not true.

What I want is my money back.

I purchased two $99.00 mind and body DNA tests which I scanned in the application on my phone and which both are supposed to be done within 4 weeks, but is now going over 2 months. I have left three voicemails as well as three emails. My screenshots and evidence of tests as well as a hypertension test that were turned in and have not been returned to me will was provided to the company in each contact attempt. I have received no emails back nor have I received any phone calls back effectively I've spent close to $300 in DNA testing that is going over two months overdue when it was only supposed to take 4 weeks. This company has stolen nearly $300.00 of my money. They know it's true because before I mailed these testi I have to scan them with a UPC barcode it is unique to each test I have purchased. All tests are linked to the unique app on my phone. I spent close to $800 with this company imini tests in which three very important ones have been completely ignored and total near $300 to 250.00 dollars. To mind and body DNA test and a hypertension test while before any of them went on sale. I paid original price for these tests.

I wish I had come here before purchasing this service. I added the DNA Profile to a *** subscription and submitted my sample on 8/22/2019. I have received numerous notifications that they are 'processing' my sample, but it has been over four months and every time I check the app, it still says it isn't ready. I have zero visibility into the process or timing, and they have zero credibility. I have requested a full refund at this point and will update my review with how they proceed from here.

Ordered an Orig3n nutritional analysis kit through *** in October. Promptly swabbed and sent in the sample and never received results. No response from the customer care department, and now realizing I share the experience of several other dissatisfied customers.

I ordered three nutrition kits and only received one. I have tried to call their phone number, there is no answer. I have left two messages on two separate days. I have emailed their customer service two times as well. I have heard nothing back. I spent $267.00 on the three nutrition kits.

I purchased a DNA kit associated with NOOM DNA from the Orig3n company on 9/27/2019 for $39. I was told my DNA results would be available on the app within 4 weeks. It is now 1/6/2020, more than 3 months later. I have not received any results or any communication from Orig3n since 11/27/2019 when they emailed me about analyzing my sample. No one at Orig3n has responded to my emails or a request for a refund.

I ORDERED A DNA TEST AND COLLECTED THE SAMPLE. MAILED OFF. RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING ORIG3N RECEIVED MY SAMPLE AND WILL PROCESS MY SAMPLE ON 10/7/19, IT STATES IT WILL TAKE 4 WEEKS BEFORE RESULTS ARE COMPLETE. IT IS NOW DECEMBER 31, 2019. I BELIEVE THAT IS MORE THAT ENOUGH TIME TO PROCESS A SAMPLE. I HAVE CALLED, I HAVE EMAILED AND I HAVE MAILED A LETTER TO THE COMPANY CERTIFIED. I WOULD JUST LIKE MY RESULTS!!!!

I ordered a dna kit and then decided I did not want to use and submit my dna for testing. The kit is brand new, unopened and still in the plastic wrap packaging. there is zero return/refund policy on the website and no clear instructions included with the kit on how to initiate a return. I have submitted help tickets to the company and have followed up 3-4 times without a response.

I purchased 3 boxes of Vitamin test thru online website during a promo/ad I saw at ***. Paid via *** since the website says that I can still received my purchases "NOW" even if I pay installment. Purchase went thru and package arrived on night of 24th - package was intact, sealed and good condition. Opened the plastic and inside contained only 1 box of the Vitamin test. I have tried reaching out to them about the issue by sending customer service an email - it is the only way to contact them in their mobile site. I do not think it is a delivery issue since package arrived on time and intact. I purchased all 3 boxes all together in one billing so I do not think it was a purchasing issue. Their mobile site does not show any telephone number making it more suspicious. I had to open up their site thru a laptop to be able to see their contact number - why would you set up your site that way? I finally found their number and will try calling tomorrow morning and have the 2 boxes they have not delivered refunded or cancelled.
