Review: I have asked this company to stop placing unauthorized "membership" charges on my credit card for three months in a row. The bank has reversed the first two charges and the company claims each time it will stop the charges. This month they changed their billing name from Pet Plus Membership to Pet Plus LLC, seemingly to get around the bank's block on further charges from them to my account. They always say a [redacted] will call me back to discuss and assure me they will cease these charges but no one ever calls. I have spoken to them three times regarding this behavior but it will not stop.Desired Settlement: Never charge my account again - cancel the unauthorized "membership" immediately.

We are writing to you in response to case # [redacted] from customer [redacted]. [redacted] initially called in on 3/*/2014 to advise us that his credit card was fraudulently charged for Pet Plus Membership which he did not enroll in. His concern was forwarded to our Escalations department for an investigation and a callback to resolve. Since then there have been multiple communications attempts between [redacted] and the Pet Plus representatives to get this issue resolved. In order to cancel the membership and refund the charges, we were attempting to get the credit card number as it was a fraud charge and we could not find any transactions under [redacted]'s name. Our escalations department had made multiple attempts to attain his credit card number and have been unsuccessful in being provided that information from [redacted]. Our Call Center [redacted] reached out to [redacted] to follow up on this matter and see if he would be willing to provide her his credit card number to resolve this matter and at that point [redacted] has cancelled his credit card and therefore he is no longer enrolled in the Pet Plus membership or receiving any further charges. The desired settlement has been met.

The company is not telling the truth about my failure to respond to them with my credit card number. The fact is they never acted on months of MY CONTACTING THEM with no action taken BY THEM except for continuing to charge me again month after month following the complaint. Her response is a lie. I need no further satisfaction as she correctly states that I cancelled the card they were fraudulently charging each month, which was the one and only way to make them stop. Now lying about their attempts to correct it is ludicrous. This business is not only a scam but then they blame their victims for not responding to THEIR efforts to resolve things.

Review: This fraudulent business charged me fifty dollars for some membership that I never authorized. When I called them to get my money refunded they placed me on hold a LONG time and refused to refund money. They are a total scam. BEWARE!! In looking them up there are many other complaints. Review: When ordering a flea medication I used a code for the medication. It was not clear at all when using this code that I would be charged an extra 50.00 because Petcare rx enrolled me in PetPlus LLC. I was billed on my credit card for the flea medication, 41.60. plus an extra 50.00 for a Pet Plus LLc enrollment. Which I did not agree to! I did receive an email to cancel from Pet Plus LLC , which I did but they still charged me the extra 50.00 anyway. Review: I was online looking at pet meds on pet care RX. A ad popped up for PetPlus saying that I would receive a 75% discount by just entering my email address & signing up. I entered my email address and received a email with a coupon code to save the 75% when signing up. Nowhere in the pop up or the email does it state that I would be charged a $50 membership fee. After I placed my order with pet care RX, I received the email from them with my membership information and my showing the charge for $50.00. The $50 charge should have been in either the pop up or the email with the coupon code or BOTH! If I had known about the $50 charge, I would not signed up or used the code.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $50 I was charged and they can cancel my membership. Review: Petcarerx sent email stating "you have 70% off frontline plus and more use code [redacted] shop now" However when you use this "code" you are secretly signed up for their pet plus program and billed (separately, so you won't notice ) $50. annually. This is stated in the fine print but the fine print is VERY fine and located way past the point where most people scroll with not so much as an asterisk to call attention to it . Review: I received an email from Pet Care RX that they were shipping Advantage Multi for my dog. I called them on 6/**/14 and they said it shipped and it was on automatic order. I said I never signed up for that. They said I did. I was told to call them when the order came but they could not take it back. I called them today and said I didn't want it. They, ([redacted]) said I ordered it automatically. Then when I said I didn't, she said oh, I see it was cancelled in December. Then she had me wait on the phone and came back and said I ordered it. Now I am being charged $85.33 for a product I did not order and they will do nothing for me.Desired Settlement: Either take the product back and give me a refund or just give me a refund.

