So we've been working with cascade since 5/16/18.We applied for an FHA loan which at first they sent us info about a conventional loanSo we had to call them back and let them know again that we were interested in a fhaSo on 6/1/18, he was maxed out for a fha loan ,and we were happy with the numbers We sent all the indy they needed to get everything rollingOn 7/16/18,they finally appraised the land...by 7/18/18, we were told our loan info was sent to underwriting, that the manufactured home and land appraised for about $5,more than what was neededWe had a few questions about the process, so we tried calling our person of contact, Wyck I left a message, waiting a few days and called back, bc we never received a call back She finally answeredAgain confirmed that our loan was in underwriting, and we should here something back within a couple days .still nothing Received an email, letting us know to look at the valuation, and give them full business days before we would closeToday was day 5, tried calling them no answerThe home place tried calling a few ppl higher up, said that everyone pretty much put of off on the next personHe was finally told that the person that was working on the loan would give him a call back shortly ....he never heard anything I also called today, was told to leave a message, still waiting on a response ! My problem with cascade has been that they don't update the customers at all! Don't return calls, and they put the blame on everyone else ! At first they were amazing at answering questions , now we feel avoided! We also called the sales guy for our area , still nothing! One of our biggest problems is that we've already sold our mobile home and it has to be moved! I guess I'm suppose to move my family into a motel mins away? We just want updates, we want our calls returnedAlso heard we aren't the only family having the same problem!
Just like some of the other reviews, my payments do not get processed in a timely fashion by CascadeI receive late notices and they have sent out statements with late feesI emailed them via their complaint contact department on my online account access, and my bank attempted to contact them too, but Cascade refuses to discuss with my bankI've never received an email back from them, and only received one call that went to voice mailMy last payment (which goes out via bill pay by my bank) arrived at Cascade's lockbox on August 26th for September 1st payment, but Cascade is so slow they didn't process the check until after September 9thThis is the worst service experience I've ever received from a financial institution

Cascade has stepped up their game tremendously with the many loan programs available to consumersI like how the borrower can easily pick up the phone and speak to their loan officer or whoever is handling the loan
My experience with this business was great I would mainly work with Francisca M*** and she was amazing!!!! She always answered my calls no matter what day of the week it was and since we were first time home buyers she had no problem answering and explaining every little detail with us!
My wife and I was working with Cascade on a Modular Home loan with Nicole whom was very unhelpfulEarlier Processors of the loan were very helpful; however, Nicole found it to be necessary to be rude on the phone and put us on dead lines to get her informationI should add Nicole was the third Processor we had in the month process to get to where we were in the loan process
We had paid cash for our land and the home was a second thoughtBecause we were using the land to help obtain the home loan Cascade wanted us to go back 6-years and show our bank statements where we have saved our moneyAfter months of working with Cascade I found Nicole to be the final straw! We canceled the loan!
DO NOT WORK WITH CASCADE they pray on working folks and take advantage of them!
