I have, on more than one occasion, asked to be removed from this company's calling list. I have not ever done business with them. I am on the National Do Not Call Registry. For some reason, I continue to receive calls and emails although I have made it abundantly clear that I do not want to be contacted by them.

PaceButler Corporation Response • Jan 03, 2020

I will be happy to remove the information from our database. I need to the number that was called in order to remove it and insure that no further calls are received.

Sales representative *** has ignored many requests to be removed from the calling list. His continued harassment is the reason for this complaint. I understand he is doing his job, but is blatantly ignoring a reasonable request to be removed from Pace Butler's calling list. I have stated, simply, that I am not interested, and was met with an argumentative response rather than a simple acceptance that I am not going to be a customer. His persistence has turned into a completely unprofessional manner of continuing to call to harass someone that does not want anything to do with the service being offered.

they are always focused on customer satisfaction.

A man named *** calls me regularly even though I tell him we do not need his services and I do not transfer solicitation calls. He left a voicemail telling me he would continue to call until I transfer him to someone. These calls cause me to stop my work. The last time he called twice in one day.

PaceButler Corporation Response • Feb 25, 2019

has been removed from our customer database and I have taken it upon myself to counsel the employee in question on proper etiquette and to personally insure that *** receives no more phone calls or other correspondence from Pacebutler.

This company constantly hounds us. We have repeatedly asked them to take us off of their call list. We get several calls a week from them trying to solicit business that we do not even have. Very annoying to the point we have now blocked their number.

PaceButler Corporation Response • Nov 30, 2018

The customer requested not to be contact on 11/16/18 and was placed on our Do Not Call list. On 11/27/18 a call was placed to a different location with the same phone number. All locations associated with the phone number have been noted as on our Do Not Call list.

I have been hard to get a hold of because having problem with cell phone but I appreciate setting things right and the 25 dollars will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance
Sincerely,

I spoke to [redacted] today and we came to an agreement and have settled his dispute. We value his choice to send his phones to PaceButler despite what he had previously read and are willing to have satisfied customers. In the future any phones that are sent in will need to be checked to our buy back list and proper reassurance with an account rep will aid a smooth process.

Mr. [redacted] sent in a phone that was on our buy back list and when we tested it one of the buttons was not working to full capacity . We paid out from our damaged list price as stated in our disclaimer. Phones are not returned. Mr [redacted] was upset at the price due to the price we quoted but he did...

admit that the button had an issue. His account rep gave neglected to insure and settle satisfaction. I called Mr [redacted] on the 14th of March and settled with a customer satisfaction check in which he accepted. I told Mr [redacted] if there was anything I could do for him in the future to contact me directly.

I have tried to make contact with [redacted] on the 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 31st of March and have left voice mail to make it right. I have no response yet so I am going to send him $25.00 customer sat check on top of the $5.00 I already sent him that he accepted. I will continue to try to contact him. If he doesn't respond there is nothing else I can do.
