Response taken over the phone: I spoke to the customer on the phone The add reads "Steak and seafood starting at $14.99" I spoke to the customer on the phone and reviewed this with him

While reconciling a credit card statement against my receipts, I noticed that a charge for a meal at this Outback Steakhouse was listed for $more than the receipt amount I called the restaurant and brought this to their attention
I explained: As I sometimes will do, I charged the amount of the meal and left a cash tip I write the word "cash" on the tip line of the receipt to make clear my intention
It seems that the server then charged an additional $tip on the card This was only caught because I keep and check my receipts against my statements
Within hours, I was contacted by the restaurant manager and credited on my credit card for the entire amount of the meal plus the tip overcharge
In addition, the manager told me that the server in question was no longer employed at their restaurant
I was also informed that I would be receiving some sort of coupons in the mail for my trouble
This resolution is satisfactory to me But I am leaving this review so there will be a record of this incident for future costumers of this establishment

I am responding to the above referenced complaint from Mr*** which we received in the mail on 4/22/17.FiatChryslerAutomobiles (FCA) identified that the left cylinder head on this and other similar vehicles didn’t meet their long term reliability standards and issued an extended warranty on
this specific component beyond the terms of the standard warrantyThe *** brought their Jeep to us on 4/03/to complete this repair under this warranty extensionWe made the repair and for reasons that we cannot completely determine still had an issue that necessitated us to reorder the part and make the repair a second time. The vehicle has now been repaired and was returned to the customer on 4/21/17.In response to specifics items that Mr*** referred to:On 4/3/17, the day the Jeep was initially dropped off, the *** were offered a loaner car but opted against itAt a later date, when the repairs got delayed, they did take us up on our offer and were given a loaner carAs is the case with any warranty repair, we repaired/replaced the defective component per the terms of the warrantyThe repair does not require a new engineBecause of the unique extension of the warranty by FCA, this specific component has warranty coverage good at any FCA dealer through 2/27/or 150,miles, whichever comes firstNo other component has any remaining warranty coverageThe repair was made by a fully trained FCA technician who is certified to make this repairWe will not make Mr*** monthly payment on this vehicleWe had the Jeep for days and, although they didn’t take full advantage of it, the *** could have had a loaner car to use for the entire durationWe felt badly about the delay and, to thank them for their patience, we did hand wash and clean the Jeep before returning itMrs*** thoughtfully brought us cookies as well.Ms***, while we are sorry that the repair didn’t occur without a delay, I feel we provided the repair to the customer professionally and according to the warranty provisionsI regret that Mr*** is disappointed with the circumstances.Please let me know if you have any questions regarding this issue.Sincerely,*** ***Dominion Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram*** *** *** *** ***

I'm responding to a complaint made by a customerWe were contacted by the customer on July 1, to qoute several different jobs including a gate, sign, and pump house expansionOn July 10, I was paid $on $material for gate, $labor for sign, and only was paid $

I was asked to expand their pump house which required to build around existing pump houseCustomer made many ch***s and added extra work to the expansionThis I told the customer cost of material could be in the r*** a $Customer gave me a checks for $300.00, told me on the first of the month she would give me $500.00, and she would figure out the rest of the cost of pump houseI was out working on another job for customer, when customer called me and started disputing costShe asked me to leave her propertyCustomer sent text messages asking me to never contact againMy materials for this project is $553.95, labor hours @ $a hour total of $1,I have only received $towards my labor on this jobI'm willing to finish job and give customer 15% off of labor. to whom it may concern , All of our transmissions come with a month / thousand mile warrenty *** *** transmission was rebuilt on 1-**-the miles on then were 108,approximatly oct *** he brought the vehicle back stating something is wrong the vehicle now
has 136,miles , with that being said the the car is approx months and 11,miles out of warrenty*** *** did not pay $ he paid $plus tax .yes when people ask me how long the transmission (should) last I say it (should) last the rest of the life of the vehicle of course this depends on climate and useof course if it is being used commercially or misusing it in someway of course it (could ) shorten the life of the transmission We explained this to *** *** that we would have to take it apart to see what had happened and that if it did need to be completely rebuilt again that we would charge him $and give him the same month / 12,mile warrenty *** *** said ok and has left the vehicle with us , obviously we are not touching this vehicle until we hear back from you We thought that was very reasonable since the vehicle has 28,miles on it since we rebuilt it and the fact that our transmissions are half the price of everbody elses to begin with We are sorry to see him back

We were very happy with the "beach" wall that was installed for us All the workers were very friendly, hard working and professional

We take customer Service very seriously at RND Power Solutions and strive to keep all of our customers happy. This case and all documentation related to it has been reviewed by not only the Customer Service Manager but also by the President of the company. The customer was not treated appropriately...

by our customer service staff and at minimum there will be some re-training as well as some sort of disciplinary action.The customer has been contacted by management, been profusely apologized to and informed of her options. Unfortunately, the dock she ordered was for an old phone and we no longer carry the item. She has been offered another more universal dock but is not interested in that version so we have offered another item of her choosing. She has informed us that she will pick something and cats us back. She should be able to receive a refund through Amazon, we are at this point unable to do an online refund through that portal. We have informed her that if she is unable to receive a refund for any reason that we will mail her a check. She also has the direct phone number of our Customer Service Manager if she has any further questions or concerns.We are very upset that this has happened and thank the customer for allowing us to make it right. The fact that I was told my transmission would last it's  lifetime  and stating the confidence in your work but I'm back here again Is dissatisfying . I drove truck in a regular manner no commercial use or excessive use to vehicle in fact it's my 2nd car so I don't use that often and still transmission is going bad. I feel like that price is really unfair regardless of what u choose to charge below industry prices, I was told certain things and wish for u to stand by them. If you cannot stand by your words then you really shouldn't mislead customers because we spend our hard earned money based on the trust and confidence in your words to not just do good work but also do the right thing by people. Please be more reasonable in this matter and look at it from my point of view, if you were to have some work done and then something goes wrong and having to pay for the same issue that was supposed to be corrected.

they are the worse excuse for an emergency room

[redacted] and his employees were great!! [redacted] provided various estimates to fit our needs and his input was very valuable. They started the basement renovations earlier than expected so it was appreciated greatly since we had such big and frequent rains this month! They cleaned up where they worked and were very friendly and depenable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
