This matter is not closed. The box I received does NOT have that serial number. The attached images are photographs of the box that I received. The box also did not have a packing slip. You are committing a FRAUD by baiting customers with a low price and switching the merchandize. You have a video? Show it. Show us a video that shows you scanning a new Surface Pro 4 with that serial number and placing it in a shipping box that is addressed to me.

We have spoken to [redacted] several times regarding his purchase. When the order shipped to him he was sent a Microsoft Surface Pro 4 128 GB 4 GB RAM Intel Core i5Condition: New Serial Number(s): [redacted] he has sent us pictures of the box that he received and this does not match what was...

scanned in our system. The video I watched confirmed this information as well. The one that he is trying to return is not our and we will NOT accept a return. This matter is closed.

The resulting complaint was filed because after hearing the facts over and over, your representatives were the ones that refused to refund the restocking fee.

Hello,We have email correspondance that [redacted] will make a one time exception to accept this return from us. We sent an email with return instructions. When the item is returned to us we will have a full refund issued for [redacted].Thank you and have a great day

We are not going to agree to disagree. We are not discounting this order in any amount. We have been in business over 40 years and you can not tell us how we receive our cameras.  We are a Sony authorized dealer and have an excellent track record with them. You stating that all electronics come sealed show the lack of information that you know about the eCommerce business. So this matter is finished. You are clearly trying to get this at a discounted cost but this will not be at out expense.  Thank you, Focus Camera

You also were on the phone with us this morning while the CS agent spoke to [redacted] and you were told that we were waiting till next week to see what happens with the claim because you confirmed the package the first time. You were spoken to very kindly. I am not sure why you think we are trying to steal your money, that is not he case. order something for a tablet. That day she was provided return instructions. The item was not returned within the 5 days required to return, in fact the item was not returned at all.  On Monday 1/*/2017, we were contacted again via email with a Focus camera order number, in where she stated " [redacted] E-mail: [redacted] Telephone: [redacted] Comment: I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF YOU PEOPLE I WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU GOT ALL MY PRIVATE INFORMATION AND CHARGED ME FOR MERCHANDISE I ORDERED ON LINE FROM [redacted]. I NEED TO KNOW WHO TO BLAME FOR THIS BECAUSE I NEVER ORDERED FROM YOU OR GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO USE MY INFORMATION. WHERE DID YOU GET MY EMAIL ADDRESS, THIS BETTER BE TAKEN CARE OF AND TO PUT THE BLAME WHERE IT BELONGS, FYI [redacted] CLAIMS TO NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT We are not associated with [redacted] for years. I explained to her this and she still stated she did not hear of us. If that is the case then how did she have our website order number. She then proceeded to tell us we do not sell this item when in fact we do and she bought it for the hirer price then what she saw on [redacted]. When she called us on 1/*/2017 she told us that the order was fraudulent. If the order is fraudulent they why wasn't this told to us on 12/**/16. Why would you not have the manufacture packaging? Did you plan on keeping it? Here is our return policy listed on our website. [redacted] If you are returning a product for reasons of Buyer’s Remorse, then the product(s) must be in brand new, mint condition.We have been told different stories from [redacted]r so that she can get a return from us. She has accused us of hanging up on here which in not the case. She did not want to accept the fact that we will not accept this return from her at this time. The only reason Focus Camera has any of her information is because she placed the order. Focus Camera will not accept this return.This matter is closed. Thank you,Focus Camera
