satisfied with her recent sales experience at Oxmoor Mazda. [redacted], Finance Director of Oxmoor Mazda contacted Ms. [redacted] and asked her to return to Oxmoor Mazda to discuss any issues she had with her purchase transaction.[redacted] explained to Ms., [redacted] that the special benefits package, as well as its associated cost, is clearly shown on the purchase documents signed by her, The package provides the customer with additional benefits totaling in value of over $6,000.00 arid does not require the customer to bring the vehicle back to the dealership; however, we would like to have Ms. [redacted] return to receive her free first oil change, Ms. [redacted] will receive a booklet detailing all the benefits of the package 6-8 weeks following her purchase, I sincerely hope Ms. [redacted] is enjoying her new vehicle and chooses to utilize the many benefits provided under the program.Ms. [redacted] decided to cancel the GAP coverage and has signed the appropriate paperwork, The refund for the GAP coverage will be forwarded to the lien holder and applied to her outstanding loan,If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact me at [redacted]Sincerely,

Mario, the finance director disclosed the sales price and the fees associated with the purchase before Ms. [redacted] signed the Purchase Order. As part of the transaction, the finance manager offered Ms. [redacted] additional products available which Ms. [redacted] declined. The salesman inadvertently listed the odometer miles of 9 when the actual mileage was 109 miles.I called Ms. [redacted] on August 23" and made the offer to back this car deal out that day only, Ms. [redacted] said she would let me know by the end of the day if she wanted to bring the vehicle back. While I did eventually get the check, I find it interesting that the GM was glad to respond to a Revdex.com complaint but never responded to my personal emails to him asking for help.In addition, his response failed to explain why the check (see attached) was dated 8/29/16 and sat on someone's desk until it was postmarked on the 12th of September. There was no explanation as to why I was told about the deal being financed on one date by the finance person, another date by the Finance Manager, and still a third date by the Sales Manager.There was no acknowledgement of the fact I had to take time to travel multiple times to their location in order to get any response.There was no apology for making me wait over a month to get reimbursed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] What Oxmoor Mazda has tried to do in their respond is allude to the issue being resolved after my first inquiry about the check which is far from true. I contacted the financial director 5 separate times regarding the issue as well as my sales representative. It was only when I asked for proof the check was sent, in February, that the financial director responded to me, a week later, the check was never sent. Highly recommend to steer clear of this organization. The check has finally, six months later, been received.
