*** *** I have received your complaint and have looked into your concernsI am sorry to hear of your disappointment but, on your signed buyers order the mileage of over 7,is clearly writtenYou did come back into the dealership a week after purchasing your Altima and, in good
faith, we had the clear coat on your entire car redone along with the paint defect that you pointed out on the drivers door. In addition, we did try to get you into another car, despite this vehicle being the one you selected, but we are unable to put you in a newer car with less miles at no additional cost. Please keep in mind that when Nissan sells a pre-owned vehicle it is "As is". Any repairs that were done after the sale we were not obligated to do but did so as an effort to keep our customer happy. This is why I am questioning it - there is no mention of it in my contract. Robert C*** in the sales deptand the finance dept. DID NOT take the time to explain that to me. all they did was talk fast and accomplish what they wanted which was confuse me even more. I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs and the attorney general I'm sure this is not the first time a customer has said that

Revdex.com: Complaint ID ***I have reviewed the response from Nissan 112. I don't believe they issued a check to *** *** Bank since the bank would have applied it to the balance on my car loan. I would also like to mention that since I defaulted on payment to *** *** Bank because Nissan didn't send the check my credit has been affected by this. My mother loaned me the money to pay off the car loan and I will be contacting Nissan and provide them with the paper work they are requesting so they can issue me a check. Unfortunately they are reducing the reimbursement amount which is something else I have to look into. If the car is totaled and sent for scrap metal then the company should honor a full refund on the amount of money I paid for the extended warranty. But that is another issue I will look into. Thank you for helping me to get the ball rolling in collecting the funds in this matter

fees. As for the clock spring, the repair/recall we preformed was in the engine portion of the steering column, not the steering wheel where the clock spring is locatedI know you were in on 8/**/for this issue but were unable to wait for a diagnosisMy service manager would like to invite you to make an appointment that fits your schedule so that we may look at your vehicle. I have attached a copy of my paperwork stating there are miles on the carSecondly their statement is inaccurateThere wasn't a previous owner of the car I purchasedThe car I purchased was owned by Nissan and was used as a loaner car for their customers who brought their car in for serviceThey had knowledge of the damage on their internal damage report and did not disclose this information to me at time of purchaseThey only acknowledged the damage after I brought it back days laterI did not notice this damage as I looked at the car in the night timeI did pick it up during the day but the car was not available for me to look at it until I was rushing out as I needed to leave to get to workI would not have purchased this car if the damage was in fact brought to my attention prior to purchasing itThey did state they would have the damage fixed and a clear coat applied however when I picked the car back up I pointed out to them that the damage wasn't repaired as promised, only a clear coat was applied so all that did was make the damage look shinyI am willing to bring it to 2-different auto repair service stations if they agree so the damage can be repaired at their expense

'refund request' to complete which you refusedAt that time we explained that it is company policy that deposits are refunded on Fridays as we do them once a week for ALL customersYou left and came back Monday, We gave you the option to come in and pick up the check on Friday or we would mail it to you. Unfortunately, you wanted it immediately and choose to call the police insteadI have spoken to the entire sales floor and witnesses, that do not work for us, and every person assured me that our staff was courteous and polite until it became impossible to do soI have been told that it was the staff that was being abusedAt this point, we stopped the woman in the office from doing what she was doing and cut your check.
