Review: I was having problems with my email password. Searched [redacted]upport password recovery. Called # listed 1 800 896 8394. I was told I could be transferred to a certified [redacted] Tec who could he help me after explaining my problem. I agreed thinking it was a free service < the same one I used in the past when I had the same problem. I allowed the tec. from PCUPDATE SUPPORT to remotely enter my computer thinking I was dealing with [redacted]. I was shown a lot of windows very quickly flashed on my screen of warnings errors ect.... Then told by the tec. that my computer had been HACKED and it was urgent that I have a ZEUS TROJAN VIRUS that was infecting my computer be removed. I was startled and told the tec. this as my first computer and I didn't know a lot but that I had installed the best anti virus spyware. I asked him how this could have happened. he seemed very excited, spoke rapidly and insisted "THE HACKERS" had access to all my personal info. I asked him what I should do still in shock that a email problem had become THIS. That's when he mentions he can connect me with a tec. that can help me for 199.95. I explained that I have very little money as I am disabled with a mental condition. He said I could mail a check. He also stated we couldn't charge it to my debt card because my bank account had been compromised. I feel I was lied to as to this co representing its self as affiliated with [redacted], and though I haven't had the luxury to have my local IT person and pay them to see if there ever was a case of my computer being compromised. I believe because the other complaints to the Revdex.com have been so similar by other victims of this Co. I have very good reason to believe that I have been taken advantage of also. Please note that I will If I must have my computer checked by someone I trust to prove my case. But hope that wont be necessary. As I wrote I feel deceived ,tricked, cheated!Desired Settlement: For reasons stated above . I wish the charges of 199.95 be forgiven as has happened in other cases posted on Revdex.com complaints website.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: This company puts fake notices on the web pretending to be affiliated with established internet providers. When you call them, they run fake "diagnostics" on your computer, which they let you see. The phony diagnostics indicate that someone is spying on you/has completely hijacked all your systems. They try to scare you into paying $250 to get rid of the fake "spyware." I complained about this company previously, maybe a year ago, to the Revdex.com, after they showed me fake diagnostics and sent me a "bill" for $250. I called my internet provider at the time, and confirmed that there was no breach whatsoever. I told PC Update that they were committing a scam, and I did not want their phony service. They sent me a bill for $250 regardless. Now, PC Update is leaving robocalls on my work phone stating that they see a "red flag" with regard to some unidentified work they previously did, and that they need me to call them. They are leaving a phone number of [redacted] They did not identify themselves on the robocall, so I called them to find out who the fraudster was. They confirmed it was PC Update, the same company that tried to rip me off previously. I told them that I was aware they were trying to pull a scam and I was going to report them to the Revdex.com again. I would like them to cease and desist from any further robo calls or any other contact with me whatsoever. Someone needs to do something about this company.Desired Settlement: I need PC Update to cease and desist from any further robo calls or any further contact of whatsoever nature with me.

Review: I was having an issue with my Verizon phone account. So on June 4th, I called the number listed on the internet for Verizon and the person answering identified himself as Verizon support. I explained my issue and the person indicated that their records did not show the same information as I had on my computer. The so called Verizon rep then suggested that I give him access to my computer so that he could determine what the problem was. I agreed to this. After a few minutes, he indicated that I had a Zeus Trojan virus. He indicated that if I took my computer to a repair shop, it would cost me $400, but he said that Verizon had an arrangement with another company that could fix my virus problem online for $250. Since I thought I was speaking to a Verizon rep, I agreed and he then transferred me to PC Update Support. They identified themselves as “certified Microsoft technicians”. This PC Update Support rep then proceeded to work on my computer and after 40 minutes said that the computer had been all cleaned up and that new antivirus software had been installed. He then indicated that I should send a check for $250 to PC Update Support. After thinking about what had happened, I became very suspicious and after reading on the Revdex.com Del. Website about all the identical/similar complaints against PC Update Support, I brought my computer to a computer repair store and they found a number of problems that they have cleaned up including removing the fake anti-virus software that PC Update Support had installed. So basically, PC Update Support had tricked me into giving them access to my computer and then wanted me to pay them $250 for repairs which I did not need. I do not intend to pay them.Desired Settlement: I expect them to apologize for deceiving me. I also expect them to indicate that I do not owe them any money for this service. I do not want any further contact with this company.

