Good afternoon While I appreciate the response and check, I do not accept the $chargeAt no time during the transaction were we informed of this charge We were lead to believe that we would pay the actual cost and be refunded the balance There should have been a seperate line item for the fee My understanding is that the only document fee allowable was capped at $ as we went through AAA Car Buying Program It appears that this fee was buried within the registration line.The time to explain the fee schedule is at the time of the transaction, not 1/months later Very disappointed.*** ***

Good afternoonNissan hired the third party to complete the registration In order to do so, Nissan agreed to the terms and fee schedule prior to signing any contract with this vendor I do not accept that Nissan has no “control” over one of your own contractors Nissan had a legal obligation to disclose all fees at the time the contract was signed You failed to do so At this point, it appears we bave no other option than to close this complaint as unsatisfactory. I would be intrested in BB imput on this matter, *** ***

*** ***, I have looked into your refund and see that we did send a check to *** *** bank in the amount of $1,(see attached) in August but it was never cashed by themPlease let me know when you can come into Nissan with a copy of the paperwork stating that your insurance
company paid off the loan in full and we will gladly give you a check for this amountIf there is still a loan on the vehicle we will reissue a new check to the bankThe check is $1,because to receive a full refund you must have kept the warranty for the full yearsYou were just shy of years so the warranty company refunded 48%.