Review: I signed up for Pet Plus based on their price of a specialized cat food that our cat requires, a 17.6 lb. bag of Hill's Prescription Diet C/D cat food. They listed the price for Pet Plus members as being $39. The retail price for the cat food is about $60. After paying $50 for a yearly membership, I called to order a bag. After holding for 5 or more minutes, I was disconnected from being on hold. I went to the Pet Plus website to order a bag of the cat food online. The price was now changed to $59. The $20 savings per bag was the reason I paid $50 for their membership, and they advertise wholesale food pricing as one of the benefits of being a member. I called their customer service line again to complain about the new price listed on the food. After waiting on hold 10 minutes, I was again disconnected.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $50 from Pet Plus. In two efforts, I have been unable to speak to anyone from the Pet Plus organization as I have been disconnected from their hold queue. Review: I bought a pet presription product from their online site. By signing up for their emails (I gave my email address), I received a 75% off coupon, which I used on my first purchase with them. The fine print of the coupon said "Offer is for New annual members of PetPlus. " There was no further information on what that meant, and no indication that there were additional charges with that membership. I assumed it meant signing up for their promotional emails, which is what I had done to receive the coupon. A few weeks later, on my credit card statement, I saw an additional charge for $54.45. When I called, they explained that this was the charge for the Annual Membership. That was the first time I was informed that there was a charge associated with using the coupon. I never authorized the charge. At no point during the original purchase was my purchase stopped or was it flagged that there would be an additional charge. The receipt for the original purchase does not include this Annual Membership charge. Despite two calls to the company, they have not been able to provide me with a receipt for the Annual Membership charge, nor any proof that I authorized it. (They say they have sent the receipt, but I've given them three different email addresses, and not received the receipt at any one of them. I have been able to receive different communications from this business at each of those three email addresses, including a receipt for the original purchase.)

I think the Membership Charge should be refunded. The amount that I saved with the coupon is more than the Membership charge, but I don't think that is relevant, because I was not fully informed of the situation in the first place, and I may not have made the original purchase if I knew what the true charge was. Even if the company is technically correct, I think this are using a misleading business practice. They give an order total, as shown and circled in the screenshot they sent, and then include a separate charge that is not included in the total. First off, this company is a scam. They claim that if you join their "club" then you save a ridiculous amount of money, when they just raise their prices to make it seem that way. Their "sale" prices are the same as everyone else's regular prices. I had a very bad experience with this company as I ordered my dog food through them. It took two weeks to receive the food, in which my dog had run out of food in the meantime. It has NEVER taken TWO WEEKS to receive a package that I have ordered for a US based company. They charged my card twice, refunded it the first time, claiming that they were unable to get the product out on that day, so they refunded the money and then recharged me SIX days later when the food finally was marked as shipped. When I questioned them they came up with numerous excuses as to why it was taking so long, none of which made any sense. How can I order from another company a week later and still receive it before this original order gets to me? I will not be shopping here anymore. Horrible shipping times and horrible customer service.

Review: I had ordered the Frontline Plus for my dog and about two weeks after putting it on, it was still not working. I had contacted the company to let them know that it was not working and that my dog was still getting all bit up from the fleas. They said for the money back guarantee we would have to use the product for the 3 months and if it still didn't work that we would get our money refunded back to me. They had also told me that they were sending a product to go along with the Frontline plus called Capstar which also didn't work. I had contacted them again to let them know that the product was still not working a month later and they told me that I would have to get in contact with Frontline themselves instead of dealing with the problem. I did not purchase the product through Frontline. I purchased the product through PetcareRX. I had even signed up for PetPlus because I thought that the product would work as it is so expensive. Contacted them back 3 months later to let them know that the product did not work and the customer service rep I talked to told me that she had to forward it up to Flea and Tick warranty department and they would call me back. I still have yet to receive a call from them to resolve the issue. I have contacted them on three separate occasions and I had to purchase another product to take care of the fleas and it worked just fine. They keep giving me the run around. This is getting ridiculous.Desired Settlement: Would like my refund for the full $31.00 because the product did not work as advertised.