Review: I chose these people to fix my computer online . They charged me $250 to fix the first day they worked on it , was down almost 24 hours. They claimed they found a trojan that was causing the problem. So they said it was all set . I told to apply the mew program. It wouldn't let me . I then called back and they worked on it again .

I returned calls to them on 3 or 4 occasions and it still did not work the way I wanted it to . So I hired someone else to do it and they said they found 18 trojans in my system not one. They charged me $400 for 3 years and gave me the best security available. So I asked PC update for my money back . At first they agreed and then backed off. And they harassed me with phone calls. This is why I would like a full refund and more for the aggravation . So I have turned to you for help .

This company promised to return my money in full then I waited for waited for almost 3 weeks and received no refund. I then called them back and spoke to the gentleman and he gave me a hard time time keeping me on the phone but then finally came back and agreed to send the full amount back to me. About a half-hour later I was in a store shopping and received a call It was the Manager and he kept insisting that I give him a reason for cancelling my service with them. . I explained to him that I had gone over this 3 times already and had no intention of doing it again so I hung up on him . He proceeded to call me back asking the same question I explained that I did not wish to explain it again so I hung up again. He called me back again and told me he could only return a $100.00 to me I questioned why when I was already told I would get my money back. It has been almost two weeks and I have not received anything from them as of yet . This is the reason I would like the sum I am asking for 1: to pay for the embarrassing phone calls in a store and 2: the time I have lost on my computer and three the time waiting for my money back . I feel this company should receive a very bad rating . The harassing phone calls and the not coming through with my refund is not good business practice. This is why am turning to the Revdex.com for your help. The information on the form not filled out is because it was not asked for the work was done online. I am putting my faith and trust into you to help me retrieve my settlement.Thank You very much, Sincerely , [redacted]. P.s. Review: I called [redacted] because it said that there were [redacted] support on the internet. I was having problem with [redacted] spam. They shared my computer and found a trogan. They said they would connect me to [redacted] and fix the issue. I spent 3 hours on the phone with them and still had the same technical issues. I called another website that said they were [redacted] support and they found about 100 things wrong with my spyware and registry and it was not fixed and was worse than before. Review: I was having issues with my computer and printer. I contacted my internet provider, [redacted] corrected the computer problems but the printer was still not functioning. So, on 9/15/13, I contacted [redacted]k via the number listed in the service manual [redacted]. The [redacted] rep offered to transfer me to a technician who could help me. Not being computer savvy, I agreed. I was transferred to a PC Update Support tech who said he needed to access my computer to see what the problem was. I asked him if he was a [redacted] certified technician and he said "yes". Believing I was speaking to a [redacted] employee I permitted him access and after a few minutes I was told my computer had a "Zeus Trojan Virus". He offered to fix this problem on line and it would take less than an hour and cost me $249.95 which I would pay by check. After about 30 minutes, via the monitor screen, I was told my computer was fixed and to send the check in the mail. The next day I realized my printer was still not working and questioned what I had done. On 9/17/13 I called a [redacted] Store in Salem, NH to ask if they were affiliated with PC Update Support and was told no. I took the computer to the [redacted] Store and their technician found and removed 3 programs that had been installed on the day I spoke with PC Update. [redacted] also told me I may not have ever had a virus.

In hindsight I believe I was intentionally misled by the PC Update tech and a victim of a scam. I sent the check in the mail but have since stopped payment on it.Desired Settlement: I do not want to be responsible for paying for any services from PC Update. Also, I would like to know if it is [redacted] policy to direct printer repair issues to PC Update Support. If not, why was I directed to this company.

