Performance Merchant Alliance put me with a new merchant service with out cancelling the old service wich is one they started me on a year prior I switched to Performance Merchant Alliance july I leased a VX In Aug I wanted to upgrade to a new POS system At that time I found out I was in a 3yr contract At that time I was not willing to buy out my contract so I agreed to stay with Performance Merchant Alliance and be ungraded to there clover system The sales person was very uniformed about the clover but assured me that it would do what I needed a POS system to doI was told what the additional cost to lease the system would be and agreed to a new contract I was told over and over again that what I had agreed to in terms of the credit card processing would stay the same I ws told the colver came with a scanner It did not I paid extra for that I was not told that the clover did not process EBT sales If I was told that in the beginning I would have not

purchase pos systems for restaurant but was never installed or set up & made many attempts to call sales person & company no one ever called back
about months ago signed up with MrCharles H*** from Dallas office of Performance Merchant Alliance for our restaurant computers after we signed up we never could get back in touch with him we called so many times to his office & cell phone & also corporate office in portland oregon but no one ever replied to help us our business is small family owned & we need help to resolve we tried everything for more than months to get this resolved but no one ever responded to us or called back the finance company is calling needing to be paid for a system that was never installed we already got another system & had installed & need to return this

The salesman lied to me concerning the costs and the time I had to change my mind on this contractThe customer service number he gave me is invalid He told me I had days to change my mind Two days later he mailed me the contract I called to cancel and was told that I had to do this within hours Now I am stuck in a contract for equipment and a service I refuse to use The equipment I returned.Be sure and read the contract including the small print After I looked at the contract there is no mention of time to cancel anywhere and the equipment contract is "noncancellable" The lease company is charging me more than their contract states

The company Performance Merchants Alliance called our shop on 8/17/asking if we were interested in their merchant servicesWe told them no twice before they told us they were sending an agent to us and hung up before we could replySure enough, an agent did show up today on 8/18/She apologized and explained this has happened to her a lot latelyBut then she continued to try and sell their services to us and so did her boss when she called him to let him know the situationIt wasted over an hour of our time
