Thier salesman willie R*** signed my contract and said we provide free clover pos but actually he made me sign non cancleable lease with LFG
thier salesman Willie misguided me about thier rates and freeclover POS< he didnt give signed docs after I called him then he email me after week or so then I realised that I signed the lease agreementI call him to cancel it but neither he nor his company responsethe equipment was deliverd without scanners as said in the agreement.I called LFG they said it is non cancelable contract for months they charging me $every month even I had returned the equipmentI am very frustrated, They lied about the processing rates and everything else

Forged my contract then over charged me No response to any repeated tries to contact and resolve these issues

When I signed up I didn't get my daily transactions deposited into my account for weeks! After a ton of complaints, they said that they made a mistake and entered my bank account incorrectly into the system On the third week, they confirmed that it's been fixed, however things got worseI had to deal for another week with the inability to offer my customer the ability to charge on credit cards due to another mistake that had something to do with the initial one This caused tremendous damage to my customer base given that I'm starting a new business and 80% of the customers ran away and never came back when informed of this deficiency After multiple complaints to Joleen (customer service manager), she promised to send an alternative machine for temporary use with overnight deliverynothing was received!

Company mislead the integrity and business practices of their company
We received a call saying there would be a representative in our area would we like to save money on our credit card processing Sure, we made an appointment The salesman went over all the details and we agreed their service "sounded" good We signed up and it began We were told we needed a chip reader to be in compliance They sent us a machine, no chip reader The time and date were incorrect so our processing was never done on time and no one at the company would tell me how to change the machine Someone was suppose to call me back, they never did They sent us a new machine, it didn't work properly, wireless and would not work Deposits were always late either because the machine was not programmed correctly or it was above an acceptable amount Boy that would have been nice to know We are a small business and cash flow is a high priority We were told that debit cards did have a fee so where did

Salesman lied about cancellation options
On 6/24/15, Greg M*** came into our place of business to sign us up with PMA for credit card processingThey had originally called my husband (not the owner of the business) asking him if someone could stop by, and I was pulled in to deal with him when he did stop inThroughout the whole process, he assured me that there would be no fees should we choose to cancelHe even went so far as to edit the contract in his own writingOn top of that, there are surveillance cameras with audio focused on the front desk for that particular reasonFinally he convinced me to sign the contract, then he handed me the phone for a recorded phone call where they stated that it was a "non-cancelable contract" to which I declinedWhen the lady asked me why, I explained to her that it was supposed to be a cancelable contractBoth processing and leased equipment needs to be canceledIt wasn't until she changed what she said that I said okayWe received th

Performance Merchant Alliance was unable to uphold their side if the service contract, which was by the way obtained using unethical business practices and they are now REFUSING to cancel this (year $100mo) contract for services that it turns out they are incapable of even providing!
The credit card terminal they provided is NOT compatible in our physical location for whatever reasonI understand its just a machine and sometimes unpredictable things just happenSo I figure if Performance Merchant CANNOT provide the service then we simply void the contract and both move on with our livesBUT performance merchant alliance refuses to void the contract and states that the service contract is 100% binding even in the case their company can not provide me with the service! or any functioning equipment!
They are now sending me letters threatening legal action to collect $worth of services, YEP, thats right, ironically they are threatening to SUE me for the same services of which they are unable to provide me with!
The reason they dont want to cancel the contract is because as soon as they mislead you into signing this completely unethical contract, they sell it to a second party based on its future value so basically they could really care less 24hrs after you sign the contract because they've already cashed in and busy looking for their next victim
This was a truly awe full experience and I now see loads of other people who have also become victim of this companies unethical and quite likely, unlawful business practices
As a business person, I made the simple mistake of blindly placing trust with Performance Merchant AllianceIf I would of done my homework on this company, a google search would of quickly revealed everything I just learned the hard way

The complaint is in regard to how I was misled into signing a lease
What happen was that a salesperson came to my place of business offering credit card processing servicesThe salesperson pitched his sale and I told him I needed to see the ratesHe said "we'll we need to you sign this form so we show you your rates." Processing Fees charged even though processor was unable to integrate with POS as promised and service was unused

Fraudulent Agreement
Their portion of a contract was obtained using fraudulent business practices and they are refusing to cancel it
On September 29th,2016,Robert P***, Account Executive from Performance Merchant Alliance came to our restaurant and talked to me about their credit card machine and serviceI told him that we were using another company named *** and people from *** could speak in ChineseI told him because I couldn't speak fluent English, I didn't want to use their machine and serviceHe told me that our restaurant could get cheaper rates if we use his company, and I could cancel their service anytime and no cancellation fee would be chargedHe also promised that there would be somebody else who could speak Chinese to help me when I need their help
