These people sent me an email requesting a photo ID, front and back, a bank statement, and a photo of my CREDIT CARD for "documentation"This is phishing/identity theftThere was no privacy seal in the email, nor was the email encrypted

I have been using their services to make donations for Black Desert OnlineI'm really impressed on how quickly they respond to my inquiriesI have never seen any other customer service like thatI am really impressed on how they do not just focus on providing excellent customer service, but they also make sure all your payment information are secureKeep up the good work!

They back up their clients when they steal your money and don't fulfill their end of the agreementBeware of any merchant using their services

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to both the bank and police, giving them the details of what has happened in regards to the popup from your company upon a transaction being made on the Black Desert Online site demanding a full color copy front and back with all four corners showing of my government issued ID, Drivers License, Passport and full color copy front and back with all four corners showing of the debit or credit card used along with an unedited copy of the transaction and bank or credit card statementThe communications with Paymentwall via email and the continued demands for this information has been unprofessional, poorly typed responses stating until the documents are provided the account will remained permanently blocked from further purchasesBoth the bank and police have stated very clearly a third party payment processing center is not entitled to this information and this is very typical of phishing scamsI have also spoken to the Federal Trade Commission and they stated the same thing as the bank and the police giving me more information about phishing scams and State and Federal Privacy LawsMy account on Black Desert Online was flagged without provocation, only my partner and myself have accessed the accounts on Black Desert Online and we have used the same computer, internet service provider and debit cards to make purchases in the gameI have asked your company for disclosure of what you have deemed a risk assessment and have not received any information to validate that claimI have full trust in the bank and police and will not submit personal sensitive information to your company and risk my identity or creditI would appreciate the account being unlocked.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

This company is nothing but a hassle to deal withOver years I used this service, as it was the only option available, to make a few transactions with a gaming serviceToday I tried to perform another transaction, which was blocked by Paymentwall, IncOf which the only way offered to remedy the situation was to provide them with identity sensitive materialWhen I told them my concerns trusting people with personal information their response was "We would like to clarify that it is not our intention to expose your information to any risks" Unnecessarily obtaining information is exactly the definition of exposing information to risksI already had to clarify with [redacted] that these transactions are me before [redacted] fraud department wouldn't flag themIf the [redacted] , the US's 2nd largest banking institution, hasn't notified Paymentwall that the charges are fraudulent why is Paymentwall demanding photo ID and an image of my credit card front and back due to fraudulent charge possibilities two years and almost a dozen transactions later? An earlier response from them was "We understand your concern and we share the same, that is why we have security and precautionary measures in place to make sure that your account information and data is kept confidential and secured at all times."
