June 4 I received the email stating that they received my sample and it will be 68 weeks for the results. it is now over eight weeks I have left messages I have sent emails and have gotten no response from the company. I’m going to notify *** to inform them of the situation and since they are a partner they should rethink their partnership with this company I’m also going to inform my bank to refund my my fee since I have not received my report

I ordered a *** DNA testing kit from this company, registered and submitted my swab and received notification on 5/27/2020 that my sample had been received and processing would begin. Since then, I've received NO communication from the company save for an automated response on 7/22/2020 to my inquiry on my test results. All of their communications state that I should receive my results within 6-8 weeks of the notification that my sample has been received. It's now been over 10 weeks and I can't get the company to respond to me in any meaningful way.

I sent my DNA kit in March. They never emailed me to say they received it. I contacted customer service 8 weeks later as I had not received my results. That person assured me they had my kit, it was being processed and I would receive it by July 27th. I've checked every day since then and I still have not received it. I've tried calling and emailing a total of 3 times with zero response. I'm beginning to think this was a scam and I'm prepared to give as many poor reviews as I can to spread the word. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have been waiting for 3 months to start this new plan in my life and I could have been well on my way had I chosen a different company. I am very disappointed in the way Orig3n conducts business.

I got an email on 5/11/20 stating my DNA was being analyzed. It is 8/6/20 and there are still no results. I have called several times and get no answer. I have emailed and I got an auto reply stating they would be contacting me, that was 6/29/20 and nothing since then. No follow-up. It seems like they pulled a fast one on me. I feel like they are commiting theft. I can only imagine my sample has collected dust and on some shelve somewhere. I want a refund. Terrible experience.

I purchased a Orig3n kit with my *** subscription months ago. I received the kit and returned to get my results. I got an email from them on May 7 saying that they were analyzing my sample. I got the app that said that my results would be available between 6 and 8 weeks maximum. July 7 would be two month. Didn't receive any results, I emailed them after that and didn't received even an answer from them. I emailed them back on July 20 and still don't have an answer, nothing. They have my money , and my dna and they are not even getting back to me. I would take this to legal if it's necessary, but I wat my results or my money and my sample back.

I submitted my DNA as recommend by Noom 9 weeks ago and have left messages and sent emails without a response, I understand that things may have changed due to Covid, however NO response is bad business. I have contacted Noom to advise

I subscribed to ***, and *** promoted a DNA kit called “Orig3n” that would purportedly help with my weight loss goals.

I ordered the kit April 16, received the kit and returned it a week later, with the promise that results would be returned within 6-8 weeks. I have contacted Orig3n three times, once receiving a computer-generated response and thereafter nothing. After some independent research I found that the results from Orig3n have been found to be fraudulent and it sounds like the whole thing is a scam. It is highly concerning to me that I have submitted my DNA to a company that is not legitimate and also basically threw my money in the toilet.

Going forward, I myself will consider vetted and respected companies like 23andme for DNA and Weight Watchers for weight loss in the future and am considering further action against Orig3n for what amounts to stealing my genetic material and my money.

I paid for genetic test 6 months ago, they promised to send the results I 6-8 weeks.
They stole my genetics codes and never been respectful.
They are rude, as they are thieves.

On 5/4/20 I purchased both the fitness and nutrition bundle for $249.00. On 5/7/20 I registered the bar codes. On 5/10 I received an email confirming receipt of both tests. The app says give 6-8 weeks for results. The 8 weeks mark would be 7/5/20. On 7/22 emailed asking about the result and when they could they be expected. Received an email starting to allow 72 hour for a response. On 07/30/20 emailed again, 8 days after the first email. Never been contacted by this company in any way.

I sent my sample in March. Received an email in April they were reviewing my sample. Here it is July an no test results yet . I have emailed 3 times and only response I get is they are busy with Covid testing and someone will contact me in 72 hrs . It never happened ,still waiting 2 weeks later .Terrible customer service

Originally purchased testing through ***. Was received by Org3n on March 9th. Was told testing would take 6 to 8 weeks. When did not receive results reached out to the company and never received a response. Reached out to *** and Org3n then told me they did not have enough to complete testing. They then sent me two new tests, which they recieved on June 14. I was told that it would take a few weeks to process. It is now over 6 weeks and I have not received a result and have not received a response to my email.

The message I received from the company states that they should be ready in a few weeks. That is what they told me 8 weeks ago when I sent in my swabs for the second time.

I ordered my DNA test, did the test and sent it in. It says 6-8 weeks. I think I am at 4 months...
My biggest complaint is everything is done through an app and there is no way to contact the company to even ask what is happening.

I ordered a DNA kit through *** on Feb 13th, 2020. I sent in my sample and received an email on Feb 27th that it was received by ***. I got another email March 6th that I would have results in 6-8 weeks. Since then I haven't heard a thing or been contacted back. I have called and sent multiple emails. At first I just wanted an update on the status of my sample. The last 2 emails I sent on July 10th and July 24th stated that I am requesting a refund. I would like to be contacted by the company and for them to finish the job but my primary reason is to be refunded esp since my *** membership has now ended.

Before the pandemic hit the US in March I signed up for the wellness app ***. *** asked me if I would like to try a DNA test to see about my general wellness & perfect exercise regimen. A week later I received a box in the mail with instructions for how to get the best DNA Sample. I registered my swab with my account for the Orig3n Inc app & sent the swab to the company as directed. I had clarity through the app that my swab had been registered to my account. I waited the allotted time specified & never heard anything from the company. I resisted the app to see my swab had been removed from my account & thusly contacted the company. Once in contact with the company it took some time for anyone to get back with me. I received one email specifying my account was not listed under the correct email I was using to contact. I sent my correct email along with my name & when I purchased the test. This was a month ago & have yet to hear back from anyone. I finally send an email to the company stating I needed my information or I was reporting the company to the Revdex.com. I have still yet to hear from anyone.

I signed up with *** on or about April 17, 2020. In addition, I also purchased the DNA testing kit from Orig3n. My product was shipped, I immediately did the swab and mailed back with the understanding that within 4-6 weeks after Orig3n received my swab my results would be in. I sent about two unanswered emails regarding the results. On June 29, 2020, after another email I received a response. The swab was received on April 27, 2020, however the swab was "not performing well". They asked me to verify my address and a new swab would be sent. I confirmed my address but asked for a refund. That email was sent on June 29, 2020. As of this date, July 23, 2020, and after an email on July 8, 2020, July 9, 2020, and today, July 23, 2020, I have not received any further communication or a refund.

I paid for a DNA service for which I never received my results. I have attempted to contact the company numerous times over the past month and I have not been able to receive a response or at least an offer to replace the kit that they never sent me the results for. I received an email from their company indicating they received my DNA sample on June 1st Never heard anything more and cannot resolve the current issue with the company.

The item was purchased 14 April 2020. The business confirmed receiving the sample on 29 April 2020. I have not received any results. The promised time frame for results is up to 8 weeks. I have attempted to contact the business multiple ways, numerous times. They do not reply at all, in any form. I would like a refund for my purchase.
