I am excited as ever to share that Pinnacle Mortgage will fund my home purchase today! I was a challenging case, but Pinnacle was able to fund my home purchase in a relatively short amount of time. My lenders went above and beyond what was required and even answered questions on a Sunday! Additionally, they were well informed of State programs that would assist with closing costs. How great is that?! I would recommend Pinnacle Mortgage in a heartbeat!

Jeremy and his team were wonderful to work with. I wanted to refinance my home through the HARP 2.0 program, and he made everything so easy. I was amazed that I could submit my documentation electronically, and that I could sign my application documents electronically as well. There were some forms I had to sign in ink, but I was able to e-mail those to him as well. When it came time to sign the closing documents, I had to do that in person, but the title company he used has a mobile notary who worked flexible hours. It was a relief that I didn't have to take any time off work to complete the process. Jeremy was very prompt in responding to messages, either by voice or e-mail. He even worked behind the scenes to fix a glitch so I didn't have to pay for PMI. His assistants were also very helpful and extremely professional. I will highly recommend Jeremy and his team to everyone I know who needs a mortgage or wants to refinance. This was the best experience I have ever had with either buying or refinancing my home. Getting a home loan these days is trying, especially if you are retired. Lenders just keep making you jump through hoops to the point of being ridiculous.
