Of course no one is upset with me, not once did I give attitude to you or your reps. unlike you hung up on me without even completing my package request that I PURCHASED.No, taken advantage of is what you have done to me, I work hard for my money and of when I'm begging for my money back of course i'm going to take what I can as I can if I was not given what I purchased and satisfiedBefore purchasing these items we called to confirm the software worked with my MACfrom the very beginning thats the reason why I called and I made it VERY VERY clearthe money is already spend just give me the software I was told came with to work with my MACOr refund me the difference of the price it is now so that I can purchase the correct software program. Or I can/will return item its still brand new however since it was a gift it was set up as a gift without the packaging so some boxes won't be included BUT I do not/will not get charged a restocking feeI did not threaten you with going to the Revdex.com I was letting you know kindly the steps I was gonna take and you didn't even refund meyou said NO you would not refund me until we handled it with the Revdex.com and hung up.when I called back to get my missing item I was told it would all be refund since they couldn't send out what I originally purchasedagain, I did accept that partial payment back since it is my money and I didn't get what I was offered with the bundle. delivered on 12/*/2015 We have corresponded with the customer stating that we could not offer an extended warraty afer 30 days as per he rules of Mack Warranty. We were not lying to the customer nor did we make him out to be a liar. If [redacted] gave this customer the wrong advice why are we being held responsible? The first contact with this customer is from Jan *, 2016. If [redacted] as the emails states ignored the customer why is this complaint against us? [redacted] also sells extended warranies. This matter is most certainly closed. You state the box does not have a serial number. Thank you for the pictures below. SN: [redacted] is on the box you sent in the pictures. The serial number that we sent you which is scanned is Serial Number(s): [redacted].You are clearly trying to steal from us by returning a product to us that does not belong to us. The issue isn't simply "returning for a refund," especially with my having to pay for the return-shipping, given the unacceptable "customer service."  It is that it should never have needed to be returned in the first place, as more than reasonable efforts were made (and required) to try to cancel the order, in a more than timely manner beforehand.  Moreover, it is so virtually impossible to contact a live person, as it is impossible to receive a phone-call back from a live person (two messages left, one with a Sales Manager because I couldn't get through to Customer Service, and then one with a Customer Service Supervisor, both requesting call-backs which were roundly ignored), that, at least from my experience, it effectively makes any attempts at cancellation of an order ones entirely in futility.What the business should do is 1) provide a return shipping label, rightfullly covering the return-shipping, given the utterly ineffective "customer service," as well as 2) provide a full refund of the original sale amount.

As stated in a previous response. You were sent the additional card. The package shows that it was delivered. You were sent everything that you were suppose to get in the kit. That is your complaint. You are now saying you didnt get it? Come on now. you are clearly in possession of what you were suppose to get. The refund of $24.99 us the only thing that you are missing.
