David V. from Heatmasters serviced our furnace, water heater and humidifier this afternoon (01-26-16). He was on time, answered all our questions and was very professional and cordial. We immediately felt we could trust his judgement. He cleaned up after the job and left us with a well running furnace.
David does an outstanding job of assessing the function of our boiler and radiator system. He responds thoughtfully to questions and knows his business. He has done work on our system in the past and we have not had to have repeat visits to get it right as is common for some shops. Our gas --fired boiler is hitting the end of the line soon and I asked questions about the system and he provided a ballpark idea of what would be necessary and I appreciated that. Hannah was also very courteous in making an appointment time for the job. I give them an A plus.
My family has been utilizing Heatmasters for our A/C and furnace checks and service for over 20 years. We have been extremely satisfied and happy with their work. Recently our favorite tech (Brock [redacted]) came to check the A/C for the upcoming summer heat. He, as always, is so pleasant, knowledgeable, experienced, and seems very happy in his job, and you know that a happy employee is a very good employee to have! He always answers any questions we may have and patiently explains anything he does. Needless to say we have never had occasion to be dissatisfied with Heatmasters , which is very blessed to have a competent and friendly employee like Brock [redacted], who should be commended for his work ethic and loyalty to his company.
Called ahead of time. Prompt. Brought right equipment. He even reviewed records of past history with Heatmasters. Professional. Made other recommendationsget air conditioning serviced in the spring.

Clint and Tomasz installed our new Daikin furnace. They took great care to do a very professional job. They were very neat, covering the the carpeting on the basement stairs and floor, cleaning up after the installation and hauling away the old furnace. We are very pleased so far with the new furnace.
I have been a Heatmasters customer for 30 years. They have always done an excellent job. Today was no exception. Ivan was very professional, very friendly and diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time at all. I recommend them to everyone.
Ivan H., a service person from Heatmasters, was just here to work on my furnace. He listened to what I had to say and then he explained some of the mechanics of the furnace. He checked the furnace thoroughly and cleaned it. He is very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone to work on their furnace.

As in years past we were very happy with the service Heat Masters provided us this year. Shortly after our yearly inspection we developed an issue with our boiler. The technician, Brock, returned to make the repairs. We are happy with Heat Masters and will continue to use and recommend them.
David was the service tech that came to repair the damper on our boiler. He quoted a good price and when they got the pare came when he said and the problem was quickly fixed. Heatmasters has always done a good job.
All my experiences with Heatmasters has been positive. Their staff are helpful, friendly and knowledgable.
