Sincerely,

I am a retired person and live in a older home that still had some old galvanized pipes over 60 years old. Jesse replaced all the old pipes and put in Pex piping with a new regulator and under sink water cutoff. This was no easy job as it was in a tight crawl space under the house. Jesse completed the work in about 6 hours. I am so pleased with the work and the price. Jesse also recently replaced the water supply shutoff valves for my washer when they began leaking after a new washer was installed. He rushed over and had new valves installed in less than an hour! I highly recommend Jesse for people who want the job done right at a fair and reasonable price!

as requested.

Review: I placed an order online for 2 large 1 topping pizzas and a Cinnapie. I realized only after I got home that I did not receive the Cinnapie I got Cinnamon knots. After calling the local restaurant I was informed that Cinnapie was no longer available and that Cinnamon knots were the substitute. There was no offer of resolution to the initial complaint. No one at the restaurant bothered to give me the courtesy of a phone to inform me of the substitution or for that fact ask me if I still wanted to purchase the product. I feel that it is sneaky to substitute an item and not inform the customer so that they can either accept or cancel the item if they so choose. By utilizing this practice it ensures continuous sales. I feel this is an underhanded way to do business. This would sway me from placing orders online in the future or perhaps to take my business elsewhere.

I sent an email to the Corporate Office of Papa John's on March 13, 2016 (3 daya after the event had occurred). I have been told twice now by the corporate office that someone from the store will be in contact with me. It is now April 16th and there is no resolution to this outstanding issue.Desired Settlement: I would like for someone to contact me to at least offer a refund of the product that I was forced to buy. I also want to be offered a discount(s) for my efforts to have the initial problem resolved. This could have been a simple fix but the serious lack of customer service is what prompted me to file a complaint w/the Revdex.com. By the way, the Cinnapie has been removed from the website however; how many customers previous to me had the same experience?

I am not sure if any really cares but I am writing this to express how dissatified I am with Papa John's lack of care with customer service. I do have a name it is[redacted]. I am a paying customer. I not sure if this company really understand what a customer realy is, nor how to treat a customer. I have not done much business with Papa John's but I will say I have learn that if this location, 2101 Avent Ferry Rd,Raleigh, NC 27606 is an example of how business is conducted than I take I am not appreciated as a customer. Here is why, I placed and online order after noticing an promotion code in my email. I clicked on the promotion and I did have a few issues with the order so I did start over with the order. The promotion was a free lager 1 topping pizza with an order of a large regular or extra large. It was customer appreciation promo.I plac-ed the order and did not realize that I had enter the code incorrectly. I had ordered the regular pizza first and added the free pizza second then the promo-code. The delivery person was not help when I asked where the other pizza was, she said to call the other store I do not deal with any miss orders. It was moreof tone. She was not very friendly with my concern, nor was the store. I asked to speak to the manager on duty but the person who answered the phone just give me a 888-275-7272 number that I placed the order wrong and it was not the stores issues or concerns.Product_Or_Service: PizzaOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI request the district management team to reach out to handle this issue on the store level. There is not reason at the store level a customer could not have been taken care of. I would like to have a conversation with the district/ regional management.Business Response I am the store manager and I spoke directly to this customer. He was upset for a reasonable cause. I refunded his money for the full amount. I also offered him his next two on us for not correctly and efficiently handling his ordeal. I also returned to the individuals who could have handled this matter more effectively and coached them so as to more promptly and willingly take care of all of the customers we serve better in the future. Review: I placed an online order for my pizzas totaling $27.06. I paid by debit card and authorized by my signature a payment of only $27.06 on Friday, 5/13/16. I did not include a tip since I placed the order myself an picked it up myself. When I checked my account transactions on 5/16/16, Papa John's had debited my account $30.00. I called and spoke to the Store Manager. He stated a tip of $2.94 had been added to my bill. I told him I did not add this and it had been added after I left since I did not include a tip. He told me to call back and speak to [redacted] the other Store Manager since he was not authorized to make any changes to the ticket.Desired Settlement: I expect the $2.94 to be refunded to me since I did not authorize a tip to be added to my bill. I also expect that the employee who dishonestly added this tip have disciplinary action taken against them or their employment terminated.

