This customer had a complaint that she and her family received calls because she was late with payments. Our customer service manager spoke with her and explained that we would call only if she was late with her weekly payment. She understands that there is no guarantee that she will not
be called in the future. This customer ultimately requested and was granted a deferred payment. In addition, we are providing her with a detail/wash for her car. Our customer service manager, also provided her contact information so that the customer will have a direct line to the company in the event she experiences some other issue. The customer expressed satisfaction with the response to her complaint. We consider this matter resolved and the customer satisfied. I am rejecting this response because: This is just harassment by Peoples' Commerce at this point I am a victim of identity theft I have provided all documents MsP*** has requested I have a huge family in which many of them have lived with me in the past I help family and friends in times of need and this may have put me in this unfortunate position I have brothers and sisters, of them have lived with me off and on throughout the years I also have grown neices and nephews that have lived with me also It is impossible to figure out what happened back years ago.Peoples' Commerce has not demanded payments from me They haven't even made any updates to my credit report since There is really nowhere for this issue to go The balance is not even collectable anymore.Since Peoples' Commerce INSISTS on maintaining a very intrusive position into my life; I WILL maintain a position in theirs I will continue to write letters and file complaints against this company until it is taken off of my credit report Please keep in mind that I currently do not work and have relatively no current income I have no problem dedicating myself 24/to be a thorn in this company's side.This goes for *** ***.com, Peoples' Commerce, *** and any other company associated with Dean C*** It is ridiculous to me that this company would spend valuable resources on this issue I will be writing MrC*** to let him know how his money is being spent on nonsense like this

I received a vehicle on April but due to engine problems I was put into another vehicle on june Today is june and has been back three times for battery and now alternator problems Honestly its peoples commerce who are very rude and just want to take your money I have been hung up on lied too and im sick of itSomething needs done about this drivehere.com / peoples commerce immediately

Good Morning, I spoke with the customer on this week, when she came in to repo her vehicleShe said that she put so much work into the vehicle and she feels as though, this should not be on her creditI indicated to her that we can settle this matter, because she owes more than $8,500, on her
account and that amount needs to be satisfiedI clearly asked her how much does she have, she said that she has no money, because her son died - and she lost her jobI told her that I'm sorry to hear about that. She then implied that, she was not told that it would be a repo, from Peoples Commerce or the Sales RepresentativeI stated to her, that all of the information, is listed in all of your documentation. I told her with all due respect, we do not change our policies because customer's are unable to pay you note or otherwise uncomfortable circumstances may occurI also said...you can stay in contact with me - as I stay in contact with you to get this resolved. She told Francis, most of this as well. I will follow up with the customer to see, if she would like to settle.Lovenia R***

I am not sure who the General manager is that you are referring to but attached is your payment ledger showing your payments and the I highlighted the two late payments that resulted in a repoAs I stated before, we would be more than happy to fix your heating issue

If what the customer says is true, then it sounds like you are not trying to make any paymentsEvery payment ever made on this account was done with the said credit cardAlso, to clarify the value of the vehicle you are speaking ofThe contract amount is the value or total of a year leaseIt seems as though you are confusing the term value of the lease with the value of the vehicleIf at the end of your lease you wish to purchase the vehicle you may at the adjusted book value of the vehcileI hope this clarifies some things for you

[I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken with several people regarding my issues and they all just seem to keep sending me
in circles they are not trying to resolve anything they just want me to keep paying for a piece of scrap and not to mention now my air bag light keeps flashing