Review: I was having trouble opening Yahoo, Bank of America, Wells Fargo and Facebook yesterday - 10/1/2013. I called Yahoo support and was told I had a Zeus Trojan Horse virus on my computer, that I had been hacked and my computer had been compromised. Places like Staples, Office Depot, Geek Squad etc. could not fix it, only a certified Microsoft technician could do it. Did I want to take it to a Microsoft store or have it fixed online? Since I was very worried about my identity and bank accounts being hacked I agreed to do it online. I was transferred to PCUpdate Support and given their pitch. They could fix it and guarantee free of charge service for one year and secure my network so this would never happen again for $150. Or I could guarantee free service for 2 years and have a secure network for the life of the computer for an additional $250 - a total of $400. The fear of my identity being in danger was greater than my common sense at that point, so I agreed. They agreed to fix it and asked that I mail a check for $400 to them. They also asked for the check number that I would be mailing. They fixed the problem and all was well until I called the person who has been servicing my computers for years and asked if I had been "had" and was told yes. [redacted]would have been able to fix it. Did I mention he had just had it and cleaned it up for me the week before??? This morning - 10/2/2013 I could access Yahoo, but not the bank accounts again so I called PCUPDATE SUPPORT for help and it was again "fixed." I then immediately went online to Revdex.com to look them up and saw the other complaints just like mine.Desired Settlement: I do not want to pay the $400 to PCUPDATE SUPPORT. I do not want any repercussion for not paying the $400. I do not want to hear from this company or any affiliate or subsidiary ever. I want this company shut down.

Review: On the morning of Aug 13, having been frustrated and possibly scammed in my search for Quicken software for Mac, I decided to Google Quicken.com/support. The website I found appeared to be Quicken's website and had a number listed. I was very suspicious about it because of the difficulty I've had in the past in trying to get a direct telephone number or them. I called the number thinking I would get a Quicken [redacted] I asked the person answering the phone if they were a Quicken rep and they said yes. I explained to him (his name was [redacted]) that I wanted to know if data from Windows 7 Quicken software can be transferred to Quicken software for Mac. I also briefly described what I had just gone through with Herman street, Inc. The rep told me that it does appear that I had been scammed and that the normal process is to invoice this work upon completion instead of charging a credit card. Since I had given access to my Mac computer previously to a questionable company I was still concerned with corrupt files, and hackers. They said they could run an analysis of the computer and clean it up. The price to do the work was $359.95, strangely similar to the previous questionable company, Innovative IT Services price $359.95. I couldn't imagine how they could be connected so, although a bit paranoid, I agreed to have them check it out, the cost would include 1 computer, 1 year warranty. It wasn't until later, after I granted access, that I realized that the company I was dealing with was not Quicken but PC Update Support LLC. I was mad at myself for falling for the same scam twice. Apparently they hacked my email and started sending themselves emails from me stating that I accepted the completed work that I know I hadn't sent. The emails were actually time dated PDT even though I and their company are located on the east coast. I checked out the company on line and found a blog full of scam complaint messages. Though I've received invoices regarding the work supposedly completed, I have no confidence that it actually was. With this in mind and that there is evidence that they hacked my email account, I am withholding payment of their invoice.Desired Settlement: Waive payment because of misrepresentation of agreement and questionable work. There are a lot of complaints on the internet about this company, if half of them are true, they should be put out of business, at least, and investigated for illegal activities.

Review: I originally had a problem with my home computer printer. When I Googled a phone number for [redacted], a sight came up with a phone number, which I called. The rep was unable to help and transferred me to PC Update Support. I later found out this is not a [redacted] policy. The PC Update Support rep stated he would fix my printer and computer for a fee of $200. He was unable to fix the printer but stated he would clean up my computer. The rep stated the printer problem was with the hard drive. I later found out there is no hard drive with printers. The rep stated he had cleaned up my computer and asked when he could expect payment. When I told my son of this incident he stated it did not sound like it was on the up and up. My son got in touch with [redacted], a completely different phone number, and this is when we were informed that [redacted] does not transfer customers to an independent server. My son got in touch with [redacted], since he had dealt with them on another matter and was very satisfied. [redacted] stated they would clean up my computer for $99. When given the go ahead the entire procedure took roughly 5 hours over two days, compared to a half hour by the PC update Support rep, and when completed found eight (8) critical spy wares still present in my computer and Trojan programs. I have just received an invoice, via email from PC Update Support, but feel I do not owe them because of the fact of what Microsoft found.Desired Settlement: I do not intend to pay for these services, which I feel were never delivered, and do not wish to be harassed when they become aware of my intentions.