Review: I order some spray from Petcare and when I got my bank statement I noticed I was charged 54.25 by Petplus.I knew I hadn't ordered anything from them so I went in to see what this was all about. It turns out to be pet insurance that I did not order. How did these rip offs get my card number. They did not have my permission to take 54.25 out of my account.I have five dogs what would I buy insurance for just one? I want my money back or heads are going to roll. Why do you back a business that does people like this? This is a scam! I will never buy anything from Pet care again because they allowed Pet plus access to my account info.Desired Settlement: I had better get my money back. Review: Responded to a SUPER DEAL, after I had placed an appropriate order with PETCARERX/PETPLUS. I thought Wow that is great, now that I ordered they are offering me to re order the same product immediately at a very low price. Never thinking then would SCAM me into something I never wanted, like a [redacted] insurance program. There was NOTHING to that fact in the ad or when I placed the order, just the order cost and FREE SHIPPING. It is true what they say, when it's too good to be true, then it usually is and in this case it is absoltely FRAUD. I have tried disputing this on my credit card and PETCARERX/PET PLUS refunsed! So once again I am fighting over something I never ordered. I real scam! I will continue to FIGHT this for it is just not ethical at all. I want other to be aware of their advertising tactics to get customers roped into something they never ordered. They just kind of tag it on without your authorization!Desired Settlement: Fraudulent charges refunded immediately! Review: Was sent a coupon code via email to purchase a flea product for my dog at a 75% of price. I ordered the product and then AFTER getting and using the product I discovered and additional $50 charge on my account for some membership fee that I did not agree to. This membership fee did not even show on my checkout cart on the site nor on the order slip that was with the package. It wasn't until I was checking my bank statement that I had discovered this charge. I have called PetcareRx 2x and sent them 2 emails asking them to refund my membership fee since I in no way authorized them to charge my card and clearly the site is deceptive. Then they sent me a email stating they would refund my $50 and gave me a refund transaction #. I checked my bank statement and lo and behold they did refund my $50 but then charged me $81.07 without my permission and zero explanation of the charge. I phoned them again and they said since I asked for the membership charge back and canceled my membership they charged me the price of the product without the coupon code. In order for me to get my $81.07 back I had to put the $50 charge back on my card...well who is their right mind is going to let them keep $81.07 versus $50??? I told them I wanted ALL of my money back and their advertisement is deceptive and customer service was terrible. I in no way clicked anything on the site to sign up for this membership and want my $50 that was deceptively taken refunded to me and I will never use this site or company again. I informed them I was filing this complaint with the Revdex.com to get the money owed to me and they did not care.Desired Settlement: I would like the $50.00 membership fee credited back to my card as well as a statement from the company that they will fix this issue on their site so other people will not be charged additional fees by a dishonest company. On 5/**/15 she placed a duplicate order, order number [redacted] enrolling a second time to the Pet Plus membership by mistake. [redacted] called in the same day on 5/**/15 and requested to cancel the duplicate order number [redacted] and cancel both memberships and refund her the $50 for each agreeing to pay an $81.07 difference for order number [redacted] for retail value since she was not on the Pet Plus membership anymore, providing wholesale pricing on pet medications. The order cancellation was taken care of on 5/**/15 and $100 refund for the memberships were processed on 5/**/15 and the $81.07 difference was processed on 5/**/15. [redacted] then called in on 5/**/15 and requested to re-activate one of her memberships for $50. On 5/**/15 we refunded $81.07 that was charged on 5/**/15 since she re-activated her membership on 5/**/15 to get wholesale pricing.

Review: I signed up on February **, 2014 for Petplus.com's Trial offer through swagbucks.com of $5.49 with my prepaid gift card ending in X1799 which expires on 5/**which would be credited after cancellation. I cancelled the membership via email on February **, 2014 and February **, 2014 and called Petplus several times requesting the refund. It's been over a month and the amount has not been credited. Petplus.com trial offer stated that the amount of $5.49 would be refunded within the 7 days.Desired Settlement: The amount of $5.49 needs to be credited back before my prepaid gift card
