I found the technicians to be highly professional and polite They explained what they would be doing and performed their tasks in an efficient manner Upon completion they explained the what had been done and the the unit was operating as should be
This was our first experience with Josh He was courteous and efficient Our unit is up in our attic area which is unfinished, so, I personally could not observe what he was doing He reported that everything was operating excellently and he explained the service package programs This is a brand new (one year) unit, and we are very pleased with its performance....so far Hopefully, over the next years or more, we'll continue to be be satisfied

My central air died on one of the hottest days this summerO'Brien's came out very quickly that day and determined that my year old HVAC unit was beyond repair (the fan had torqued off three of the four bolts holding it on and slashed into the coils)Brent came out the next day to close the contract and brought two window units with him, which kept my house comfortable until the next week when they could do the installation Trace and his assistant installed the unit the following weekBrent came out a week after that (on the day of the city mechanical & electrical inspections) and answered questions about the thermostat and even got up on a stepladder to adjust some of the vents for meEXCELLENT service and I'm so glad I went with O'Brien's!