Response:

This customer was refunded their entire order amount of $30, and the employee responsible for adding the tip has been been terminated from Papa John's

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Review: I made five separate purchases for Papa John's pizza where I did not receive any reward points. I contacted the Roseville location and they said they would resolve, however, they closed down and did not get resolution. I contacted headquarters and they ignored my complaint. Horrible service from Papa John's Pizza.Desired Settlement: I would like to get rewards credit for my purchases or a free specialty pizza.

Review: On Wednesday, February 25, 2015 I called to verify a group order that I placed on behalf of the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee. I wanted to ensure our order was processed correctly. I was connected with manager "[redacted]," who became completely disrespectful in providing me details in regards to my order. "[redacted]" neglected to provide me confidence in my order and then insisted I was being hostile. After I stated to him I was being passionate about our group order, which I wanted to be smooth, "[redacted]" proceed to call be elitist and stated that I should call back once I calmed down. In actuality, "[redacted]" was extremely unprofessional and as the number customer service agent for the store, should have been able to redirect and provide me the information I requested as a loyal customer representing an organization that does business with Papa Johns regularly, "[redacted]," who became ultimately flustered, because he refused to listen to the details I was provided, abruptly hung up in my face. I called back and he hesitated to give me the owner/operator information and stated he was the main point of contact. I am shocked by his level of professionalism and his lack of customer appreciation. He should be fired or demoted. After spending close to $200 on pizza, "[redacted]" does not make me confident that we will have a decent experience.Desired Settlement: Apology for unprofessionalism and not putting customer first.

Review: I ordered from my local Papa Johns store and was delivered the wrong pizza and was missing extra sauces and seasoning that I paid for. I contacted the store about this, and they did nothing. I contacted Papa Johns headquarters about this on 4 separate occasions and still nothing has been done. Every time I wrote a complaint to them, I was sent back an automated email, but I was never written to personally, called, or even given an automated code to get a free new pizza and sauces to replace the ones I paid for and didn't get and got the wrong pizza. Their lack of customer service is disgusting from the store level to the corporate head quarters. This messed up order occurred at the end of November, it is now two months later and there is no communication from them and no resolution in sight.Desired Settlement: I really want my pizza, but at this point I would just take my money back. Everyone makes mistakes, that doesn't bother me, but the lack of customer service both at the store level and at corporate level is appalling.

Sincerely,

Review: On Tuesday 3/**/14 7:00 pm I placed a pizza order online for delivery. I received a phone call from a male deliverer asking where to meet outside. The delivery person was told [redacted]. I sent my husband with the money to pick up the order. The order totaled $10.88. When my husband returns with 1 pizza box and 3 small boxes of what appeared to be wings from papa johns, I, confused thought to myself and said to my husband, "did [redacted] and Papa Johns merge"? I ordered from [redacted]. I look in the pizza box to confirm my thoughts and realize the items was not our order. I then get another call and my husband answers and its the "delivery guy", my husband then says on the phone "we have the wrong order and he's coming back down". He assumed it was papa johns delivery person when it was actually [redacted] delivery with OUR food. My husband goes back outside to give back the boxes but realizes it's not the same individual. At this time the person who did order the food from papa johns is now outside and my husband feeling bad gave the gentleman "his food", but now has no money to pay the [redacted] driver for our food because he gave the money to the papa johns deliverer. The papa johns orderer now feels bad over the situation, or maybe he realizes he now had "free food" and hands my husband the pizza box but keeps the 3 smaller boxes which contained wings. I called the papa johns and explained what happened, their deliverer called our phone by mistaken and that ironically we too had ordered pizza. I wanted the driver to return to take the pizza back and give us our money back. The person who answered put the manager on and I again explained the situation and his only rude concern was that he wanted "ALL" the food back in order for us to get the money back, I told him again that all we had was the pizza, he repeated rudely and loudly that he wanted ALL the food back and then stated he would call me back. I never received a phone call as of yet.Desired Settlement: There are so many people at fault, the papa johns driver for mistakenly calling us, my husband for not paying attention to the delivery person he was giving the monies too, accepting food from and the manager for being rude on the phone. I don't like dealing with rude individuals and vowed that I would NEVER order from papa johns again, but my husband does like their pizza. He'd like a complimentary order and I'd like an apology.

