Jeremy and his team, Rhonda and Sharon did a great job of staying on top of my loan all the way through the process. When things got a bit crazy just before closing due to additional info needed by the under writer for the loan they were right there holding my hand until the end. Pinnacle Capital did an amazing job while working with me. I am very pleased with the service that my wife and I received from Jeremy and especially Rhonda. We were in contact with them every single day for a month while my loan was being processed and they made me feel so comfortable that it was as if it was my friend helping me obtain a loan. There was never a time that I did not know the status of my loan. My wife and I bought a second home in Arizona and we live in Washington. We had a mobile notary and were not pleased with how that individual that we met with conducted business. Rhonda asked how it went and I gave her an honest answer.
