*** *** ***Hello ***,I do want to thank you for addressing my complaint and trying to reason with them, I did call their customer service and was told they could not help me and that there were no refunds and not even a manager I could speak with I emailed and called the representative who sold me the products Tayla and never received a response from herwhi and I was never told the products could npt be returned and in fact was told that I could get my money back if I was not satisfied for any reason, so no the offer of is not satisfactory I now have permanant damage from their product and have the photos to prove it, also the products they sent me were returned and are sitting in the post office in Honolulu see attached

I am rejecting this response because: The Oro Gold management cannot assume that I was aware of the "exchange only" policy They never stated to me this practice I looked at the pdf photos of the signs around the store One can see that they are printed dark text on dark background This low contrast renders them nearly illegible and certainly not as conspicuous as all their other signs printed black on white I question whether they truly meant for the signs to be noticed My time in the store was spent with my glasses off and eyes closed while having the creams applied to my face I never saw any one of those signs When signing the receipt, *** knew I was in a hurry to meet my husband and his clients In my rush, I did not notice the return policy on the receipt and assumed that it was like 99% of other business establishments, returns being allowed within a certain period of time My plan was to return the products that I did not want when I had the time to sort through the purchase When finishing his sales pitch, *** should have taken the opportunity to inform me of the policy, as many other companies do, so that there would be a full disclosure and meeting of minds Instead he handed my folded receipt which hid the stated policy(See my jpg photo.)
Oro Gold management has misconstrued my explanation of my being "happy" with the products I returned for the other facials in attempt to gather information regarding the price of the individual products, which as I have stated, *** refused to give me As regards my sensitivity to the products, after three facials, the sensitivity developed and remained for several days Even after the first facial I felt a sensation on my skin which the next day during the second facial I mentioned to *** I thought the sensation was temporary so I got the third facial and then realized that my skin was too sensitive for the products because the sensation was not fading away This reaction on my fair skin caused me to fear further use of the productsI ask again for Oro Gold to appreciate that I am NOT a "happy" customer and to kindly return to me the full amount of $6,in exchange for the return of the unopened products

of the price of the product when she was handed the receipt which she signed
next to the return policyAs a retailer we understand that a customer sometimes
has regret, and instead of going back to the store and dealing with a manager,
chose a different way of going about itWe are happy to give her a refund, and
as a good faith gesture she may also keep the productsFunds in the amount of $have be returned to

I have a complaint about the Orogold store at the Garden State Plaza in ParamusYesterday, as I was passing the store in the mall, an male employee with an accent stopped me to offer a free moisturizerThen, when you take it, he takes you into the store, sits you down ,and starts in with the spiel about this fabulous eye cream for the bags under my eyesReally?? I was tying to be polite, telling him that I had to leave, and had my yr old son with me, rolling his eyes at this nonsenseHe then starts in about a free facial, etcI could barely understand most of what he said, but the next thing I knew, he had me at the counter with a bag he filled with these products, AND having females at the register wanting to ring me up.Thats when I told him that I already said I had no intention of buying anything today, and left I reporting this because I was on Orogold site for reviews, reading how so many people were scammed into buying these productsIf they all reported to Revdex.com, maybe something would be done about this shameful, disgraceful way of trying to buy products

On Tuesday January 30, I was lured into the Oro Gold store at Garden State Plaza by offer of a free sample On entering, a nice and forceful lady insisted on applying an eye cream that would "take yrs off at least" As she continued her sale pitch I said I could not afford the prices of $to $for face cream Her continual forceful sales tactics coupled with her complicated change in prices for the items by "special discounts" that I was not to tell anyone about made me forget how sensitive my skin was I tried to leave several times but she kept stopping me Eventually, I bought products just to get free, When I got home the eye on which she had applied the cream was red and itchy I cleaned it off and decided to return the products
