PacficPride helped me out of a dark period in my life !

Josh Hallas was very heipful and patient always willing to explain what I didn't understand; What a peace of mind he was able to give me

I would like to start by saying Thank you to Matthew HallasHe truly has the experience, knowledge and customer service anyone would look forHe answered any question I had for him and provided updates/changes upon request with quick turnaroundsWhen I first started this program years ago I was skeptical because I was the individual who paid on time, but with too many accounts and high volume of debt I found myself with no other alternativeThe introduction to the program & the reviews I read made my decision to go forward with itYes its a long journey and one large payment can be difficult, but ultimately there is savings, time saving and worry freeNow that I'm at the end of my program I can truly tell you its a relief & happy I decided this path

I have worked with Pacific Debt, Inc for years and cannot tell you what a relief it was to let them handle the negotiations with the creditors They were friendly and professional and kept me informed of progress throughout the process I worked with several of the people involved in the business and have nothing but respect for all of them Each of them contacted me personally and returned my calls or emails promptly

Josh *** is an excellent agent to work withHe made everything so easy to understand and he had incredible patience with usI would recommend him to help anyone

I started with Pacific Debt on 3-25- I owed lots of money to different companies and several credit cards My representative at Pacific Debit was *** *** and he was so wonderful and patient with me We set up a payment plan and I stuck to it He said I would pay everything off in approximately years but I didn't think so Well, today is 6-20-and I owe one more payment and I will be completely through! Pacific Debt has saved me $and I think that is very, very good My experience with *** and Pacific Debt was outstanding and I would recommend them to anyone seeking help with their debts

I first contacted Pacific Debt after looking at reviews and ratingsAfter I have provided consent to have them check my credit report I was surprised for them to say the will refer me to a different company (DMB Financial) to continue he settlement processAt first I was surprised, didn’t complain but I didn’t like it muchThis was the first negative point
Then is when I first asked for them to provide me in writing the agreement where all terms and conditions are detailedThe agent (Jeremy) told me they first needed my bank account and possible dates when to start the deductions (!!??) from the accountThis is the second negative point
The third negative point was the pressure they put on me to provide the bank account information and start the plan right awayI will NEVER start a plan without having something in writing, something they were never willing to provideFourth negative point
In one of our last conversations with Jeremy I have told him I didn’t like the idea of working with a third party companyThen he offered me (finally) the option to work with themAgain, I asked for their terms and conditions in writing, which of course, they haven’t providedAnd Again Jeremy has said we already explained everything verbally (he did) and that the paperwork will say the same thing and that they needed my bank account information (again!)Fifth
In my last conversation with him he expressed his doubt that I wanted to enroll in their settlement planThat he spoke with me too many times without resultsAgain, I have told him I have never received anything in writing and that I won’t provide my bank account information previous to thatAfter that, I decided to thank him for his (wasted, according to him) time and hang up
My recommendation, never go to this companyVery unpleasant and questionable way of doing things

I was unsure at first to go with Pacific Debt After speaking with their personel, I felt that this would be beneficial to me I appreciate the quick responses and felt like they were there for me I would highly recommend Pacific Dept if you need to go this routeThanks to *** *** for taking care of my account and being so helpful to me

Josh is the beastPacific Debt was professional and the communication was wonderful

PDI is a top notch companyWe have been enrolled for months and thanks to the hard work and guidance of Josh H, we will finish in the program much sooner than we originally thought! We are not a number at PDI - Josh keeps in contact with us regularly, keeping us informedTrust that the process works!

Pacific Debt did an excellent job negotiating my debt settlementI would recommend them highly

My experience with Pacific Debt was terrific*** *** was great-always let me know what was going on., and was there when I needed his help or had a questionI would definitely recommend this company

Pacific Debt has an internal DO NOT CALL policy which we take very seriously.
On June 26th -- at the consumer's request-- we updated this file to DO NOT CALL and have not called the consumer since.
On June 11th the consumer
consulted with us on debt relief options but at the time was not ready to proceedAs a courtesy we reached out to the consumer after a couple of weeks to see if this was something they wanted to revisit As noted previously we spoke to the consumer on June 26th at which time the consumer indicated they no longer wished to be contactedPer their request the number was flagged and we have not called them since.
