Review: I bought a High School Diploma from Alford High School can't get into No College's with the diploma. I was read on the internet that Alford High School is a scamDesired Settlement: The business has responsibility to refund me my money

Stay away from this so called business!!!! I did not fall victim to their scam, however after I turned them down I kept receiving phone call after phone call which of course I ignored. Today, November 19,2014, I ignored yet another phone call from them, but this time the guy left a disqusting voice mail. He said my name in a [redacted] manner followed by, " Woooshy,Wooooo" then hug up. How professional is that. They are not a real company, probably a group of friends scamming people out of their garage. There is no excuse for this, especially when they get money by scamming innocent people, and when they dont get their way with someone...they harass them. I hope that they get caught soon so that this kind of thing can stop happening. I just wish that I can get them on some kind of [redacted] harassment charge, but the address they provide is a fake so..guess Im screwed. Stay away people....please.

Review: I paid for and received a high school diploma form Pacific High school, tried applying at 3 different colleges in the state of Illinois and the diploma is not recognized as a valid diploma. I called to request a refund and I was told that there was no way to get my refund do to the account that I used when paying have been closed ( purse was stolen with cards and checks in it) so we had to close the account on 12/9/13 I've called 10 times and repeatedly have gotten hung up on and told that they can't issue a paper check or have any other way of refunding my $299 for a diploma that I can't use...I reached out to them to further my education and instead I got ripped off and was denied speaking with a manager everytime that I calledDesired Settlement: A full refund by check

Review: My name is [redacted] and I received my high school diploma online from [redacted] , in [redacted] , in 2012. I paid about $300 to $350. I never needed the diploma for anything until I decided to attend a medical assistant school. That is where I found out that the diploma is not accredited and I could not use it for anything. When I applied for this diploma, they assured me that it was an accredited one. I called them and I talked to at least five people. They kept transferring me from person to person until I, finally, talked to someone who said he was the supervisor. He told me that I will have to pay $250 more to make the diploma accredited. After yelling back and forth with him, I asked him to return my money back because I didn't think it was fair that they did. He said that he would not return my money back to me. He was very rude and yelling the whole time. Finally, he just said report us or do what you want to do. After that, he just hangs up the phone while I was still listening and talking. I am reporting this because these people are scamming many people with fake high school diplomas. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Please I want My money back.

Review: My son and I found this school for him to get his high school diploma online. They promise to be nationally accredited but when my son tried to use it to go to a tech school he was informed this was not a really accredited diploma, Also when he took it to the military to join the Army they also said this was a fake. when we called to ask about it they automatically said they would refund the $99.00 I paid them. that was two weeks ago, they will not refund my money nor answer my call or emails, they hang up or disconnect the chat. This company has done this to several people. My son Was humiliated and emotionally destroyed.Desired Settlement: I just want my money returned to my account. Also a warning to be put online about this company