Review: I was having issues with my [redacted] account, email and access to my email and accounts online. I called the [redacted] support number off my [redacted] bill and was told I needed to be sent to technical help and was transferred by [redacted] to these people. I was told I had been hacked and they needed to "clean" my computer out to resolve the [redacted] account issues. I was also told it would cost me $300 but I told them I could not afford that so they offered to only charge me $230. So I agreed, since I thought I had no other options since I contacted [redacted] myself and thought I was talking to a [redacted] business since they were the ones who transferred me to them. They got my account cleared and showed me on line what I thought were true hacking issues, since I gave them remote access to my computer. Then I was asked for a check number that I would be sending to them and it had to be sent out immediately to the address they provided to me. I was told I was covered for a year and that I had support through them for a year. Well I thought all was well until today I called their support line and was told they couldn't help me that I would have to call my internet provider for assistance, I said "You can't help me after I paid for the support service?" , I was told to hold for a minute and then was told again I would have to call [redacted], my internet provider. So I logged on my computer to look up their (PC Support) page and that is when I found all these Revdex.com complaints and was reading a mirror image of what happened to me. I want my money refunded and this place shut down and I also want an explanation as to why [redacted] is sending people to these scammers??? Shouldn't [redacted] be responsible for sending us there in the first place? I gave these people access to my computers and they now have all my personal information and banking information!!!Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded and this place shut down and I also want an explanation as to why [redacted] is sending people to these scammers??? Shouldn't [redacted] be responsible for sending us there in the first place? Review: I purchased a new Dell computer and had a Dell tech assist me in setting it up. She asked me to contact my provider, Verizon, to check compatibility with Outlook 2013.I called Verizon(India)? and spoke with a "[redacted]" who said it should be and asked to take control of my computer to check. He immediately said my network had been hacked and may have infected my new computer. He first directed me to Cisco Systems, NYC and said the repair would cost 319.95 but I would have to take my computer to them. I said no way as the computer is brand new and has nothing to do with a "hacked network." He said I shouldn't use the computer as it could become infected. He can have a PC tech remotely repair for 199.95 with a one year warranty. He connected to PC Update who remotely accessed my computer and in approx. 45 min. said it is now 100% secure. He then asked for a check # and asked that I mail to a PO box in Eatontown, NJ. After checking with Verizon, USA the next day and explained the situation. He said this is a scam and not to pay. I have no intention of paying and will continue to ignore their phone calls. For all the complaints made against this company, they should be investigated and put out of business.Desired Settlement: Cancel invoice and stop all communication.

Review: called verison to have one phone line canceled, they had me sign on to my verison site and it wouldn't work. a few days before was just fine. they said I had a tojan and sent me to pc update support. was told only two ways to fix and on line was less expensive. they fixed it in 10 minutes and wanted me to send 280.00 to them which I did in a c check. will not gave any bank info to them. afterward I started checking them out because never had had any problems before and after it was fixed they sent me to a reg. verison rep to cancel one line. is this a scam to get money to protect or get info from your computer. my son could of fix it. version nevers sends you to this when you go to store to cancel a line. don't want their service and have now changed all codes on computer for safety sake, even called bank to be on alert. I could sign on before I called verison looks like a money scam to get you to make your computer safe. what my c check back and out of my computer. is this common practice when you call verison or other cphone company to send you to a update support system to say you have a Trojan, if it is a lot of people are in trouble. be careful when call, next time I will go to the store to do thisDesired Settlement: what them out of my computer and for both companies to stop this practice its awful to try to get money out of people for something that has never been a problem till you call verison and the send you to this company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: My husband and I were experiencing problems with our gmail accounts and gaining access to [redacted] In searching for a phone number to speak to [redacted], I ended up locating a page that appeared to be Gmail's official website and called the number for contacting them. I called 855-280-0768 which, unbeknownst to me, was the phone number for PCUpdate Support, LLC. When the phone was answered, I asked if I had reached [redacted] and was told that I had. I explained my problem and was asked to permit remote access to my computer so that the problem could be diagnosed. I agreed because I had previously allowed such access to reputable companies such as [redacted].

The technician promptly told me that I had been hacked. She displayed a listing of roughly a dozen IP addresses which she claimed were from foreign computers that had hacked into my computer. She suggested that I contact a [redacted] certified technician. She asked me my zip code and provided the name of a distant brick and mortar computer establishment, and when I said that was inconvenient she said she could connect me to a [redacted] technician who could fix the problem remotely. I was then connected to someone named John, who confirmed that he was with [redacted], but the contact information later provided by the company showed that the company was also PCUpdate Support. [redacted] said he would fix my laptop, as well as my husband's, for $470 and that the company would provide a 2-year guarantee. I was told I would not have to pay anything until I was completely satisfied and that the payment would need to be by check because it was not safe to provide my credit card number over the Internet.

