Went for a movie at Carmike 16 Cary,NC yesterday. The screen that I went didn't had any heating condition working and the temperature was freezing below 50. I went up and asked the management TWICE to increase the heating system and all the audience were getting their jackets from cars. Management said they will adjust the temperature both the times, but didn't. When inquired again they said the heating system this " the heating system doesn't work in that screen, we will refund your ticket if you want to leave" . I don't understand how could they play a movie in such condition ? I am sure , I am not the only one to ask them. I have seen many people getting up of their and walking out. This is absolutely unfair business. They shouldn't be playing movie in such screens when they does not meet the basic requirement. It's not what audience pay for.

guest service  problems.  This location will be upgraded with ticketing kiosks so that our online ticket purchasers will be able to by-pass the line-que if they so desire.  Recently, I personally visited West Melbourne and met with our Managing Director and District Manager.  Together, we have mapped out a new strategy for guest service going forward.  In the near future you will be receiving four pass tickets that I hope you will accept along with my apologies.  I know you have many entertainment options and I appreciate you choosing Carmike Cinemas.

My complaint is against the manager who, standing directly in front of me, chose to ignore me, without so much as a glance,  and address the customer service agent. He couldn't even take a few seconds to apologize for the inconvenience. The was no display of even the slightest glimmer of care....

He just walked away. The only answer I received from them was that there was nothing they could do.
