Today I had Vent Smart come out to a 10-year-old townhouse I just bought to vacuum out the dryer vent. Rick was the technician. He was here at the exact time of my appt., he was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I requested that he show me how much lint my dryer vent had accumulated by the prior owner. I was amazed by the huge volume of dryer lint that he had vacuumed out. He gave me a card for a future discount and he was on his way. I would highly recommend this company to keep your dryer vent free of lint year after year.
Being fairly new homeowners, we were never told that we should be cleaning our dryer vents each year. This year, the third in our house, we had a dryer issue where our clothes were not drying well, and dryer lint had failed to evacuate lint properly, almost leading to a fire in our dryer! Absolutely the BEST! Pleased they were able to come out within 24 hours and did a great job cleaning my dryer vent. Chris arrived on time, actually a little early. Called ahead and let me know he was on his way. He was helpful, patient and VERY informative. I highly recommend VentSmart, especially Chris! :)
Called for an appointment got one the same day at desired time. The VentSmart employee(Chris) called before arriving and arrived on time. Chris found the problem right away and cleaned the Dryer Vent from top to bottom. Chris did great work and cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with VentSmart and Chris. Thanks!
I had my first experience with VentSmart on 3/10/15. I received a call from Mike, the service man, stating when he would be arriving. He was on time for the appointment. He cleaned my dryer vent pipe inside and on the roof. He was very methodical, cheerful, upbeat, and thorough. I would highly recommend this company for all your dryer vent needs.

but was unable to do the work because of rain. He knew I was desperate to do laundry for a trip, so he hooked up a temporary indoor vent. Today the work was done and we couldn't recommend him or the company more. Chris was always early, professional, and has a great sense of humor. He explained everything he did and helped us understand what we should do to keep from having a problem with venting again. Thank-you Chris and VentSmart!!
