Justin is the best technician I've had from HeatMasters and previous companies over the years I have a very old house, and everything from using the back stairs to the basement to the mechanical "room" (really, more of an "area") is unpleasant and inconvenient I didn't get one bit of feedback about the setup being inconvenient from JustinFurther, he was great at explaining what he was doing every step of the way -- and why it was relevant/important I'm compelled to note this, because it doesn't happen often: The area of the basement where Justin worked is SO cleanHonestly, he cleaned up the area so well that I'm almost inspired to get the wet/dry vac out for the rest of the basement Thanks, Justin!

Contacted Heatmasters LLC 10/18/@ 10:AM to schedule a service repair for a furnace issue I was having The person at the office was courteous and helpful She informed me upfront of the possible charges for the visit and informed me that a tech would contact me that afternoon I was contacted by Ivan (service tech) and he promptly arrived After discussing the issue I was having with the furnace, Ivan diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem Ivan was courteous and efficient in his explanation of and the repair processI would recommend Heatmasters LLC to anyone in need of a Furnace or AC ServiceIt was a pleasure doing business with them Fast, prompt and courteous
