Pacific High School Reviews (65)

My boyfriend chose to use Pacific months back (before knowing about Revdex.com) & we have just come to find that he was taken advantage of by this "business". Can't get into college with this. What a let down! :( Just get your GED people....there is no easy way in life. You either finish high school or get your GED, simple as that.

Review: I went online to obtain my GED and found pacific High School. Their site states it is accredited world wide. I paid the 246.00 passed the tests and received their GED. Found out when I was withdrawing from [redacted] it is not accredited in the state of [redacted] and I am now reported as a drop out which now makes me unable to obtain my drivers license. I have tried to communicate numerous time Via internet, email and phone with no help at all. I have tried to request my money back to have all forms of communication terminated.Desired Settlement: I wish to have a full refund of my money

Review: I paid $199 for a high school diploma online. I was bill 8/14/2013 I received a high school diploma and two transcripts for college. Today 1/14/2014 I went to [redacted] to find out I can't go to any college with this diploma because it is fraud. I would at least like my money back so I can get a real diploma or G.E.D. At the college today we have found numerous complaints about this fake high school diploma and every complaint the person was charged a different price for their "diploma".Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of what I paid and the pain and tears I had of being completely embarrassed at the college when I was suppose to start January 31st until I found out I no longer can go to college because I was scammed with a fake high school diploma along with many others. I believe I should have my schooling paid for since I went months waiting for my college career to start only to find out I was scammed!

Review: I went to this school in 2014 online and paid $300 for my Diploma after my test. I passed the test and my diploma was sent to me via mail but from Winford University. I have the diploma and half of the payment on my debit card statement. The other half was a money order I believe. I just want a refund of my money.Desired Settlement: I applied for school after leaving my job and have been out of work for sometime now. I have lost wages and my hopes were high as to be enrolled in college to better support my 4 children and now I feel stuck. I found out it was a scam only due to the [redacted] website where I couldn't find the school.I would love to sue someone but don't know anyone from the online school being it was so long ago.

Review: My son paid $250 for an online high school diploma and was told that there would be no other fees. The company called requesting $300 more dollars and we did not send them any more money. We thought the diploma was valid because he was able to attend our local community college and received a welding certification. When he applied for a job, we were told the diploma was not valid and we began research and found that the high school is scam.

Thank You[redacted]Desired Settlement: We would like to be reimbursed (with a certified check) for the $250 that we paid.

They sent me my highschool diploma I showed my parents they recently came down from Hawaii and told me it's fake, I was so devastated. The looked it up and everything to show my how my "highschool diploma" will not be used for anything. I wasted my money & time on something I really need in life. I would like an refund.Desired Settlement: $300

I called the department of education and they said it was a scamDesired Settlement: I dont think thats its fair that this school is getting over on people and is taking hard earned money. It needs to be shut down, and if possible a refund.

Review: On about February 10, 2015, I went online to take a high school diploma course that was being offered. I finally called them on February 14, 2015 and spoke to a representative named [redacted] whom provided me with some information on the course but it was via text, which I found a little strange. He took my credit card information and then provided me with the username and password, again via text. So I took the exam which seemed quite easy thinking this was just a preliminary test prior to taking the actual test. After taking the exam, I called him and he advised me I had passed and then told me he would be mailing me the Diploma within 5-7 business days. I received it at home as instructed. But then a few days later I went back online and looking through their website and others discovered this was a non accredited "FAKE DIPLOMA".Desired Settlement: I just want my money refunded so I may go to an actual accredited online school, and take my accredited high school diploma to then move on to my local College.

Review: They guarantee me that I could get a job or go to school with this High school diploma that I took the test online no one will take it .Desired Settlement: I paid them 125.00 for this high school diploma that I can't use and I would like my money back so I can get one that I can use and not fake.

