Total Professionalism!! I had to completely replace one of the units in my house. They made the whole process very easy. I was very pleased with their attention to details. All of their staff was very personable and respectful. I was also totally impressed with the quality of the Trane equipment they installed. I HIGHLY recommend O'brien Heating & Air.

Scheduled a service call with O'Brien for the next day. They arrived, on-time, as promised. Technician was well-trained and went directly to work. He diagnosed the problems with our somewhat complicated system, straightened it out, and performed the work in a timely manner. The technician also took time to explain everything about the system and the repair. Rates were reasonable for quality service. We will definitely use them again.

Our regular technician, Trace, is prompt, efficient, knows what he is doing and takes extraordinary precautions not to dirty up the house. We are vey pleased.
