I found myself in debt, and could not get out I searched and found Pacific DebtI believed they were an honest company, so I put my money in their hands.Which was a big big mistake Om June 29th I paid them $to start the process of contacting my creditors and negotiating a lower settlement on july 26th I sent $on August 25th, $400, september 27th $400.00, October 28th another $on November another $ The creditors kept calling, and I kept calling *** ** *** who was the person handling my account I finally told him I was not going to send anymore money because no one had been paid off yet I could have been paying it myself I told him to refund my money that I had been sending They sent me $on December 15th 2016/ I called and said is this a joke? He said they take their fees off the top That is not what I was told I was told that once an account is settled then their fees are deducted Please help me they kept $

There were costs that apparently are in tiny writing that we are not told about that there are fees all over the place. They take more for the fees that what it costs to even pay off some of my bills. The services are good when they are getting money, but as soon as we say we would like to cancel our services it is like pulling teeth trying to get a response from the account service manager.

I chose Pacific Debt because of the reviews on their site of their customer service. Those reviews were spot on. I was very overwhelmed with debt and had to do something, but at the same time didn't want to file bankruptcy. It is very scary to totally stop paying certain creditors, and not answer phones call from them, while you are building the escrow you need so Pacific can start negotiating. However, they have been with me every step of the way. They check in every couple of weeks just to see how you are doing and see if you have any questions. Once the negotiating starts you have your own personal account manager. My account manager, Josh, has been absolutely awesome. He is my cheerleader and advisor. Everyone that I have spoken with at the company is kind, compassionate and understanding. I should be debt free in another 3 years. Something that I would not have been able to do on my own. Pacific Debt is 5 stars!!