Sincerely,

Review: On Feb ** at 5:30pm I ordered a Large pizza(using my 25 papa johns points), and a two liter orange soda(Order#: [redacted]). When the delivery guy arrived my mother handed him the $7 I gave her to pay for the order. The order came to $5.09 including the $1.99 delivery fee and tax. The delivery guy told my mother he forgot the two liter orange soda and gave her back $2 and said next time he would remember the soda. I assumed he would return at some point with the soda, because once when a delivery person had forgotten the soda they came back later with it. I also assumed that the $2 he returned was him giving back the tip I had added to the $5.09 payment.Since the weather was bad I waited til Sunday and called the pizza store to ask about picking up my soda, because the delivery guy never came back. The pizza store told me there was no note made about the soda not being delivered and that I should've called on Friday after it had happened. I explained to them that I didn't call because from what the delivery guy told me I thought he would report the mistake himself. The pizza [redacted] asked me to describe the delivery guy, but I gave him the delivery guy's number instead. The pizza [redacted] said he would call the delivery guy and hear what he has to say and call me back. After waiting four hours for the pizza [redacted] to call me back I called the store again. The pizza [redacted] said he had not spoken to the driver yet. I have made a written complaint online to the store and have not received a response.Desired Settlement: $2.59

The agreement I have from a conversation with the Papa John's pizza [redacted] is: When I place a phone order to the store I will get the soda they owe me delivered with my order. I will mark my complaint as resolved after I place a phone order to the Papa John's Pizza store and the soda they owe me is delivered.

[Your Answer Here]

Like I stated last time. The business told me when I order over the phone the soda they failed to deliver to me will be added to my order for free. I have not ordered over the phone yet. When I order over the phone and the soda they failed to deliver to me arrives for free with my order I will mark the problem resolved.

Review: I placed an online order with Papajohns on January [redacted] for $15.78 and upon checking my credit card about 2 days after PAPAJOHNS charged my card for $35.78, giving themselves a $20.00 Tip!!! What made it even worst, we tip the driver everytime, so they also got a tip from us upon delivery. When I contacted their customer service department, I learned that this occurred on more than 1 occasion. I never really thought an established company like papajohns would commit an illegal activity like that, so I never thought to check back every time I placed an order with Papajohns. A case was opened and since then no one has contacted me. I contacted the branch, which was less than helpful and hung up on me. I left a [redacted] message for papajohns and they were rude in their response, typically telling me I have wait until someone responds to me. In other ways allow papajohns to commit fraud and just sit and marinade in it until they feel to deal with the matter! Papajohns seem to forget that this is illegal! Papajohns, you are not above the law!

Case#[redacted]Desired Settlement: Full refund of all unauthorized charges plus any interest I would have been charged. And a proper apology for committing an illegal act and leaving me to practically run them down to rectify their illegal acts

Review: I am lodging this complaint because I placed an order for two pizzas and chicken from Papa Johns Pizza on [redacted] in the Bronx on Saturday, March *, 2015.The order was taking long to come so I called only to find out that I had transposed the telephone number. When it was delivered it I brought it upstairs in the house only to find out that the pizza was incredibly old. I immediately called the store back to report this and ask that the pizza be replaced. I was told it was my fault that the pizza was cold and that It would not be replaced. I never complained that it was cold because even cold you can differentiate between old and fresh. They said the store was too far away to send someone to replace the pizza which is nonsense. [redacted] the [redacted] refused to replace my pizzas which I ordered for my family. He said he would give me a store credit. So I immediately used it. Not 5 minutes later he calls and says I can't use the store credit today which he never indicated via phone. Now I am at the stage of being angry. He agreed to send the pizza and proceeded to lecture me about making sure the contact number was correct. I asked him are you sending the pizza or not to which he said yes, I said thank you and hung up, he called me back 3 times insisting that I respect him. I asked him not to keep calling my house with nonsense and he persisted in calling back harassing me about something as trivial as replacing my pizza. The last call he said he was not sending me anything and don't use his store when placing future orders with papa johns. I may be a little slow, but where does this happen? What business calls a persons home and harasses them. Please help me rectify this situation. I lost money here.Desired Settlement: I would like the 35 dollars refunded to me which includes the tip I gave the driver. I have never been so insulted in my life and to have a [redacted] keep calling my house is ridiculous. I work in higher education and I pride myself on superior customer service and the way I was treated by [redacted] was totally wrong. He clearly harrassed me and upset my home when all I wanted was a meal for my family. I appreciate all of your help

