I called VentSmart based upon ratings on the Revdex.com and Yelp and glad I did They had a large condo project going on when I called on Monday but were able to schedule an appointment on that Friday Rick called; he was running ahead of schedule asking if he could meet earlier than our scheduled time Rick was very knowledgable and told me what he was going to do and also how everything worked in the dryer vent He was polite and professional My dryer is now working and I am able to to dry 2-loads of laundry in half the time Thank you Rick; I greatly appreciate your service and will recommend VentSmart to all who ask!! Great job with great people!
