Brock and Ivan serviced my air conditioners today They took care of my every question and every concern and explained everything they were doing and what it would cost They left everything cleaner than when they started and in the end, the units were working perfectly
My first experience was with making the apptand the person who helped me was good and courteous When Brock came he was professional as he entered the house He worked hard and at the end of his maintenance and repair of our furnaces he said the attic furnace was not kicking out soon enough He quoted a ball park cost to fix this problem or not to fix the problem He was not pushy but reported the numbers Brock help us make an informed decision to put in a new furnaceEveryone after that point was also courteous and professional I would recommend Heatmaster
Heatmasters was wonderful. The salesperson, Jason, immediately demonstrably identified a dangerous carbon monoxide problem that two other technicians from other companies had missed. We needed a boiler system replacement and decided to go with a tankless high-efficiency system. Rafael from Heatmasters and Eric, his apprentice, were polite, intelligent, and clearly devoted to creating the best solution with the best thinking and workmanship. My engineer friend came in after the installation and praised Rafael's plumbing design and soldering. The system itself is a marvel and our 130-year old radiators have demonstrably better performance. Rafael's explanation of the system was concise and effective.
Chris came out and serviced my furnace, was on time, professional and very knowledgable on the furnace. Provided great insight into the problems I was experiencing.
Justin [redacted] from Heatmasters came out to service our furnace and hot water heater. He was very professional and courteous as well as informative. He answered our questions fully and was very knowledgeable. He has a personable and friendly personality and we were very happy with him and his work.