Review: I walked in on 10/3/13 at around 7:30pm EST to order pizzas for the family. I placed the order with the female order taker and waited in the lobby for my food to be prepared. I ordered 1 "works" pizza, thin crust; 1 "pepperoni and cheese" pizza regular crust; and bread sticks and 5 extra cups of pizza sauce. I paid and waited about 20 minutes for the food to be made. While in the lobby with my husband, some man came in that admitted that he didn't work there are started asking my what my last name was so he could check on my pizza order.... the female that took my order did seem to know him. I am unclear why someone who doesn't work there is getting information to check on orders. Anyway the main issue is that after we were told that my order was done we walked to the counter and my husband asked if the pizza sauces were in the box. (Usually people show us the pizza to make sure it is correct but that wasn't done). The older man that was an employee that was boxing pizzas looked at us and said "I don't see where you got any sauces but what sauces is it supposed to be" but in a RUDE voice and hand gesturing us that he was rushing us to hurry up. I took great offense to the hand gestures and asked to speak to the manager. I was told by the female that he "was in the back". I asked to speak to the manager again. While this happened the pizza sauces were tossed at my husband and he was VERY upset and walked out the door. The manager came out and I explained what happened and he LAUGHED. I asked him what was so funny and he said that it isn't funny but continued to laugh while I explained why I was upset. He said "sorry". I asked for the customer service number to make a complaint since it was so funny to him and he threw it at me and gave me some paper and said that if I make that phone call that it would get him in trouble. I said "sorry but you didn't take me seriously" he said that if I called they would get fired and they couldn't feed their families. NOT MY PROBLEM. I spent money that I worked for and was insulted and embarrassed. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PUT UP WITH THAT? I did call customer service and the woman there said that she would have someone call but didn't really take any information to call me back with. So I am making a complaint to the Revdex.com. By the way the managers name is Ralph (that is what he told me, no one had name tags). AND TO TOP IT OFF, THE PIZZA WAS MADE WRONG (the works pizza not the pepperoni and cheese. Both were over cooked and burnt.Desired Settlement: I want my money back--bad customer service and pizza made wrong and burnt. I WONT EVER SPEND MONEY AT PAPA JOHNS AGAIN. I CAN GO TO [redacted] AND HAVE BAD SERVICE.

Review: I ordered a pizza for delivery at 1:09 PM on 02/23/2016. I was emailed that the pizza would arrive in 30-40 minutes. Roughly one hour and 15 minutes later I call them letting them know I never received a pizza. They tell me to call back in 10 minutes, it should be on it's way. Well, 15 more minutes go back so I call back. They then proceed to tell me the pizza has been delivered. I let them know that it has not, and they tell me they can send another. By this point it's 2:30 PM so I just asked for a refund. The person on the fund said they cannot refund. So at this point, I was called a liar by saying the pizza had been delivered, told I couldn't have a refund, and NO PIZZA!!Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or explanation or something. I was a regular customer and to be treated like this is pretty sad to be honest.

We have been trying to reach this customer by phone, but there is no answer. If he will call us we will try to work out a resolution.

At Papa Johns on New years eve, I ordered 2 large 2 topping Pizzas w a 2 liter of soda which was advertised on the window of the store for $25. If a large pizza is 16 in, why was I given 2 14 in pizzas in a 14 inch box that covered up the 14 in sign on it? Fraud?
