Bought a lg tv , apps say free , but most when you install it then becomes bait a switch of wanting to charge for the app to continue When try payment none of my credit cards were supported even though they were valid credit cards all visa Contacted customer service in Facebook , was told to email them , email them and told to move things faster to setup and accountAn account is not required to make a purchase The customer service is the worse Going to return my lg tv just because of this company Why have a TV with apps if I can't even order any and customer service support gives run around

This is the first time I heard about Paymentwall and I thought they are the ones who handle my payment with my account to Black Dessert OnlineI send them my inquiry and they responded real time ( about to minutes after I sent it ) They were very courteous and direct to the point which made me realize that I sent my inquiry to the wrong area since I made it through Steam To cut the story short, my experience with Paymentwall was great and they treated me as if I am their customerKudos to the team who took time checking my issueI will not hesitate to contact them in case Ill have other questions in case I'll making payment using their service:-)

I used prepaid visa giftcards and all they seemed to do was put my payments on hold time and time again, until finally blocking my account from using that method of paymentI see absolutely no reason for this they are giftcards they are mine and nobody is complaining because they are freaking giftcardsSo long story short dont use this company strict verification and security blah blah blah its an a terrible company with terrible service responding to tickets with answers that dont make sense to your question because they are pre responses to other questionsIf you can use anything else

I have been trying to end my monthly subscription to the ilikeyou.com website for months nowI had to message them several times before they told me I had to go to paymentwall to do thatWhen I get on the paymentwall.com/support page there is a search box under the words "Let's solve this quickly"And under the box it says "Common searches: payments, transfer and offerwall"I have tried searching with many words including payments, unsubscribe, subscription, help, customer service and more, but whenever I type something in the box and click on the magnifying glass to send it the page either refreshes or goes to a page with the words "Error page not found"Since the page won't allow me to send the message I went to [redacted] and searched "paymentwall customer service number" the number it gives me to call is 415-707-I have called this number countless times for over a week, left countless messages, pressing to mark them urgent and making 100% sure the messages are sent

Fast and excellent customer service

We have reviewed the case with [redacted] His account was on hold pending verification that is why he couldn't make any more payments through out platform We already have his account verified and is now unblocked He could already make further payments As for the Order# [redacted] , which he is requesting refund for, this order has been completed on the same date he made it and the game credits purchased has already been sent to his account and most likely had been used up by the customer by now There is no issue with the orderThis was delivered to the customer in time
