That's funny that I "screamed and yelled" because I spoke to only one person who forwarded me to a manager, who never spoke with meI was always forwarded to a machine All relevant correspondence has been through email I find it hard to believe that they think I scream through an email I will gladly publish any and all email correspondence They are the ones who insulted me through email by basically saying I was *** because I couldn't possibly think I was getting the whole unit Followed by a sentence where they admitted their advertising error and are now going to fix it So I was supposed to know what they meant to advertise, rather than what was written. Futrue consumers:If you have any doubt about a product you are considering to purchase from Focus Camera, I strongly suggest that you be sure of what you are getting, or buy elsewhere This is not a company you want to deal with if you are dissatisfied.

They are claiming they don't have the item in-stock, which is a statement, they clearly do, as it's still being sold on both their website and Walmart's website The business doesn't want to send me the item I ordered for the price I paid for it, they want to charge me more They advertised an item online at a price, that item was purchased at that price, they now don't want to send me that item unless I give them $dollars more It has nothing to do with being in-stock Attached is proof of what I ordered (listing & receipt), as well as confirmation from them that I would receive the correct item The below links both state In-Stock.Here is the Walmart link for the item I ordered: ***Here is the Focus Camera link for the item I ordered: ***You can find they have a history of very bad service similar to this via their *** & *** pages-YELP: ***TRUSTPILOT: h***

I called before the weeksI took a picture of when I opened the rest of the items and what it included if you can send me a picture of what you sent than I suggest you don't tell me that I am to missing items because clearly I am You can refund me the $plus my missing items

Good morning and thank you for the response Joyce PI must admit that I am not in shock that the sales department did not have a satisfactory answer to any of your questionsThat in itself is a prime example of what I contended with and why we are hereI feel that I have dedicated enough time to this entire scenario as we are now approaching March in a few short day's...and I am still without my merchandise or my fund's paid in full, for said merchandiseAs I have stated previously, this company has failed me as a customer...miserably from the first phone call I made,inquiring on many thing's and placing my order, and has been inexcusably unprofessional in every aspect since thenMy time is precious to me as I am a domestic violence survivor AND a stage four cancer survivor! I believe in the good of ALL mankind!
