Review: This complaint does not involve the Horton Plaza store. I went into the Weisfield Mall in Escondido for Orogold. The Salesperson sold me eye cream, I did not have my glasses on and all of the transaction was done at the stool by the make up counter. George sold me the eye cream and brought me a receipt that I signed without my glasses so I did not see the "no returns policy." When I brought the unopened product back the next day with the receipt I was told they do not do refunds. I noticed a small sign at the back of the store that was on an 8" X 11" stand stating something about refunds. George did not inform me of the "no return policy." I feel that should have been brought to my attention because I did not have my glasses on and I never went up to the register to see the sign.Desired Settlement: All I would like is a credit back to my credit card. I appreciate your help in this matter.