Review: Back in February I went to Pacific High School online they told me it was an accredited school that could be used at any college. So in September I enrolled in college but only to be told that Pacific High School isn't an accredited school. I called Pacific High School who hang up on me a total of 10 times. One of the reps there that goes by the name of [redacted] said there was no managers in the company only reps like himself. He told me that he could refund the money but he couldn't give me the last four of the card number nor a confirmation number. I tried to explain to [redacted] that the form of payment that was use was no longer a valid form of payment. Still I continue no to get a respond. So when I told him I will be connecting the Revdex.com he told me to go right ahead because I then would no be able to attend any college and will be blacklisted.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund of the $300 be mailed to my new address [redacted] Because I will not be able to get it back with the card that was used because that account is closed down.

Review: This supposed online high school Foster City I believed is a scam. I've never filed a complaint before but this really bothers me that people can be scammed out of money. They advertised online high school diploma if you take their online test and pay a fee of $199. So I preceded to take the online test and was going to pay the $199 then they raised it to $300 and lastly $350 which I paid all this was done in 2011. I later received my diploma in the mail. Today I received a text from their company to call them about the diploma. I then called and they were wanting an additional $199 because they said the diploma is not valid and if it wasn't paid they would take me off their list of past graduates. They stated the reason for the additional money is for a state seal to be added to the diploma. After debating with the guy and asking for proof of what he needed the additional funds for I was repeatedly hung up on. Later I called back from a private number and they would give any info because they said I had to call from a listed number. One of the guys said his name was [redacted] which i'm not even sure is correct. I then called the Revdex.com and was told to follow up online. They called me this morning from several different numbers [redacted] Please help. Thank you.Desired Settlement: The refund of the funds paid of $350

Regards,

[redacted] This is [redacted] replying to the above email. I have talked to guys at Foster City High School and they said they won’t refund me that was prior to this email. Before that I recalled a text to my cell phone regarding academic credential verification. So for them to say they can’t look me up I’m still getting texts from them/ At the beginning of all this I talked to different guys that said if I didn’t pay what they were asking for the “seal” they would take all my records away and make it seem as though I never had any contact with them. So I’ve [redacted] the “diploma and all records I have of that school. I’d appreciate your further assistance.

Review: When purchased the online diploma I was told that colleges would accept this diploma. Come to find out it was ALL a lie. Winford high school caused a big stress on me and my family. pacific high school woodfield high and winford high are ALL apart of the same scam. please get this resolved! they do not even have a valid address to give to consumers. th person who answers the phone is the only person and his name is brandon.Desired Settlement: to shut down this business! it is taking advantage and scamming innocent undergrads.

Review: I obtained my high school diploma online paying over $200 and it's not accredited... I called the business when I started having issues and there still telling me it's accredited.Desired Settlement: Pay me the money back that I paid them, I can't do anything with a non accredited diploma

Review: I took the on-line course and pass the high school exam, and, I paid the price of $325.00 to receive my high school diploma from Pacific High School in February 2013. Now this School is calling me to inform me that there have been a change in their requirement's ,which now, I must submit to take another test that I was not told about at that time. I feel that any new requirements should not apply to any previous graduates. I have already received my diploma and transcripts from this school. Please find out why or if there is any such thing of a [redacted] and why must I take this new course in order for my Diploma to be official. This is not necessary for an united state born citizen who speak English as their primary language. Especially when the on-line representative are foreigner who barely can speak proper English. This is not fair to an United State CitizenDesired Settlement: I would like for this school to accept the fact that I graduated before their change came about, so therefore, I don't have to do anything further and I want to be recognized for being a graduate from their class of February 2013. and for the Revdex.com to contact this [redacted] at [redacted] to find out if this is an official Certification. also, Please contact [redacted] who is Head of Examination & Students Affairs to inform him of this matter. [redacted]. If I must also submit to taking this Gieltc Certification ,I would like a Total refund of my money and I will send back the Diploma and Transcripts, for they will be useless to me, if I can not get an satisfied recognized, accredited Diploma. This is what I paid for.
