I worked with [redacted] to get my first home loan and it was a great experience to work with him. I shopped around at a total of 4 different lending companies and [redacted] found me the best rate and was able to get the loan closed early. Throughout each step of the process [redacted] was in touch communicating on what was taken care of and what had yet to be finished. The team he works with were all very attentive and worked quickly and efficiently. He was able to recommend to me a great insurance broker and great security company rep. They helped me keep my costs down while still providing impeccable service. My monthly mortgage payment is a couple hundred dollars less than mortgage calculators and predicted it would be. Always a great thing!

After a frustrating search for a mortgage company, I was praying to God to guide me in the right direction, the moment I spoken to him I knew he was the right peron would help us get our dream home.

While we did close the loan earlier than first anticipated, getting there was not stress free. I was told it couldn't be done....but it was. The timelines were for Pinnacle and not me the customer. If I had a tighter schedule it probably wouldn't have been met. Also, I would have liked more disclosure on rates and lock in options. They do not publish rate sheets so you can see the total costs or rebates. Pinnacle is owned by the hedge fund Blackrock so their bottom line is what matters, not yours. And of course, the morning of funding I was asked for "one more document". Thank goodness I had it. Why it wasn't asked for upfront I am not sure. The few folks I interacted with were pleasant.

Absolutely the best!! They live up to their promises, never over-promise but almost always seemed to over-deliver! They take care of their clients as if they were their best and only client. I would recommend to anyone. Very knowledgable and up front. What more could you want when making such an important, expensive life changing decision.
