Dear Revdex.com,This customer's claim to have not registered for our service is simply false. As we noted above, each registration must be made directly by the consumer. To protect against fraud, our order processing system requires a match between of the customer's name, billing ZIP code, charge card information (including the 3-digit CVV security code) and the customer's computer IP address. And we require the customer to agree with the purchase and billing terms stated above. Our website is secure and no accounts can be activated or billed until the customer enters their information and agrees with their terms of purchase. Customer KH's registration matched and passed validation and was processed according to customer KH's order.We delivered services and maintained KH's account active per her purchase terms. We simply delivered what was ordered. In light of KH's refusal to acknowledge our efforts to resolve this situation with the previous large refund we processed as a courtesy, we will process additional refunds to simply refund all charges made to date for KH's account. We emphasize this account purchase and billing were valid and conducted per the customer's purchase terms. Customer KH's refunds have all been processed as of today 1/17/18 and should post to the charge card on file in 1 - 4 business days, depending on the processing policy of her card issuing bank. By issuing the full refund, we consider this issue closed. Thank you for notifying us of Customer K’s experience.  We appreciate the opportunity to research and respond to what has occurred with Customer K’s account.  As Customer K stated, he registered for an account on 12/5/16.  Customer K agreed to be billed for the trial membership and...

each month thereafter until the account is cancelled.  The Terms of Use and Pricing Information are clearly displayed on our registration page, and we require each member to check a box stating they have read and agree to the terms of use and pricing information, prior to registering the account.A welcome email is sent to every member upon registration, confirming the account is active, and provides the membership log on information to our site.  It also includes the trial expiration date so the member will know when to cancel if they do not wish to be billed after the trial expires.We did not receive any further correspondence from Customer K until he called our customer service department on 2/10/17, which was well after the trial period had expired.  Customer K cancelled the account himself using the Automated Phone System.When we received this notice, our customer service manager immediately reached out to Customer K directly to discuss and resolve his concern.   A full refund was provided to Customer K and he stated he was completely satisfied with the resolution.Tell us why here...
