We had another vent cleaning company come out and the man told me that the former owners probably vented the dryer inside the house, because he could not find a place outside that it was venting VentSmart came out, ON A SATURDAY, and Rick took the time to find where the dryer actually does vent outside He also replaced the "hose" from my dryer He showed me where the tin was singed (lucky for me, it did not catch fire) I am so happy that I took my son in-law's advice and contacted them I highly recommend VentSmart

We have used VentSmart twice now. Very satisfied with their work. Friendly and thorough technicians. Chris arrived before the scheduled time which was fine with us. He went up on the roof and cleaned out the vent. Then he ran a brush up the vent pipe to clear it out. He vacuumed out the lint trap and beyond inside the dryer. Then he vacuumed the laundry room and put everything back in place. Great job!

Our technician was Rick and he was extremely prompt, professional and thorough. He knew exactly what he was doing. I can say for sure that this kind of service is rare in Tampa. I contacted Wayne at VentSmart on Monday and made an appointment with Rick for Tuesday. Rick was on time very polite and professional. Rick went right to work and cleaned our vent out solving our problem. Rick cleaned out about a 5gallon bucket full of lint. With the vent cleaned out our dryer is working more efficiently also reducing the risk of dryer vent fire. Very well done Rick and VentSmart
