RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!! DO NOT purchase or lease a car from this sneaky, deceitful company!! Their sales people will lie to your face and they have absolutely no professionalism so if you say something they don't like - prepare to get hung up on like you're in high school! DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! It's the worst decision I've EVER made and I will regret it forever! They over charged me $600 for a "damage waiver" that the representative Jasmine insisted I have EVEN THOUGH I have full coverage on the piece of trash car they leased me. I called them out on it, Steve in the payment department advised me that he sees I had the full coverage and I was owed $600 that he'd have applied to my balance because he "didn't want to alert management," so that we could have this resolved faster. He then emails me 10 minutes after we spoke on the phone and he said they can't refund the money to me because I signed the contract requesting the waiver. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED THE SALE REP, JASMINE, IF IT WAS NECESSARY FOR ME TO HAVE THIS COVERAGE ON TOP OF MY FULL COVERAGE CAR INSURANCE AND SHE SAID "IT WAS MANDATORY." She LIED! Not only do I NOT need the waiver if I have full coverage, but I could've also opted NOT to get full coverage insurance?! She made a bigger commission off of my $4000 higher contract due to that stupid waiver that I don't even have on my contract any longer?! The amount of money being reported that I was paying to the credit bureau was incorrect and when I asked transunion/equifax to validate the balance, the company REMOVED the entire account from my credit report! SHADY!!!!!! Don't make the same mistake I did! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!

We had not responded to this complaint right away because the customers car was almost finished from having the work done.I personal have been dealing with this customer since she made me aware of the problem. We have replaced the transmissionand motor mounts and have had two mechanics and a manager...

drive the vehicle before returning to the customer. All said that the vehicle is fine. The customer got her vehicle back from service on 7/14/2016. The customer said they were pleased with my service and getting the problem resolved. However, the day after getting her vehicle back the customer said that something was still not right. As I stated earlier, we had two mechanics and the service manager drive the vehicle before returning it to the customerand everything checked out ok.

We ask our customers to supply references for their account. We are sorry for the inconvenience.However, there is no way of knowing which account is in reference here. If you could supply the name of who we ask you of that will allow me to make sure I get the calls discontinued. Thank you

complaint. We have attempted to put customer into another vehicle. We last spoke to the customer on 10/12/15. The customer stated she would be coming into our office on 10/19/15 to rectify this matter. As of today 10-22-15 the customer has not come into our office and we have been unable to reach her. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF DOING A FOLLOW UP WITH CUSTOMER. WE WERE ABLE TO SATISFY THE COMPLAINT OF THE CUSTOMER ON 2-18-16. WE ALLOWED THE CUSTOMER TO GET INTO A DIFFERENT VEHICLE DUE TO THE SERVICE ISSUES ON THE VEHICLE IN QUESTION. ON 2-18-16 WE LEASED CUSTOMER A 2002 YELLOW [redacted]. AS OF TODAY...