The company was on my computer and my husband's for around two hours and they assured me I was free of hackers and that all problems had been resolved. They asked for my four digit check number and asked me to send the check out the next day. Later that night, I was again unable to connect to [redacted] easily.

I did a [redacted] search and learned that many others had been scammed by this company and that the company actually installed the Spyware they were supposed to be removing. I also learned that companies like this have been targeted by the Federal Trade Commission. I also was afraid that they were seeking my check so that they could get a routing number for my bank.

I have spoken to computer experts at [redacted], which had to restore the factory settings to my computer, as well as the IT personnel at my husband's law firm. All of them said that the [redacted] and Malware on our computers should have protected them from any problems. They also explained that hackers -- unless they can install spyware, which is extremely unlikely with Norton Utilities and Malware --have a brief window of opportunity to get data. Once they lose access to your network they can't access any additional data so it does not accomplish anything to remove their IP addresses.

In short, we were fraudulently induced to do business with a company that first identified itself as Google, and then identified itself as Cisco. The company provided unnecessary services and may have installed spyware. We spent hours having our laptops checked by reputable computer experts, changing passwords and running numerous scans -- not to mention the hours on the phone with this company.

We are not "100% satisfied" -- in fact, we are totally unsatisfied. We have no intention of paying anything to this company.Desired Settlement: We wish to see this company put out of business. We should not have to pay fraudulent charges.

Review: I have been having trouble with a [redacted] password and could not get into the account to change it. I could find no where on the site to get help from them directly, so went to the internet and found a site that referred to [redacted] password recovery. I phone the number 1-800-896-8394 and they said they could help and transferred to a website,... [email protected]. Like an it, I let them take over my computer, they zipped through their website showing me its logo and that it said they were certified [redacted] technicians. When they went to aid me in recovery of the password, they informed me that some one had compromised this address and I had a Zeus (Trogan Horse) in my computer. Then flashed lots of windows up on my screen showing warnings, errors, etc.... . It was all very fast, to convince me I had a serious problem plus their [redacted] made it very hard to understand. They said they would fix the problem for $199.95 plus tax totaling $229.95. plus a years service of technical support. They did not ask for a credit card or any money at the time but did want a bank check sequence number. I am to mail check for services.

The process took over an hour and I remained on the phone with them. The whole thing began to feel wrong. So as soon as everything was completed I sought out information on the web about this company. Basicly, found other people with same story about this company, pretty much confirming my feelings of a scam. I then sought tech support from an established security company. They went through my computer and could find no evidence that a Trogan virus was ever in my computer or that one had been removed. Also nothing was accomplished on the password problem.

I could find no listing of this company in the yellow or white pages in [redacted] phone book and no listing in [redacted] Revdex.com. However found many complains against this non accredited company with the States Revdex.com, to which I am adding mine. I also plan to tell my experience with this company on other websites, and document this with the proper authorities.Desired Settlement: Today, 9/17/2013, I received an invoice via email for the amount of $230.00, not $299.95. Isn't that mail fraud or something? I do not want to pay for any services supposedly provided by this company. I feel I was scammed, and this company betrayed a trust that they implied to a customer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I originally called a company called NetFix for help with an issue involving my Adobe software. Upon granting them access to my computer through what I was told was an anti-viral program, I was informed that my computer had been hacked by several outside parties. They convinced me that in order to solve the problem, I would have to conduct business with the software support company called PC update support. Concerned, of course, I was then "conferenced" into a call with this support team, who proceeded to lock me out of my system for about 45 minutes. Even though I own a Mac computer and not a PC, they claimed to be able fix the issue. They then claimed to have cleared me of any potential future hacking issues, and asked for a check in the amount of $399.95. I agreed to accept an invoice via email, hoping to have a chance to check out their legitimacy once I had access to my system again. They asked me several times when I was planning to send in my check, and that was enough for be to be convinced that this was a scam.

