I am rejecting this response because:This is ridiculous, as you can clearly see in the photo the pop rivets wich are attaching the radius to the corner cap and dent in question are in fact on the top passenger side of the roofThis is a fraudulent claim towards me.

We will not be perusing this claim. The area manager will be refunding the
customer's credit card $500. He left a voicemail for the customer to let her know this
We have left voicemails for *** ***, but have not heard anything back. The Area Manager, Dino, also left a message with her father. Dino's cell phone number is ###-###-####. Please have *** *** call him if she would still has an issue. We cannot assess the
situation until we speak with the customer
The Area Manager, Micah, spoke with the customer. The customer was

a debit card could not be used for the rental since she was getting a large SUV. Micah apologized and explained that it does have a section that specifies what is needed. The customer would like him to forward this to corporate and have
them also list what is needed in the reservation information. He refunded
her $for the inconvenience as well as the discount she should have received
from booking online

The Area Manager, Kevin, spoke with the customer and explained his charges. The insurance company paid 60% of the rental. The body shop took days to fix his vehicle and agreed to pay $towards the rental. The customer was explained at the beginning that he would have out of
pocket charges due to the rental not being completely covered by the insurance company and body shop. He would like to be refunded, but since there was no negligence on our behalf, we have decided not to refund the customer and he is aware

*** *** I had rentals from them from June 20th until April 15th I have hospital bill shows the day I got out of hospital is when they came to pick up car they had car from afternoon 5pm of April 15th to present the man never checked car for damage the day it was in his hands he had time to check when he got it back to lot they don't close till pm I have voice message stating that day I was to call them that day or next day instead came out to pick up car after I got back from hospital and getting kids from school and got them supperi was not feeling well when everyone in park came in house telling me that a man was taking cari came out and he said I don't care if you keep keys I will charge you for them I am towing car I told him let me get things out of car he said I am towing now I said no I need my things out first he never told me who he was never introduced just said I am taking car I have orders I got things from car with him rudely standing over me I looked at car then there was no damage I only had car months there was no damage the next day a man calls says there was a dent on car with rust I told them there was no damage so we asked for manager he said this is Ryan so we told him about mean man at our home taking car he said that they are to check cars before they take them he clearly did not so as we complained he pretended he was not man at our house when I got there to take pictures the manager we talked to was man who was at our home who never said who he wasi was mad for him lying as for price they have took $deposit every time they where collecting from me if you see different amount of charges every month for same price deal and miscellaneous they have different reasons and different charges claiming from me they swipe card sooner than a weekthe bank got them for fraud once and I got my money back for $they are going back as far as august still collected that back from me .as for the money they told me on phone the was a bank glitch every time I caught them over charging they were blaming bank for glitch on over charges they said I would have to talk to bank to get money back because the bank paid them too much money from me so when bank got money back they would go back and collect it again saying I owethey always said I was paid up nothing owed when I close out a car they charge more saying that it the difference owed they tell me how much I owe then I approve it instead they pull more out than discussed without permissionin document contract it says they can pull money if I authorize them to I have not authorized or owed all this money they claimedwhen I talked to them they claim I still owe for damage I have pictures and witnesses that show no damage before they took it also the man said I owed $then they found some over charge said that I owed $so the lady supposedly used money owed to me for $towards car payment owedwhich I did not owe that much I had car from march 24th to April that's only weeks the document the are telling you they used and I am up to date they lied she told me she used $and refunded me $ and the man damaged car so I can not get $deposit back the day I resigned contract and paid them on 1/28/is the same day I told them I was looking at car sales because I have money coming to get a car the same day my daughter saw one guy laughing while at computer when I got notice from bank they took my daughter and I witness them pulling more money out on purpose the same guy told me that was banks fault they have to get money back .I also have proof in document that when I picked up car it had miles on it not miles right there shows proof they lied they told me the money they owed me the paid $and they told you it was $that was owed there is another lye I am not happy with the service and the stress to prove I been ripped off and lied to and the damage planted that was not ever done in my care I am asking they are investigated for all people they are ripping off and the man Ryan to be fired and all employees standing by each other for scamming I think people should be able to pay cash and not let them take from bank cards or credit cards I just talk to Charlotte at enterprise and she said they sent you guys daily rate instead of contract rate of weekly that I was on they lied again so $she held from me for payment they are claiming that they used $ because of all the over charges and not fixing problem and continued to take from me more than they were to I would like to see all money I paid back to me in full from July to April I don't think they should ever take advantage of pulling money like a piggy bank for them and since they have lied so much and no proof of what they are charging and all charges being different amount every month even with me paying on contract same rate I think they should reimburse all money and I will never use them for a car rental no more it was a terrible lying experienceas for damage I have pictures proof shows no damage to the car to the damage they showed me next day it is obvious it was intentionally donei suggest they don't pursue about damage on car because that was from the manager doing it so I don't get $deposit back they never had me sign papers closing acctto caralso they charged $deposit on me a lot of times every month November it was every week I got too much proof that shows non of charges making sense so again I ask for enterprise to be investigated and I get all refund back for all charges for fraud I never new a company could ever do such things like they did and to take advantage of so many people I am sure there is more I want manager fired for being unprofessional for lying on phone pretending he was not the person at our house and for approaching me with unprofessional manner and never introduced himself
The Group Rental Manager, Brenda, spoke with the customer. She gave him the phone number to the credit reporting agency we use, ***. She also cleared up any confusion for how his credit report was affected. We consider this issue to be resolved
We are still pursuing this claim even though the customer does not feel she is responsible. She has spoken to the Area Manager and is aware. After doing research, there was not any prior damage to the vehicle. There were multiple dents that needed to be repaired, totaling $

At Enterprise Rent-A-Car, customer service is our priority and we appreciate the opportunity to address *** ** ***’s issue.
Upon receiving this complaint our Area Manager, Jim G*** contacted *** *** regarding her concerns. As a result of their discussion Jim agreed to refund $118.92. We consider this matter to now be resolved and hope *** *** will choose Enterprise for her future car rental needs

I am rejecting this response because:They took money out of my account without my permission plus they overcharged me tooThey advertise you can rent a car for $7-a day then they made me bring back a second rental I needed causing me to lose wages on top of it because they claim there was a charge back from my bank my bank would not authorize the payments they took out because I did not give them permission to do soThey made my account get overdrawn due to taking out the funds without my permissionWhen I told them to submit bill to *** *** they said it didn't work that way that's not true because my friend had them submit bill to other guy's insurance and that's what my insurance company told me that *** *** was to reimburse me or pay for rental due to their client hitting me and totaling my car.Location involved - *** *** ** *** **I want a full refund of $1,plus an additional $for loss of wages plus an additional $in overdraft fees that I was charged from my bank for them taking funds out without my consentI want the bill submitted to *** *** for the rental back in September for total amount of $1,using claim # ***

I am rejecting this response because: The management in this facility are misguiding liarsI was contacted a day after I had returned the vehicle and I was told $33.-42+, will be credited with my final FINAL costand the same day I was charged the additional $116.-58+The point is I was lied to and am a victim to theft by this company I am only looking forward to what the company said in their final closeout which is $dollars the final credit from the deposit and the $which was stolen
