While I did eventually get the check, I find it interesting that the GM was glad to respond to a Revdex.com complaint but never responded to my personal emails to him asking for help.In addition, his response failed to explain why the check (see attached) was dated 8/29/and sat on someone's desk until it was postmarked on the 12th of SeptemberThere was no explanation as to why I was told about the deal being financed on one date by the finance person, another date by the Finance Manager, and still a third date by the Sales Manager.There was no acknowledgement of the fact I had to take time to travel multiple times to their location in order to get any response.There was no apology for making me wait over a month to get reimbursed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to *** ** *** What Oxmoor Mazda has tried to do in their respond is allude to the issue being resolved after my first inquiry about the check which is far from trueI contacted the financial director separate times regarding the issue as well as my sales representativeIt was only when I asked for proof the check was sent, in February, that the financial director responded to me, a week later, the check was never sentHighly recommend to steer clear of this organizationThe check has finally, six months later, been received.