Ironically, I solved my issue with the Adobe software -- the origin of the call -- without either of these companies ever helping me. I refuse to send any money to this organization, but I'm concerned that they have my name, address, phone #, and email, as well as had access to my computer for almost an hour.Desired Settlement: As I refuse to send any form of payment to this company, I do hope that they will cease any contact with me and not use my personal information for any advertisements or other reasons. I do not believe that there was any problem with my software, not do I believe that these people "fixed" an issue.

Review: I had a problem with Google Chrome, my default internet browser. Went online to contact Google Chrome to rectify the issue. Called the telephone number listed in one of the google chrome entries. I thought I was talking to a Google Chrome employee. She asked to get into my computer to diagnose the problem. She told me that I had the Trojan Horse virus and numerous other bad viruses. First, she told me that I had to get a completely new computer system. She then told me that the viruses could be cleared, but that only a certified microsoft technician could clean out the viruses at a cost of $400 and that it would take 2 to 3 days to fix. Then she offered an online option that could be done immediately at a cost of $260. I, mistakenly, opted for the online fix. I was connected with a man from the PCupdate Support company , located in Newark Deleware. As he began to supposedly clear the viruses, I began to question his legitimacy. I checked out PCupdate Support on my smart phone. One site offered numerous emails from people, with every one of them stating this was a fraudulent company. I immediately turned off my computer. The man called me on the phone. I told him that I no longer wanted to receive the service. I have been emailed an invoice for the service, which I do not intend to pay.

I found out from the Staples company, who we do business with, that the google chrome problem was easily fixable and had nothing to do with viruses.

Worried that PCupdate Support had compromised my computer, I took my computer to Staples. They did find several viruses, which were cleared out, and I have purchased a protection plan from them.Desired Settlement: I want the company to send no more invoices. I also don't want them to ruin in any way the credit of the small nonprofit that I work for.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: 2 weeks ago I began having an issue with my [redacted] Email Account. It would not allow me to attach a file within my email. So I Google [redacted] support and Instant '' [redacted] (Logo) Support comes up with telephone # [redacted] I called & spoke to [redacted] identified as technical support, I explained the issue, he said he had to connect to my computer to diagnose the problem. I allowed him access.. As I watched; he entered several programs which brought up (IP) address. he said I had (4) issues, IP address hacked, foreign address intervention, application damage, attack hackers ,Trojan. He recommend I call a certified [redacted] technician & he would connect me. He transferred me to [redacted]) which told me it cost $249 to fix the issue and to forward a check to PC Update Support LLC,@ 10 Cheswold Blvd. 1-D, Newark Delaware 19713. Tel# 800-896-8394. He requested a check # for his records, (which I gave # 1008) He placed me on hold & as I sat @my computer another rep. connected to my system. identifying himself as [redacted]. I asked what happen to [redacted] he replied ''I just got the call, and I'l help you. At this point I'm a bit suspicious so I ask for his tech ID # ,he replied [redacted]. He began working & stopped a few minutes later. I called him@ 855-280-0768 no answer, so I called 800-896-8394 ,he answered, (this appears these telephone # belong to the same business)

I said there is no activity on my computer ,why aren't you working? he apologized & said I'm troubleshooting your problem, please enter your [redacted] password here so I can see the actual error, (so I entered my password) he began working & (20) min later; replied '' problem fixed. I'L create an email for you stating you agree the problem is fixed. I replied '' B4 you do that take me to the IP address function so I can see the IP address for my self. he refused, saying the error wont appear, the foreign IP address is removed. this sent up a red flags for me. ( each person had an foreign accent but American names; and the 2 telephone # are actually the same business; finally he refuse to show me his work, I requested an invoice and warranty. He transferred me to his boss which identified himself as Charlie Peters. He replied ''when are you going to send the payment? he didn't appear to be very professional. I requested invoice/warranty he says you'll receive it with in 15 minutes to your email. thus far it's been over 10 hours and I haven't received anything.Desired Settlement: I'm certain this is a scam, they have misrepresented them selves as [redacted] Certified Technicians, therefore I'm asking the $249 be waived. (Question) Is their any way you can ensure they wont access my computer system as I'm a new user and I just purchased my Dell Computer 3 months ago.

I thank you in advance for expeditiously handling this matter
